9am+: tell her eat later I pull out the o tube. She got eat 🙂 later I syringe some 90ml renal liquid don’t waste that. Then I’ll put out the tube 

11.30am: tube fed 60ml renal juice. 

Given b12 jab n med n Subcut, pull out her o tube. Though the gauze got pus but the site is nice. Clean up n bandage up to prevent infection. A few days later can take off alr

11Am+: took off bandage, look good. No need Rebandage alr but still put silver gel and bandage for one more day 

12pm+: i go back for medi round. Tube fed 80ml of Ad

2pm+: im back again to medi the cat. Tmr can’t see them. Tube fed 80ml Ad and Subcut n med. her o tube will stay in longest for now. I see first. 

Night: mmm send photo and video, Bessie tube looks v out, not sure by Tmr can or not. Tonight I sneak back also no use. Cos don’t have spare bandage there. I have to bring new one over Tmr  – everyone to change bandage Tmr

11am+: change and clean, change to orange bandage. She look a Little blur. tube fed 70ml Ad. Subcut n continue med also 

7am+: mmm says Bessie just vomit and she clear alr. 

given all meds n I wanna leave for work but I see her bandage like got pus alr, clean up for her and a lot of pus, but the hole itself is fine. Clean up and change bandage. Her lump is gone too. Lucky Clav n meloxicam is covered 

3pm+: I’m back and tube fed her 70ml Ad 

9am+: Feel feverish. Unwell. Dr d for ask about her I reply under average.

Morning: aircon servicing so my schedule very tight. not cooperative. Ad spill all over her. only tube fed 15ml Ad. didn’t feel feverish

11Am+: 3.79kg – gain 80g in 4 days. Tube fed 80ml Ad. Giving bupre alternate day. Still on meloxicam and Clav for full 2 weeks before stopping. Told her 4.5kg I’ll pull out tube

10am+: tube fed 50ml of Ad and change her bandage. Tube still looks good.

1pm: no change in weight. Tube fed her 70ml Ad. She feel feverish -temp taken 39.3. Given Subcut and meloxicam. 

Her eat very dirty. Only get to clean a bit 

Her back scruff area got one lump like Subcut fluid lump, but I didn’t Subcut the days b4. A little scary – is that why she feverish? 

Informed dr d about this anyway: ““Antibiotic injection give there?. Most likely abces if fever. 27 Aug is few days ago… could be. Any injection can be cause of some infection, no way to 100% prevent. I would restart antibiotic, monitor if eating, either give tube antibiotic. Only marbo is once but that one not great for abscess. If it’s abcess, can confirm by aspiration and taking pus out, will help clear quicker also then. This location would be more likely microchip btw…. Also long ago but she had been on antibiotic all this time”  – told dr d I started her on meloxicam for her fever. Tmr

I think I bring aw for drainage of pus if it is. Or hope Tmr no more

9.10pm: mmm: “Help. Sunshine pull Bessie tube. I’m scared. His claws got caught n he pulled so much out. I worry she trip over the tube” – based on this photo. ok la. Tmr then I check, scare me, I thought pull out her flesh or sunshine still stuck w her

9.55pm; I fly back – do a quick check can slot back in one so leave it. Next round then check 

From jo video, she look better so maybe no need to restart Clav Tmr. Not so sure Tmr then decide. 

Bessie 3.9.34 Tue 

Day: that lump still there become smaller, i idiot try to poke to see can suck pus or not. Nothing I think is air or unknown that I had poke now. Bleed. Sigh. V sianz. Poke her on other spot to Subcut and given meloxicam etc. including restart Clav 14 days. Melo will give 14 days also bah I Duno where she had imflammation. maybe I should take out the o tube. Maybe. See how. Forgot to rescan her m/c – see got issue or not. 

Oh I didn’t take her temp but she still feel feverish. Tube fed 70ml. 

8am+: she seem a little tired leh but will come to me when I need to medi. She thought i wanna tube feed her ah. No tube feeding today. I don’t even have time to change her o tube bandage Tmr then do all her o tube site expose. I just make sense her tube don’t be so dangling. given meds. 

8am+: so bz like so many things to do cos hours that elv is is too short, I end up can’t even blend food for bessie tube feeding. Today didn’t n Tmr can’t also cos I on rush mode. 

1.30pm: I’m outside the door and I call for her she run over like norm want to go out want to play w me want me sayang. 

Night: jo photo show that her o tube dangling far too much. Tmr I don’t have to change but must at least secure it more.  

1.15pm: tube fed 50ml Ad and med

3pm: i go back to see oly again and tube fed  her 40ml Ad.  Keep wanting to run away. 

7am: tube fed 40ml Ad. V cooperative make my work easy. Given bupre n gaba today

10am+: stand at edge of bin to poo again so cute, 5/10. 3.71kg lose 90g in 11 days, tube fed 40ml Ad 

11Am+: i tube fed her 9ml Kd only cos no more Tmr I blend new tub of a/d. 

Her f patch also disappear le, lucky they r on f patch. If I remember Tmr I think I’ll give her a bupre jab 

7am+: done medi and tube fed only 10ml ad cos I’m super rushed, Tmr worse

Morning: I went back for medi round. Change Bessie o tube bandage. Looks good. She not cooperative but still easiest among all. change to pink bandage. tube fed 30ml ad and meds done. 

9.05pm; mmm”Bessie and sweet heart ate. Buddy didn’t. Oly ate”

9pm+: eat almost all food, Tmr can release her to roam.

Bessie 16.8.24 Fri 

7.56am; sleeping, but I feel a little negatives but I trace back past screen, she is sleeping soundly and 6.24am she is hungry and choose to eat the leftover wet food, she can’t eat kibble yet? Will release her today 

9Am+: I checked the basics and everyone release out. She went to the bins and pee, and Erm Duno why she stay in bin 05 i got to carry her out. And she go knead on the big bed 

Serve food got eat. 

10.40am: sleeping on big bed  

Duno why I feel she is unwell. Face look swollen. Given gaba today as well. 

11.30am+: medi done and tube fed 24ml v dilute ad 

1.56pm: Bessie went to bench blue tutu cushion to rest  

2.02pm: trace Ip saw she fell down the bench. With enough time for her to break fall 

9Am+: alive, I’m so scare she die overnight. my cute Bessie. Sayang her while I pack her cage. Not sure did she lick a little of the aixia oldie or not. Got pee. Did poo, slightly hard. 

10am: serve aixia oldie – totally not keen. Serve a usual plate but v mesh – she eat. Serve her another serving. 

Tube fed her 12ml of ad. 

11Am+: given Clav jab. And tube fed 18ml ad 

4.40pm: she is sleeping. Alr told jo later feed her and Buddy half can meshed each 

5.16pm/ 6.23pm: sleeping 

Night; got eat 

7am+: sayang and take video photo of the 3 kids going for dental. Tell them later come home can rest and mouth not pain anymore after a few days 

9.10am: discuss w dr d on o tube – cos she agree Bessie is small size, and full dental. So most prob yes bah.  

9.33am: still sitting in clinic waiting to pay for deposits – scary $2.4k just for deposit 

9.47am: dr d:”Bessie 3.8 so gained some weight. Premed given, starting Bessie now”

11.25am: dr d: “Bessie done, o tube in, all teeth out， Waking up already” 

“I did put fentanyl but have to check if that’s too strong. She is 3.8 now” – lose 100g in 4 days based on dr d weight 

1.30pm: Dr d “Bessie doing ok. Salivating a bit. She had many Resorptive lesions” 

“Bessie Amox clav inj or through the tube, monitor pain if fentanyl too much/too little. Start support feeding through tube small amount. Princess sweetheart same. They both could get meloxi if needed. But don’t start with it. Can offer oral water tonight, I wouldn’t give food tonight. Tmr morning can try.” – I will give aixia oldie each.

3.11pm: “Bessie seems high as a kite” – so i ask I better take out her patch later on? – “See after 4-6 hours” – that’s 6pm when I’m back loh. I think I’ll take out bah 

5/6pm: we rush back 猫房. Set up each cat one Ip cam. Bessie eyeball alr look v dilated v zone out but she should be in pain let her blur blur whole night hope Tmr she feel ok. 

Serve a can of aixia orange oldie – totally not keen. 

Sayang her and assure her back in 猫房 le. She should know the dental is a necessity. 

Let her rest. 

Sum up; she pluck out >20 teeths 

6.45pm; fr Ip she is standing up, looking out of cage 

7.13pm: she is resting but confirm moving. Can’t see her much 

7.46pm: dr d ask about their status. I send the look of them at 715pm. 

Dr d:”Bessie still looks quite high. But otherwise ok. Yah, high at least means no pain. And I don’t want her to have pain” 

I send her: And I don’t want her to have pain – “Completely agree” 

7.53pm: lying down position, can’t see her 

8.21pm: see butt only 

9.46pm: Ip knock off, can’t see her anymore. 

2pm: this girl ah. she know how to open cage and run out, tao let me know one cos she Chase after her like she know Bessie jail break. I put her back in she got no choice but poo 6/10. So all ok. She is ready for Tmr ga. 

812pm: dr d ask about Princess status and I send Bessie and Buddy status also: Bessie eating well, alr on Subcut bupre and Clav too. 

Tmr I won’t give them anything b4 coming to clinic

Dr d”Confirm 3x o tube? Bessie and princess I would for sure”

I told her:”Bessie (I’m not sure cos of her size frame, she is so small size, not sure. But she is the one w the most work done, so should put?) 

“I can app you during the dentals. Bessie full mouth so yah, would be nice…. I have all prepared already here so can start as soon as possible. First Bessie, while we do Bessie we pre oxygenate princess and take bp, then buddie. But I’ll app before I start and when I finish With each dental” 

9/10pm+: I’m back to 猫房 and serve her 2/3 can of aixia kin, she did eat. No further poo. 

Removed all kibble and food by 1025pm. 

Lock her cage. 

5.50am: mmm”Half can to Bessie. She finished hers.”

11.10am: no pee at all day 02 alr – she in out of bin for a lot of times and she bal and pee eventually. Pee colour n amount ok. So I think just now she waiting for me to let her out of cage to go big bin. Cos jo let her out so her no pee status isn’t reliable. I haven’t got her poo yet. 

General discussion w dr d on the worries for the 3 kids going dental. So record some of the stuff she say for each: “So I thought Bessie first, then princess, then buddy. O tube when stable yes. “

When I say: “Still the same old rule, if the ga is not safe, then stop the dental” – “Always. That’s not even a question”

New bin w pad to monitor her output also. Serve aixia can, didn’t see her eat. Subcut and given bupre and started Clav jab today. 3.90kg – but she gain weight of 140g in 58 Days. But last time she 4+ mah

Checked w dr d on the timing that I can fetch Bessie n Princess (7pm) or one cat dental only (5pm) so end up I confirm cancel this July dental. Just not right to go. I’ll bring all for the checks and doc but just can’t dental cos I can’t standby so many hours on the cats. so sat no need to give her Clav jabs to prep for dental.  

Night: celebrate tao bday got catnip toy she super high. She love catnip

Re all the bupre shortage, dr d:”opiates are not meant for long term pain meds eh, they wont work if used long term. gabapentin, sc ketamin low dose, cartrophen for the joints, low dose meloxi (in the current research there is zero contra indication for meloxi, as long as the cat is hydrated. even kidney failure wasnt a contra indication)” 

Will tell dr d to elevate the type of painkiller for her on 16.7

1147am: bloods work looks ok. So good to go for dental n m/c. 

9.28pm: Clinic didn’t get back on whether 16.7 available, text them again. – sigh clinic reply dr d is off that day. Sigh. 20.67? Sigh I don’t know. See any reply Tmr or not 

3.57pm: just send dr d a msg cos wanna plan something for Bessie. I think dental should be done. Though I’m worried about her and cost. But check first at least I can prepare her body for ga at a later date.

Morning: Subcut her. Now 8 of them on rotating shift to Subcut, so they minimum will Subcut 3 times in 2 weeks. Body and fur looks good .

Day: talk to Bessie again. Reminded her that she know she n me closest. Her leaving 猫房 to be adopted is cos she is cute and small n no illness. got pple give her more time. not even a slightest bit of me disliking her. i know we alr miss each other b4 she even leave. she know the rest healthy one no luck, sweeties so cute cos need liver med also no one want, ah Mao got to take care of them.  

11pm: as of now, already contacted Bessie PA and waiting for remeshing work to be done to proceed further. 

945am: caught to get ready to go adoption drive. at ad, quite cool, didn’t show fear, normal. got pple sayang her, she will sit ard, did look up at the window to look at me when I’m checking on them. Bessie, u seem to know?  

Someone who alr notice Bessie for a while finally fill up the form for her, other than meshing which I’m not sure will be a very good job done or not, generally this seem to be a good form. Bessie leaving 猫房? I think a bit more n talk to Bessie first then proceed to contact the PA. 

645pm: early dinner.

Morning: my cute girl, will look at me, I sayang her. Didn’t have much energy to talk to her re her adoption. Must find a chance to talk to her alone. i might bring her go back 4G for serious talk, so we can laze ard for a while while I pack house. 

3.09pm, still going logbook some other old cats will stuck to me realistically. Bessie though not young but she got such a good chance to be loved better than staying w me right? or occasional love better for Bessie? I really need to talk to her more.
