Morning got news that Chu Chu pass on. might be good for her if she don’t have enough pain killer protected and the cysts alr burst into thousands? Sigh. I informed her mummy, bro and sis. All eat well. Eat for Raichu 

7am+:Raichu mummy:”Morning. Just letting you know i am taking raichu to Dr D today at 430pm. 

I have a feeling she is leaving soon. She has been extremely listless past few days….

.. She dun even want to walk anymore.

Only started to deteriorate these 2 days. Earlier this week i still see her walking and jumping. Then i noticed 2 days she lay on the bed and tearing very badly. Helper told me ytd thatvshe also thinks she is leaving soon.

So now helper few times a day brings food to her instead.

No la. I wont PTS. At most just let her lay there till she leaves lor. We can still hand feed.

Just worried she is in any pain.

Ya. She just had the liquid sucked out in Feb.

Must bring the bowl to her. She will not even stand up to eat. Just lay there and lick from the bowl.

So we are giving soft foods.

4pm: Accompany Raichu n mummy to vet. – in car Chu Chu can stand, looks not that scary as morning msg that she is going soon. he looks dehydrated but yet her cyst fluid issue, so unknown. w her eating, not pancreatitis. So sure need to check bloods see status. 

Seen dr d. Raichu had dental sx in March. today review mouth looks good. Weight: 2.13kg only. lose lots of weight. She is all bone no muscle. Physical check her right hind got swell. Might be in pain these days cos she fall down n injured. will start meloxicam once she is much more hydrated (start Subcut w k 25ml, est blue needle 2 mins 22sec). today started bupre 0.12ml x twice a day 5 days only. Then switch to gaba. b12 weekly for 6 weeks 

“Raichu: cyst fluid no malignant cells, mild histiocytic inflammation consistent with cyste. No infectious agents so no bacteria either” 

120pm: see dr d. Weight: 3.08kg – lose more than 1kg and dr d thinks she is actually only 2kg+, cos there is a big cyst big big one that she can touch. She says will see how after the u/s. Need to drain the cysts to make her feel better if not the guts also press on by the big thing. Heart lung sound clear. Both sides of her teeth are bad. W lots of tar tar – needs dental sx but next time then think la. 

U/s done and 130ml fluid sent off to test. And the balloon is still there empty now 

Got a big mass. 

Kidney and liver got lots of cysts. 

Pancreas a little enlarged but might be pushed by the big thingy. 

Give high energy food and give b12 Sam e. Just treat as liver n pancreatitis. 

Raichu mama arranging for her to do dental on 23.2 erm and on that date itself dr ym to u/s to see how much fluid can be drain from the cyst again as a guideline. 

HCT ok not anemic. 

Retic ok. Wbc NEU all high. 

Dr didn’t mention the need for ab.

10am ask mummy about raichu after sat vet visit: “She is OK. Happy happy walk around. Jump everywhere.. Eats like a pig. Lol. And demands me to pet her when I sleep. The liver pill damn hard to cut lor” – told mummy to give 1 tablet cos liver med can’t cut one ah. “ after i fed her. cos all chui… she kept “ngiap ngiap ngiap” her mouth. i see liao heart so pain

but she very guai lor. never even try to spit out.”

538pm: Raichu mama wanna bring Raichu to do a proper scan :”her tummy is really too big and hard. cannot be just fat. eating normally behaving normally. but the tummy is omg”

Re deworming: “i tried before. but she damn clever to spit out” 

1049pm: still no news from clinic on got slot on Saturday for full abdominal u/s or not.

341pm: aw:”For raichu there are many many cystic like lesions throughout the liver , and the kidneys ( left kidney is enlarged , and right kidney has a cyst as well )

Would recommend to run blood test ( chem15, SDMA , cbc ) and try and collect a sample of the fluid in the cyst to identify what type of fluid it is. Biliary cystic oedema possible. Mild effusion in the abdominal cavity. But majority of the fluid that is causing the abdominal distension are within cyst. “ 

• Mummy: “Collected liao. She say fluid clear.” – after that no more news. Will ask dr see on what’s the status and what’s the plan then for Raichu moving forward. 
• Talk to dr see and send mummy the following: “What can be done: 
• 1) surgery to take out as many cysts as possible. But it’s too many. 
• 2) to drain out the fluid fr the cysts as much as possible so her stomach won’t look so bloat. This got to be repeated process every now n then. So don’t really make sense 
• 3) let her happy eat sleep sayang can le. Just help the liver by giving the supplements u had bought. 
• To monitor kidney ie water / food intake n etc”

Visited Charmander cos she got spooked. Raichu r fine, will respond to sayang. But her belly is really hard n bloated. Either liver cysts exploded or she is full of gas but mummy v scare she isn’t in pain n still active. also think should not go stress her but her tummy really really bloated.
