9am+: he didn’t eat when I serve food, later I syringe some 110ml renal liquid don’t waste that. Then I’ll put out the tube. I think he will try to eat more without the tube 

1015am: play a lot (hug n rub n kiss) w him and sena N brownie come join and junior come also 

11.30am: tube fed 100ml renal juice. 

Given b12 jab, pull out his o tube. His site is very nice. Nothing to clean much. Just bandage up to prevent infection. A few days later can take off alr

2pm+: im back again to medi the cat. Tmr can’t see them. 5.84kg – lose 200g in 11 days. I might want to take out his o tube. Maybe more disadvantage? Not sure. He losing weight. Today I first give him bupre and Gaba instead of just gaba only. Tube fed 100ml Ad 

11am+: change and clean, change to orange bandage. His o tube looks the best. Dry and clean. tube fed 90ml Ad. Given gaba. No more Clav needed.

Morning: I went back for medi round. Change Buddy o tube bandage. Seem to have a little pus but I clean up alr. He not cooperative but not that hardest among all. change to pink bandage. Keep wanting to run away when I’m tube feeding. tube fed 60ml ad and meds done. 

9.05pm; mmm”Bessie and sweet heart ate. Buddy didn’t. Oly ate”

7/8am+: out of the 3 kids who had dental, he is the one who eat the least. I tube fed him 30/36ml ad. introduce kibble to them today. Didn’t see him eat. Tmr I’ll release him. No poo. His pee is slight dark yellow, scare he got loss of rbc in urine

10am: serve aixia oldie – totally not keen. Serve a usual plate but v mesh – he also not keen. So he basically didn’t eat. Tmr then intro kibble. 

Tube fed him 18ml of ad.

Left upper all already gone except for 1 remnant, removed. I can’t remove all teeth, too much bone inflammation. You want o tube?” – turn up Buddy sound the most serious. Incomplete job done somemore. So sure opt for o tube for him. 

3.02pm: “done. Waking up. Buddy 4-6 wks antibiotics, meloxicam also at least 2 wks”

“Meloxi 1.5 mg/ml to give 0.15 ml once daily” – I ask dr d I need to buy 5ml later on 

3.11pm: “Buddy already sitting up. He also got fentanyl. For him it’s fine”

Serve a can of aixia orange oldie – saw he interested but mouth pain so didn’t touch

Sayang him and assure him back in 猫房 le. He should know the dental is a necessity. 

Let him rest. Inform sena gor is back

812pm: dr d ask about Princess status and I send Bessie and Buddy status also: Buddy still the blur look. I didn’t quarantine days b4, so can’t confirm his food intake. But his size still looks good. He is on Clav since that time see u till today. 

Tmr I won’t give them anything b4 coming to clinic

Dr d”Confirm 3x o tube? Bessie and princess I would for sure”

I told her:Buddy – as u deem fit. If really don’t need; then don’t need

“I can app you during the dentals. Buddie I don’t know how bad it will be…. I have all prepared already here so can start as soon as possible. First Bessie, while we do Bessie we pre oxygenate princess and take bp, then Buddy. But I’ll app before I start and when I finish With each dental”

Discover his mouth got issue, he is a good boy let me know wor, he got a loose tooth, not really dangling but v loose, he so uncomfortable but I don’t think he is that pain. Given a 0.28ml Buprenophine and contact dr d to ask if we can pluck off his teeth without ga. 

Dr:”If it is really really really really loose yes, but can never check if any remnant. That is tricky location. I would give at least some pain med that is sedative and gabapentin. Then can try. But can never check if fully out. And it could be painful, can put some local anesthetic on it to reduce. I’m happy to try with you. Give gabapentin night before and 2 hrs before. (100 mg total for gabapentin, night before and 2 hrs before) And buprenorfine 2 hrs before (0.06 ml/kg bupre, then hopefully also sedative) You can see how he is after gaba – If very sleepy, only 0.03-0.04 ml/kg”

Revo plus him, remove his orange collar.

920pm: below mouth, between mouth n neck area. Nearer to right mouth got one raw spot like sweetie. Think got some fungal? I throw lots of things le. He may need to be in the list of lion cut next Thursday. His revo spot also bald. Maybe I should just revo plus him first.

Run away don’t want spread to his sis? I carry sena go find him. 

At least these 2 days not w sena. Use f10 wipe his affected area. His revo area (which I didn’t revo him) and The Eye area got bald spot, he does look older now. How ? I scare. I Duno he can take lion cut or not. Can’t imagine him n sena no hair.
