He did look bigger size so I take his weight 3.94kg – gain 730g in 11 days – i scare water retention. Had been very careful in Subcut now. Mama at night sometime didn’t give or tonight she give less than 100ml. 

Bp taken 3 readings: 196.3/153.7 – high. Erm. Alr max up his bp med. I think fluid too high. tell mummy stop night Subcut le. Taken his spo2 95%, PR 146.

9.35pm: mummy: “Today is not eating day. Tried all cans n pouches n only few licks. Subcutaneous given”

Timmy 2.10.24 wed 

1pm+: Bp taken, average of 5 readings: not stable. At least some look normal, but generally still high. But under control. 154.2/101.8. 

7.00am: done Subcut n medi round. Yesterday kc help mmm to Subcut Timmy again – twice a day. So we try keep it that way.

10am+: Timmy sleeping in nubulizing chamber box n I call him n move him no movement n respond scare me. Body is soft if not I sure thought gone. Scare me. I carry him to the floor flat … told him to rest or move don’t scare me. Then I go some stuff n back he is back to the box, so ok la.  So jump can walk. 

Nose block. 

Given Subcut n med, including clopidogrel, ongoing Cerenia bupre bromhexine and semintra phos bind. Left a needle n gaba for mama. 

10am: saw him ok. I serve food he is keen. Subcut him a little cos junior pull out his drip. And we off to vet to rest urine 

11Am: see dr Brandon: 

Since 3.9, back fluid more aggressive. 

Darbo change to once fortnight 

14.9 leh can’t walk – bp taken high 

Can walk after more fluid n bupre 

Check heart – abnormal. Have to start clopidogrel, which prevent Timmy from dying from saddle thrombus. 

3.21kg – lose 90g in 9 days 

Told dr Brandon history and check his hind legs – confirm joints no problem 

He ask me for bromhexine or not – ok so start Timmy 1/2 tablet on that daily. Will skip doxy. 

Bladder too small, he can’t draw urine direct. Drawn w u/s. Enough for UA AND UPC 

Dr Brandon (alone) – Bloods drawn direct from his left jacular – taken Cbc, renal profiles and probnp. 

Lung sound ok, just the nose 

Cbc HCT drop 32.6% – but still got to continue semintra, and continue darbepoetin.

Crea bun further worsen. Ask mummy want to put on iv or not – mummy say no. So we will continue as of now. 

Urine: UPc 5.54, by right can add on benazepril. But we won’t add cos of his kidney. 

Have to add on Cerenia cos he feel nausea with such kidneys  

1pm+: back to 猫房, I let him out in his mummy region. Given Subcut again and med. n add on Cerenia and bromhexine. Didn’t give clopidogrel cos nurse forgot to give me. Tmr start that. Today given darbepoetin bcom b12 fercosang also. 

When I left at 2pm: mama says he had finished one can of food n starting on 2nd 

8pm-: Dr Daniel send Timmy med to me. Tmr can start him on it. 

1015pm:mummy:”2nd time Timmy go and pee and then make noise”

9.41am: Timmy sit in bin. One pc of v small poo. I m giving him microlax later on after Subcut 

11.05am: given Subcut n med. microlax done. Didn’t have instant poo. Wait. 

11.08am: don’t have also

7.17pm; mmm:”I know Timmy.” – she send me poo pic but not a lot. If is Timmy’s but Duno scale what and it’s after microlax. This wed I’ll bring Timmy to check up.

11.25am: bring him into 猫房 for Monitoring so Tmr got some factual info to tell dr Brandon. 

As of now. Fr mummy; got eat but losing weight

12pm+: Subcut him and med and he go back to bin to pee. Amount ok, totally colourless. Tmr must Subcut him le then go vet. Hope he don’t pee otw 

4.53pm: mummy :”Timmy poo 2 small pieces. firm, not hard. then continue to sit in the bin. His nose is blocked.” – but poo is quite black 

7.27pm: mmm:”Timmy poo 4 more small pieces” 

9.38pm:mmm:”Renal pouch balance. I gave second packet.  He didn’t touch the aristo”

1015pm: mummy”I think Timmy is constipated. He’s drinking lots of water, but all pee out. Clear pee. Tried to poo n nothing. Sleep in litter bin again” – i think so days ago le, or should I microlax him Tmr? Tmr decide – ha mama reply do it

Timmy 20.9.24 Fri 

8.28am: mummy: “Timmy heard he’s going to get poked. Poo in early morning. Doesn’t want to eat renal pouches.”

10am+: today his right eyeball diluted. I scare his eye going to have issue soon. Added gaba today too, he don’t like it. 

Night: inform mama that Bupre can cause constipation also  

Mummy send a photo (8.23am): “Stand so good now” – he can in out of bin v normal. But haven’t see him walk normally to other place and jump. 

9Am+: I checked on Timmy, not as positive as above. Sitting in bin. Beside got 2-3 pieces of poo 0.5-1cm long, 8/10. Might be constipated. The plate beside the bin full of pallet, throw away. Carry him to the mat, his legs confirm more control, i wait for him to stable to stand on his own. 

9.45am: he is sitting in bin again. later will add on probiotics for him. 

11.20am: given all med including probiotics, told him after Subcut go shee shee, after Subcut he run off to the bin to pee. V short distance, but can run le 

12.20pm: check on him, got vomit in bin, got his fish treat out w the pallet. 

3.44kg – this is after Subcut so I take it as 3.3kg, gain 160g in 14 days. Given Cerenia 

He jump fr the sting and can hiss at me wor. After done, he hiss again but he didn’t do anything to me. 

Mummy; “Only eat renal pouch will loose weight. Yesterday he ate health can n Aristo. “

1.25pm: I left, he still sitting in bin. 

Timmy 17.6.24 Tue 

11.50am: Bp: Average of 5 reading: 168.8/98.6 – confirm much better than that night 

6am+: see Timmy first. Alive. Sayang him. Legs is not paralysed but extreme weak can’t lift up to walk at all. I put him on walking position he can’t move at all. 

7am+: rr 50 unstable. Subcut and given med n bupre. Later mama will give another dose of bupre. Still eating. Got pee (he crawl to bin to pee). 

8am+: mama says she can rush back by 10.30am to bring Timmy to see dr b, but I won’t be ard, so she ask what else will vet do other than my “treatment plan” (ha this is how I evaluate if I need to bring a cat to vet nowadays)- if go will be test Cbc cos he is on semintra, check heart status. Check kidney status and ask why legs become like that. Cos that time didn’t get to check urine at all. Mama choose not to go cos stress for both of them. Then not sure how to help Timmy further. a few more days doxy will finish I don’t think need another course. May add on Marbo for his kidneys. 

10.16am:mmm”Hiding in bin.” 

1.06pm: mmm:”Pee a lot. Clear.” and video show he can stand up and walk into bin alr.

4.50pm: mmm:”He’s walking!!!” 

5.00pm: mummy: “Walk steadily from bin to food n back to bin.” – got video, the hind legs so much better. Can lift so high up

6.45pm: mummy:”He ate 1 can Aristo health. Looks like better.” 

6.17pm: mummy; “Just reached home. Timmy is not good. Hind legs can’t support him. I put him here (猫房 first cage) 

for a while. I feed the others first. He was trying to hide under my bed. I haven’t given him his meds yet. Can’t control pee n poo. I took him out. He’s scared inside as so many cats came to see him”

8pm+: i went back to check on Timmy. Mummy put him on a towel near the bin. I go kiss him I can sense he is happy to see me, he head butt me. He know I come back to see him and he is a good boy got pple love one. Taken bp on both front legs (too much movement). On hind and on tail. end up I can’t even recall the only reading I get is from where. But it’s v high. 216/94. Even w semintra and benazapril still can’t. His kidney alr baldy affected. Given him Subcut.  Tmr dr Brandon in but aw close 12pm we all not avail. Mon Tue he off. Dr d tonight fly Holland le. Erm for now, means today Duno from what time onwards Timmy had become paralysed

1249pm:mmm”He foam when given the bp meds.” – told mummy I put straight to throat, maybe she put on tongue. – “yes. Slipped and it was on the side of mouth. that meds taste terrible. I don’t like it too”

Morning: aircon servicing so my schedule very tight. Still do all the meds and Subcut him. His nose still wet 

Timmy 6.9.24 Fri

Almost noon, he vomit 5-6 times. Inform mummy. 

Mmm; “He ate very little yesterday. Keep hiding on top” – his plate food not touched. -“So he didn’t eat this morning also” 

Think he needs to restart bupre, i think I’ll go back to give him a bupre n Cerenia jab today. Have to Subcut again to dilute the Cerenia. his kidney is painful. Can’t cut his bupre 

4.15pm: I rush back check on him. Subcut Timmy again. Given him bupre and Cerenia. He should feel better later on. Next few days will daily give him Cerenia bupre again. 

6.16pm: mummy: “Timmy ate 1/4 pouch. Will change to Aristo n try” 

Timmy 8.9.24 sun 

7am+: med given flu is still bad need to continue doxy longer. Cerenia maybe will stop. Unless vomit again. Bupre got to

Open new bottle for him Tmr  

1pm: 3.14kg – lose 140g in 9 days. Bad. I’m sure he needs to start doxy le, but Tmr review see what else the vet says. 

Subcut n bupre given again. I forgot I wanna trial stop. tmr onwards skip n see how 

Timmy 3.9.24 Tue 

10am+: see dr Daniel. 3.2kg he mention that Timmy eating well n still losing weight cos he is fighting, will energy to burn. didn’t manage to get urine cos his bladder empty. Only take blood for Cbc and renal profile. Bp taken ard 5 readings only n he off the machine didn’t let me take pic he also didn’t record – but it’s >220 or even 230. he mention add on semintra (ask him for the dose, 1mg/kg). Cbc out: 48% alr, he only say improve a lot but didn’t say what to do then. I’ll wean down but I won’t stop. Then for the kidney values, crea bun phos all went up despite I alr do proper treatment for whole month. Then he didn’t mention anything about ab – I’ll start doxy on my own. Subcut he say up 120-150ml. If Nally would suggest iv le bah. then we change kibble to RC renal kibble.  

11Am+: Timmy got something wrong, he jump up to where I always put bag then got meow n panic like suddenly a little disoriented. Then he rest on the Peepad carton box, I let him rest

Mummy; “Maybe remember pain when jumped down. So can’t decide if can go up. Paw swelling went down?” – not swelling anymore, I checked and also not pain. 

Mummy says he can’t get down so I carry him down, n I told him I carry u down in case u can’t get down la. In case u wanna be up there one u go climb again la

12.33pm: he is up there again, Timmy says to mummy: u make me climb one more time 

8am+: Subcut Timmy n found out his left front leg swell. Confirm in pain cos I touch n carry him he kick me cos front pain 

At least bupre is given. 

1.23pm: mmm”He’s still jumping up and down” 

Day: given med. will target to stop his bupre end aug. 

2pm: He vomit some liquid w a little kibble 

11am+: 3.28kg, drop 210g in 17 days. Nose lots of sounds. Subcut n medi done. Need to arrange 27.8 review – mmm:”Timmy is eating ok. Even renal he eats the whole pack. Plus 1 can Aristo plus 2 cans healthy plus kibbles” 

10am+: carry Timmy to floor n his hung legs always land n he can’t stable himself, hit his spine against mao mei fav stair house. Mummy says ok. But I think the hit maybe 3/10 

Got rub rub for him. I don’t want to carry his tummy area cos I scare will press his kidneys Erm. Daily Subcut continue till his review to see his status. 

I just feel that maybe i try stopping cystaid since his urine issue should be settled.  Cos that day mummy says he vomit out cystaid, today he vomit half of the powder

Today darbepoetin and b12 b com day. Subcut and etc, but Timmy jump off cos b complex too sting

Morning: Subcut and med. he vomit out cystaid 

4.29pm: told mmm to decide:”Oh ya Re Timmy amlopidine – u make a decision, he needs to be on it. Just whether you want him to use yours (so mean pounce into powder and mix w liquid) – I try once he foam not happy. 

Or buy the smaller mg from clinic and can give him 1/4 each time he got no issue w swallowing a small pill” – mama pill also 5mg so settled. 

Day: given Subcut and all med done including darbepoetin today 

Timmy 6.8.24 Tue 

For now. He daily Subcut and twice bupre, have to think when to cut his bupre to once. 

Timmy 7.8.24 wed 

3.49kg – gain 60g in 50 days 

7am+: clear up his cage and got some poo 5/10. Got pee. he is safe. Subcut n medi all and let him go back to his house. Oly need the cage for monitoring 

Had been sitting on pillow when he is back in his house 🙂 

9am+: poo 6/10. change direction of pad. Given probiotics and meds. 

Morning: did pee. No poo. Change pad. O2 not on, n I’m thinking of without o2, for what he needs to stay in 猫房 cage? Might as well let him go out his home. But now plan change, mmm Covid+. So he stay in w o2 for the next few days. No need to monitor pee le. Clear le. Now is only Subcut n the treatment. Today amlo given in tablet form so much better. Nose looks clear w doxy. O2 on. 

Morning: cage messy as usual. Did pee. Change pad. no poo. 

Seen dr Nally for review. 

Check Cbc (she mention pale), teeth both side not good. – 25.4%, can start darbo recheck in one month. 

check kidney profile except sdma. 

Crea bun become higher, Dr says up his fluid. Bp is not a deterrent. 

Scan kidney, inside might have blood, imflammation, infection. Alr on Clav 2 weeks, can’t give meloxicam. Maybe can give gaba. Later ask her want to stop Clav or not. Cos she mention that if 2 weeks didn’t see any improvement for him, then most prob Clav not working. Ok she say say start doxy, stop Clav. 

Sum: add doxy, gaba, darbepoetin, phos bind. Aiyo mama then told me she didn’t give the amlopidine. Aiyo headache le. 

1 month review 

Back to 猫房, scary plate of meds to give. 

Given Subcut, darbepoetin, b12 b com fercosang, Cerenia bupre. Oral: cystaid, doxy, amlopidine, phos bind – he foam. amlo Have to use his stock, tablet easier to give him. 

Morning: got poo a bit again. Got pee. given Probiotics. nose ok. Subcut w med ok. 

Give her extra food he likes too. 

Night: jo says he poo again. Have to continue probiotics then. 

Morning; got poo, a bit only 7/10 black. Got pee. Change pad. I think he needs to check not only on bp, Cbc a must. Kidney I ask mama to decide. had been subcutting him 60-100ml daily. now on twice a day bupre. Thinking when can he cut down. Serve him RC urinary, tuna and Chicken gravy .

9Am+: pee looks clear. At top left hand corner only. I turn the Peepad ard. No poo. Top up fresh indoor for him. 

11Am: nubulise him, clear his nose for him. right nostril block. 

Ex to Subcut and med. Next week try to arrange his bp check. 

Morning; got poo 1+0.5+7/10, w mucus. Pee no blood, amount ok. Water intake huge again. Change pad again. His mama left food for him. I serve tuna and chicken for him he did eat. Kibble also got eat. 

11.49am:mmm”Timmy nose still block. Blood in mucus. Cerenia nose drop helps in clearing. Then he eats night feed. Clear plate.” 

Celebrate oly bday and oly got cod fish snack also. Timmy meow for a share also he finish 

Still in out of bins multiple times. He need to be checked. once I plan rena mini vet visit ask mmm want tag along or not 

8am+: check bin not much changes to pee. Change pad. Water intake is a lot more than half bowl. 

No poo. Didn’t finish mama food maybe half only. I clear all cage stuff n later then let jo feed them. 

Nothing updated fr jo n mummy so I assume whole day no poo also 

9Am+: today is shampoo wet wipe day. Brush fur and clean face and ears and Butt 

Mmm:”His nose still stuck. N no poo” – ya clean the nose still a lot of stuck

I give probiotics also then mummy update me that Timmy did poo. Pic show: anount ok. Scale unknown, but dark. I think he needs to review soon. 

Top up indoor for him n he did eat. 

10am+: saw food I assume is mummy serve new one for him. Pee amount look good, he still drink half bowl of water daily. clean his nose. Change pad so I can see daily amount 

Got poo v little, stain to bin type, can’t even scale it. not ok. Not sure is it constipated type. But he alr on fluid and bupre. Possible to add on: probiotics. 

Serve tuna w crab meat and gold d renal

Can. He did eat some. 

Nubulise him also. 

Today Subcut much more calm. 

Night: no further poo. Today is day 03. 

7.53am: mmm:”Timmy finished his 2 cans from yesterday. I’ve given him another 2 cans. No poo.” 

10am: Checked: got pee, seem ok leh. Food intake his mummy says ok. ask me for sayang. No poo yet. 

1045am: he is in the bin. 

He is in out of bins for a few times. I got to change fresh pad for him to gauge better – change 

11.30am: 3.52kg – gain 90g in 5 days. Subcut and med done, but he jump almost instantly when Cerenia is In, Duno how much is in. 

Still come to me for sayang. 

12.00pm i on nubulizer for him as well. 

Later I check his pee again b4 I officially leave the room – 1215pm; don’t have pee

Night: “Timmy. Other plate also almost cleaned” – he did eat renal pouch. He is given day 02 of twice per day bupre

Morning: dr d “Timmy was most likely false positive due to azotemia. How is the peeing?” – his spec aren’t high. he will be in 猫房 to do monitoring 

12pm+: Subcut w bupre and Cerenia n b12 n Clav. Given cystaid 

Bring him into 猫房 quantanitwd cage. He jump out and junior happily run to him cos I think he thought is stitch. Timmy siam only n didn’t react. Cage 01 – w nubulization and o2. 

1.28pm: meow at me he thought I forgot about him. Later I off nubulization then let him sleep at sb 

6.27pm: mmm:”no poo” pee look like a little 

Night: saw mama add in towel for him and add his food plate for him 

9.31am:mmm”Timmy nose blocked totally. I gave him” – brox. And nubulise also. 

4.39pm: dr d:”Timmy culture negative, still continue antibiotics. But more likely UPC is high due to high blood pressure. Recheck blood pressure in 7-10 days. Can be at home or at any clinic. If bp came down, can consider up sc fluids” – estimate 26.7 told mmm but she no respond on want to go aw check or not. I had been giving him less than 100ml fluid, think slightly more than 50 cos Cerenia jab he will fly if too little fluid. 

Morning: today better than yesterday. But still more reactive than Princess. Cos of Cerenia. 

Erm mmm says she didn’t start amlopidine, she didn’t want to start? Erm … 

5.18pm; mmm”Timmy keeps going to bin, but nothing” 

Told mummy better give amlo and cage him individually to check for pee 

Mmm:”His nose blocked – i nebulise again, clear. He peed, ok. No colour. also poo. gave him amlo. went and drink water” 

“turn off aircon and nose not block. i can’t work without aircon, sigh. when i put Cerenia nose. Drop, he doesn’t sneeze so much. but yes, more muscus flow out and gotta clean. sometimes have blood. now more often have blood stains” 

Eat a lot but lose weight. 

Right nostril block w bloods 

Both kidney quite small, not painful 

Mouth: tar tar is bad but not that bad la. 

No mur mur. 

Full bloods. Including urine and bp. And fpli. 

3.43kg – lost 480g in 4+ months 

Bp 260 when he is still calm. So he is super high bp. Something v wrong w him. 

HCT 30, kidney really got issue. need Subcut. Potassium ok. 

1.011 suspect bacteria. 

Urine Culture n if positive, have to send out urine sensitivity.  

UPC 1.44 – might be due to infection. Hope is this, that cause kidney to have issue. 

Fpli – abnormal, send out spec. 

To start antibiotics. He needs to bring down bp. 

Summary of meds: pancreatitis treatment, 1.25mg amlopidine, 50ml fluid only. Clav ab. 

When review ? – 2-3 weeks check Cbc. 

If got bacteria wait for urine result. Maybe 3-4 weeks. Then break n check. 

2pm+: back to 猫房. found him to be in a pool of urine but red bloody urine. Send videos and photos to dr d: “ We did poke the bladder. Thats urine for sure. Then probably a small vein in bladder wall was poked, need to resolve in the next 10-12 hours. Or, probably due to the high blood pressure oozing in bladder. Needs to be normal in 10-12 hours. Had big bladder yah. Must be worse due to high blood also, pushing the blood out of the vessel. Timmy ok?” – 5pm+: update dr d I see Timmy should be ok resting on pillow. No further blood found.”
Given him Subcut w b12, bupre n Cerenia. When giving Cerenia he wanna jump away le. Clav jab given. Remind mmm to give him amlopidine 1/4 tablet

11.50am; bin 1 got 5/10 poo

Bin 2 got 2+0.5/10 poo – send to mummy and her reply “Monitoring as Timmy’s poo this morning was like this” 

11.50am: given b12 jab 

Noon: scanned on 19.4.24 confirm got m/c 

Morn: he sneeze mucus w blood. Told mama. “Common for him. Need cerenia” 

4pm+: 3.91kg -lose 110g in 1 month. given b12 jab

Morning: nose looks good. Still give bromhexine. 

W aircon on, nose look not Bad. Given bromhexine 

Morning: today major cleaning day. Check his nose, decide broxehine is a better choice w less side effect for him, so given him that.

Check his nose, still got wetness but ok, give him bromhexine again. 

Morning: Food intake not bad generally.  Nose seem block. Erm ermmmm should he try niramine? – mummy say yes. I monitor first cos niramine got side effects.

8pm+: Most of their plates are empty. Polished. All 3 kibble bowls empty. I saw him eating when I enter

Serve him food – he ate ard half can. 

7am: Today all food overnight looks ok, most cats got eat. Serve food to him direct, got eat half can for sure. 

Night: ate half can that I know. 

Night: serve him food w 2 PCs treat in food, did eat half. 

Morning: quite sure he didn’t eat overnight. 

He did eat 50% cos I give him food directly. Staying in room thru out. I on Aircon in living

Room for them till night will off.

Morning: serve RC instinctive jelly and joint can – both didn’t touch. Thought Is cos of paper plate, I put onto metal plate, he also don’t eat. Serve another instinctive gravy on another metal plate for him, seem keen got smell but also didn’t eat. Wipe his nose, not block nothing leh.

Seem like he keep diarhhoea so send out poo to clinic: “Timmy faint positive. Sample had too much cat litter inside – did not find anything on fecal smear” – unknown info so ? Wait for reply

Morning: send out his new poo for checking again. Can’t afford to have his vague answer. Want more certain answer. 

Got answer in the following but can’t be confirmed cos (timmy poo in tub labelled, in a plastic bag AND sheba poo in another tub not labelled, in another plastic bag labelled – to clinic or to the one who reply WhatsApp msg is my fault so it’s all treated as timmy poo) – so can’t be sure the following results r Timmy’s or Sheba’s or both of them have it:

metro 15mg/kg  feed twice daily and panacur 50mg/kg  once daily for 5days. might have Coccidia also but not shedded in today’s sample, so would recommend to treat prophylactically also if in the same household”

“Both poop is too little and they are dry. So it is very difficult to scoop for test because it is all absorbed in the pallet. Cause the nurse say too little in that 1 container sent to scoop up for test” 

We going to do the full treatment for timmy.

Information given by mummy: “Poo can be solved, chronic sneezing and block nose. Sometime there is blood not that often” 

• Left mouth got one teeth not ok – dr more worried about his weight lost

• Heart lung sound ok – lung sound ok 2nd time, so is really just his upper res.

• Maybe a little thicken intestinal loop, maybe due to age that they can’t absorb nutrient that well

• Dr d wanna do kidney, urine n etc – cos his last blood crea is the one w issue 
• Can’t do culture on nasal snout – cos got other bacteria in the environment 
• End up do full bloods, including bp and urine, pro bnp, nails cut n ear cleaning 
• Timmy ear a lot of ear wax didn’t mention about bacteria or what.

• Pro bnp negative, idexx fiv and felv negative 
• Upc 0.40 (prefer 0.3 n below) – not starting semintra, maybe his guts just not working that well, start him on high energy food aka hypo food designed for guts and w b12 to see whether can improve or not (weight see go up or not) 
• 0.5ml weekly b12 for 6 weeks. Once monthly after that. If 6 weeks no weight improve then have to discuss again. 
• Nose: nubulize, or dental tar built up, flush nose. 
• Target: feed him more, high energy, pump his weight up. 
• Up the hypo, down the RC urinary (dr mention that RC urinary more salt. That’s why cat drink more n maybe that’s y his urine is more diluted)  
• Got in house culture to wait in 3-5 days time – esp Timmy, cos his bloods ok, but cos his urine results, better know need to start ab or not 
• Night: too late didn’t get to jab him b12. Tmr bring over – see how at night. 

Noon: his flu and face like quite bad, think house too dusty.

Morning: morning sayang him handsome boy leh. Nothing wrong – checked photo taken in morning – alr got the bald spot 

Night: he is wearing a cool collar, bald spot long bald on front chest. Mama clean w f10 and apply silvin 

Morning: sneeze twice, w mucus. – I quickly wipe away b4 he lick it away 

Night: given them 贪爽 a bit of selar as snack, they eat 🙂 mei n timmy polish and mei look at me 🙂

150pm: randy came to 5G for photoshoot. Got some photos. Timmy is happy to have camera bags to rub on. 

Day: overnight food didn’t really eat, cos use cloth to cover it again- might be accidental also cos nail hook on it? 

Night: I prepare some treats – he got eat some. 

Tonight: did I feel that he looks more muscular? Tmr try to remember to weigh him. 

Tonight all 5 of them gather at kitchen leh

Morning: food not taken at all, cos might also be bcos be cover the food w the floor mat. 

Ha disaster food plate drop to back of washing machine – clean up.

1045am; major cleaning day. He keep rubbing his head against the bag.

base on position, got a little of vomit of brown juice – should be Timmy’s. 

Morning; stare right at me when I open door, nostrils both wet. Sayang him.

Later on he did sneeze like intermediate 10 over times in the bin, but no pee n poo leh. 

Day: got eat, stay at highest top deck. Nose drop sure will be given every 24h. 

Can’t find floor mat for toilet,  i maximise the use of the one on platform b4 putting in the washing machine. 

Timmy 9.6.22 is Thurs 

10am: naughty boy Timmy, today scare mei mei twice at the wooden castle house, maybe cos he want to go in n mei is inside 

I change the platform clothes n now he sit on it, so past days when he on floor etc is cos he waiting for me to change bedsheet la 

1106am: timmy playing the hanging mouse on the cat tree, when I video he stop act blur 

Morning: he will meow greet me one. Wa he recognise the combination of fridge, syringe opening sound he run away wor! hide under bed, nose drops given. Old tub finish, washed. 

Got vomit found on floor, but it’s w fur ball not kibble. 

Morning: happy that Timmy and joy play catching. Serve 2 cans of digestive and one can of Fancy Feast – got eat (But 50% done by night time only). 

Night: he heard I preparing nose drops and he jump to top deck wor. 

Later part he came down shit and I give him nutriplus gel. At least I no need worry he constipated. 

Dinner serve tuna w chicken – not keen. 

He went to eat from Rufus’s plate – got bistro chicken. 

Morning: 830am mummy send to try stop Aristocats, n give bistro chicken – did that, first time I see Timmy didn’t eat at all. 

Night: he sneeze at least thrice. 

Think Tmr I back to his usual, i might try my ciao cup or kakato. 

Night: high up on the shelving

Timmy 1.6.22 wed 

940pm: his plate left a lot of food. So only open 2 new cans. 

10am: first thing is I look at blanket, he is not there! I so scare. He is on fridge, got eat. 

Later sit on orange floor mat again.

825pm: first time i see him on orange floor mat then in toilet, looks scary to me. got eat leh. i sayang think he know i worry

835pm: check on him again b4 leave, he ok but i still feel he weird2.

Morning: timmy is high up the shelf, didnt manage to give him nose drops

Morning: vomit on floor brownish bile w fur ball – mama says it’s Timmy. given him nutriplus gel and nose drops. Right nostril wet. 

Timmy 23.5.22 Mon 

1030am: active. Today he got go room chair to sit. Both nostril not wet. His nose drops going to finish room. 

Timmy 24.5.22 Tues 

8pm: his plate v full, almost didn’t touch, so I serve 2 new cans only. 

Both noses wet wet, I wipe for him. 

Got eat, right nostril wet. Given both nose nose drop. 

815am: sayang n given Cerenia nose drip for both nostril. Left nostril a little wet b4. Eyes no abnormality. Serve food got eat a little. Still got belly rub grooming himself 

10am: sleeping above fish tank. got eat food when I serve. 

11pm: fr mummy: “Cats crying or all flu? Timmy sounded very bad. I gave nose drop n nutrigel.” 

I assume he is the one who vomit some meshed version of kibble – it’s on his blanket 

11Am: was near the aircon platform, i serve him food he ate a bit. Later he belly up on the spa machine resting 

920am: serve food. He is the only one who eat right away, didn’t eat much b4 I left. 

Told him I’ll set up his page today. He give me a photoshoot to get his page icon. Sayang him told him he is handsome boy. 

1059pm: Haha while I’m doing “first” post then reaLise I alr set up a page for Timmy b4. 

Morning: he is slightly more alert today, got meow at me i sayang him n he got react when I kiss him
