11am+: she walk about she did sneeze. Her nose seem to have blood discharge. Started her on a course of doxy – she hates it. I need to nubulise her

2pm+: im back again to medi the cat. Tmr can’t see them. 3.45kg – lose 180g in 11 days. Continue Subcut and bupre. Sleepy. Tired. 

10am+: Rena got eat vitakraft and vomit out 

Given rena agnes present. Ha is a catnip toy, rena don’t play end up give others but i think the smell no more the rest didn’t react much also 

Morning: celebrate her 10th bday in 猫房. Given her the green catosphere sb toy, she only enter for a while and Kitty occupy it thru out. He likes it a lot 

7.49am: mmm; “Breathing very slow” – lucky it’s w attacked video. Mmm wanna scare me to death siak. Fr video, rena sitting in bin. RR seem fine. Rena is old le. Coming 5 more days is her bday, don’t scare me. 

9Am+: I went in she sleeping on tree. I sayang  her for some time and she didn’t move, she is breathing but somehow I called her so long she didn’t respond she didn’t wake up. Very scary. Sooooo deep sleep or she dream that I’m sayanging her so she didn’t know is the reality? But she did wake up in the end, i kiss and sayang her longer. Then go usual round. She still walk about normally. Kpo when Jack go nubulizing.

Subcut n still bupre her. rethink of meds later on. think I need to alternate everyone bupre unless is those that really can’t

Rena 5.9.24 Thur

Morning: aircon servicing so my schedule very tight. Still Subcut but skip bupre I try to cut. 

1pm: 3.63kg – lose 50g in 9 days. Subcut and given bupre. Have to cut her bupre soon. 

7am: Subcut her w bupre. She looks small thin and weak. Not the type that needs medical care. Rena is really old le. Just remember the day I’m standing outside bishan center to answer Dr robin au call to tell me to mentally prepared that rena might gone soon. I told him I understand but I still want to try for her. Positive vibes matter a lot. I bring her in n out daily for her iv drip treatment. I think I can assume she is a happy 猫房 cat. She is 猫房 Princess 

10am+: 3.68kg gain 80g in 12 days

7am+: still on Subcut n bupre. I can shelf off u/s for a long2 time cos im mentally prepared maybe she same as snowy. So what if got a tumor inside? No way rena can survive a ga

Analysing rena med. had been on pan treatment: Subcut, bupre, b12 and Cerenia (stop on 14.8). The other 3 I’ll continue and deem fit. Maybe cut to alternate days. 

9Am+: tired and I serve her food she can walk about but didn’t eat 

1.06pm: aw:”Rena Spec fPLi still high 12.4. For SVI is $460, will provide detailed reports. SVI’s slot may take some time as they are shortstaffed.” – I think no point retaking fpli 1 month later, maybe b4 Xmas take maybe. Maybe spend the money on u/s as per dr d instruction in clinic record. 

Rena 17.8.24 sat 

Morning: I went back for medi round. Look at her n I feel she just need painkiller. So maybe Subcut n bupre is ongoing. Got one point she is in the bin resting. Sigh

10am+: got eat, and she eat the juicy beef and she vomit. I think is food problem.  

11.40am: see Dr Brandon for review cos dr Nally on UL. 3.6kg, lose 40g in 1 month. 

Taken 3ml of blood for fpli and spec. 

Sigh I’m thinking of stopping her Cerenia even if today is abnormal. Will plan again. 

Today abnormal again. Send out spec – sigh time to u/s? I’ll stop her Cerenia Tmr n see how. She is on almost 2 months of Cerenia omg. Bupre n Subcut will continue. 

Yesterday rena got 2 points sit in litterbin. Scare me. Today I Subcut her, her body frame and fur all still look good. Given her probiotics in case. 

Noon: eye got discharge leh. Pain? Given Subcut and Cerenia n bupre jab.

6.53pm: petspace inform that appt confirmed earlier they can’t, Wan me reschedule to 3.30pm n I reply cant, still ask me what time i want then? I reply as arranged and they say can’t again. As Rena has abnormal FPL, Dr Dyphmna has advised that Rena needs to repeat FPL blood test 1 month from the previous FPL blood test. If it is still abnormal, she did reccomend ultrasound after.” – so since I don’t have to suit dr d schedule, then rena shall retest on 16.8 at aw then.

Today is day 03 of monitoring, must make sure rena poo. 

10am: no poo still. Food intake got a little. Eye show pain. Today I’ll put f patch and bupre for her. 

Noon: given her Subcut bupre and Sam e

And place a f patch. 

5pm+: given them snack round. She didn’t eat much. Teary. Before monitoring she looks well. But I just need her to poo then I can let her out. Still no poo

9.08pm: mmm send pic of rena in bin; “Got tears. Long time but don’t see pee.” – I know she v sad in cage but I need to know poo status. 

9.10pm: mmm”Lick little salmon can. Didn’t touch morning portion. Didn’t try crab.” 

9.34am: mmm send pic of rena poo, look 4.5/10:”poo. Threw up. Liquid. I threw n clean up” – her pancreatitis not ok. Tmr continue treatment including Cerenia and Subcut n b12. Or f patch too strong for her? I remember she like can’t take f patch maybe. 

10am: no poo and didn’t eat much. Got eat. Got pee. Continue monitoring 

5pm: checked: no poo yet. Didn’t eat much.

Morning:bupre no stock. have to rethink n cut some cats pain management. Rena I think can cut. Her fur is nice. But will monitor her to play safe – eat pee poo.

Morning: i stop her bupre alr. Today skip Subcut. So today she isn’t on any med. I monitor her in cage 2, w the green sofa she look comfy in it. 

Re all the bupre shortage, dr d:”opiates are not meant for long term pain meds eh, they wont work if used long term. gabapentin, sc ketamin low dose, cartrophen for the joints, low dose meloxi (in the current research there is zero contra indication for meloxi, as long as the cat is hydrated. even kidney failure wasnt a contra indication)” 

Will tell dr d to elevate the type of painkiller for her on 16.7

Status update: rena body looks good. Pancreatitis treatment stop. Subcut and bupre continue today but I’ll change to alternate day. 

11am+: celebrate brownie 5th yr in 猫房. Rena wanna snatch her cake got scolded.

Morning: day 05 treating pancreatitis. today moon carry. I didn’t see her eat. 

Night: mmm “Rena, after trying a long time n walking round the bin” – Tmr I got to make sure she eat too. Sigh 

10.30am: see dr d. Mouth looks ok. 

3.63kg – gain 80g in 2 month. 

Heart sound clear, liver feel ok. Kidney slightly smaller. Take Cbc chem15 lytes and also fpli n draw slightly more blood for spec cos last time her spec is high. To m/c also. 

12.42pm: bloodworks nothing significant.  

Pancreatitis high positive. Send out spec. 

3pm: subcut her, given bupre. Tmr onwards will give the full combo w Cerenia n b12 b com. 

Morning: cut nails, clean ears and brush fur. Subcut her n she bleed quite a bit. given Sam e also. Tmr check her status.

Be it yes or no, then? Should know her health status? Maybe is pancreatitis that’s why tonight vomit? But didn’t seem like much vomit fr mmm photo. But clinic don’t have fpli kit leh. She say she wanna test do a quick u/s to see her … she say she feel something there. They have a new machine. 

She ask me whether got take her bp n urine. So not sure is she taking bp? I hope she do. – haven’t do. Bp 131 

she says urine no need.

Liver scan she say confirm no mass maybe is gas – she eat full alr in the morning. 

her alt 93, alkp 62, ggt 0 – good. Dr nally says can stop Sam e  – I deem fit first. 

Pancreatitis still abnormal. Want to know the spec add on $42, so send out the test. To take another 2ml of blood cos need 1ml serum. 

So whack fluid, b12, Cerenia n bupre? 

I rushed back 猫房 so today skip Subcut. tmr have to make a trip back, see how. 

“the add-on – the lower price is need CBC and biochem on same day (tt’s why 16Aug tt time can do as add-on). means it’s the more expensive one today if need to send out. Unless ok to send out but cost $180 and not $42…Problem is it doesnt tell us about the add-on requirement unless you click on Start Order Test” – So rena 2ml blood are wasted. 

“Would you like to try using our vcheck fpli?” – I totally reject cos totally useless – “Ok la… then we just continue treating Rena’s ongoing pancreatitis. Will consolidate all results later + plans after today” 

Re spec fpli – settled with IDEXX already, will proceed with test and the charge is not $42, it is $60. – will send out rena blood to have her quantitive test.  

New treatment plan for Rena : 

1. Subcut -> must continue 100mls 1x daily

2. B12 b com  -> ok to continue

3. Sam e -> ok to stop, liver values normal – I’ll give less frequent but will continue 

4. Buprenophine on off -> continue until at least Spec fPLI result is back (under Didi)

5. Kiv abdo US/antibiotics esp if Spec fPLi is not any better or worsening*

6.39am: dr d:”Rena spec fpl 19.2, Fei Fei 5.8. So Fei Fei is in the grey zone, not considered severe, possible chronic pancreatitis. Rena more acute.“ 

Morning: Pee onto floor cos I haven’t put the unicharm tray in – pee ok concentrated.

Today is day 05 of Cerenia. Tmr will stop giving . She got eat a little only. I have to remember to bring aixia oldie to 猫房 Tmr

Body looks ok. Appetite didn’t feel much better 

Morning: 3.38kg – lost 380g in 20+ days. mouth really ok. Ibd – intestinal track thicken. I test her for pancreatitis as well other than Cbc, Chem10, lytes n sdma. Urine sample taken see how later on. 

Cbc: all good

Chem10: alt alb got problem 267, but liver bile duct and pancreas all link one can affect the other 

Her fpl is abnormal – send out for number test 

Her kidney is fine 

Her lytes are fine 

High chances she got triple T. 

Her GGT normal, tbil elevated (explain the yellowish on the serum) One more of her liver go up, all point to liver issue. 

Treatment for now: Clav and fluid Cerenia bupre b12, Sam e (try to give more frequent). 

Given Subcut, clav 0.17ml and Cerenia and bupre. Sam e too. 

Morning: wa happy she respond n eat better w finnese chicken yesterday night. This morning don’t eat again. Serve broth  – lick some  

7am: did feel she is weak and not well. Didn’t eat much for days. At least still keen to eat. Serve many n eat nothing more than 10%. Today go berry broth she at least drink more but she vomitted out. Later got to Subcut her

Bloodworks nothing significant and fiv felv still both negative. Dr Daniel say no heart mur2 and lung heart sound clear. so Erm … safe for now? Rush her back to 猫房 told her I need to check on ah hei – found dead.

Morning: day 02 I feel rena got something wrong, her eyes got discharge (pain discharge), clean off for her. Pain till eyes also diluted? I don’t have Buprenophine in 5G anymore. Have to top up at clinic again. given her 0.45ml gabapentin. given nutriplus gel 

3.98kg – lose 220g. Can’t recall if she is eating. But still near me and will whack and scream when others r near her.

7.55pm: fr Ip: worrying for her leh, she is now in bin 06, the one w most poo normally. Sigh 

11pm: she is in bin sleeping but will walk out to me, I’m happy to spot her butt hole seem wet, I clean up to check and guess I got lead on her issue – constipation, that’s y the stomach is distended yesterday. 

Taken a video of her trying to poo, no strength? She isn’t thin, so is really stomach pain can’t get poo out. She got the want vomit retrenching action like Xiami last time (cisapride I rule out first). I Subcut her w b12 bcom, given gabapentin and probiotics. A while later she poo 2cm 6.5/10 in bin 08, and later 4-5cm 7.5/10 in bin 06. 

Carry her to bench to rest. She didn’t run back to bin anymore. Grooming herself. Hope I found out the issue correctly. 

103am: fr ip: she is lying in bin 06 again. Sigh. Tmr have to give her probiotics again, or the gabapentin bottle is a mistake? Cos no label? Sigh.

My ear damn pain, really wanna whack her hard but I didn’t but still got whack her for keep screaming LOUDLY SHARPLY. Sigh 

11pm: think she got to go vet Tmr. Should be mouth damn pain. But got eat n lookks fine. Tmr see how. checked her log, last full bloods is 2021, let’s see her status.  

10am: will walk about to food room, will scream but much better

I can’t stand that Yaya papa keep shutting curtain – Rena and princess won’t be happy. Sigh. Like this really might as well send them to 5G – and i shall do it Tmr. then this room will be left vacant for emergency. will move their blankets along. Informed Rena and princess.

Morning: serve food got eat, told them we moving today. meow quite loud initially in the soft bag, shifted her to 5G. Hiss directly non stop when there, but calm down alr. Got go to kibble bowl. 

Night: i make an effort to go in, find rena and princess first n sayang them. But rena Keep making  those noises and her loud sharp meow at others, and at Jack are horrible, get scolding n smacking from me. 

Morning: always want to come out. got eat breakfast – tuna w salmon w kakato chicken fillet  

Morning: sleep near the purifier. Both didn’t really eat. 

930pm: she got walk about, she like to walk about and will meow like door sensor. 

Day: tell both Rena and princess I think I got a plan to convert this whole room to felv room, leaving room A locked for emergency / hospitalisation purpose. they will go and stay at Totoro current room. and dec I bring them

To room a to stay when Bella n Tammy come or maybe I should just bring them to 5G to see how they merge? Cos they will get to see me more when in 5G actually cos we got major cleaning day n etc. Erm … 

Should I do it on 24.8? Since I’m bringing them for health check up, then straight after just do it? just go 5G? i should? but Rena still ok no need see vet now I don’t think jinx the situation leh. How? princess also not necessary to see one again in august. Erm … or I shift Totoro to room c to stay first. Then I major wash up T room and move Rena n princess in n swap their rooms? wait till nov then move them to 5G? so they can join 猫房 Xmas party also? This sound like the best plan.

530pm: T Room cleaned up thrice n should be v santidised le – calling it PRINCESSES ROOM. Rena keep meowing, even want climb the wall wanting to know what’s this room, I carry her to window to take a look and give her a hanging bed to lie on. Then serve ciao cup – got eat. 

Night: settle down le, I open door n she got roam a bit. When I jab princess, she come back on her own, serve food. Both didn’t really eat much. 

9+pm: fr ip: Rena guarding the door to meow at me if i appear (ha, same as Totoro old pose) 

1050am: still my cute Rena meow at me, want eat, but nibble but i sayang her she tend to eat more – maybe 2% only? Then stand to look at me again- can’t touch her alr cos I go to alley’s room. 

2pm: found poo on the bed- the only bed that I didn’t throw. Erm princess? Think should be her, not rena’s. 

12am: still active in looking at me.

More emotional than medical. Princess is very active happy to see me? I make it a point to greet and sayang Rena first then I sayang princess. today we serve platter plate (tuna w chicken, kakato chicken tuna and ciao crab meat cup) – she got eat a bit, better than yesterday. Later I Subcut her n give 0.15ml Buprenophine.

9Am: Rena didn’t eat much, that I feel that she looks weaker. High percentage think she is jealous? Fei taken up lots of the time, n she see I feed fei n princess medi, just more time than her. But I think her mouth might have some issue again. Mild starting. I pour kibble for her, she try to eat, but also not much. Next few days maybe try Subcut her n give Buprenophine. Won’t use the jab dr yeumee dispense yet. that jab lasted her well for some months. 10am: serve her kakato chicken fillet she got eat. 

Is fei eating too well till princess and Rena didn’t eat much? Rena still got her otter standing look

Clinic don’t have 12.5mg f patch for Rena, so can only rely on Gabapentin n Buprenophine. 

Tonight n tmr will stop gaba, n also don’t put new f patch, see if the dexa working or not.

Alr placed a new patch for her, this patch can only last 3days only cos Tuesday she going grooming

8am: seem ok, but didn’t move much. Think she want a bath ASAP she want to look super pretty. What accessories should I give her on Tuesday when she is back from grooming?

830am: got want to eat, but didn’t – mouth super pain. Later I have to put a new f patch for her. New pred jab not working at all.

9pm: got eat but I still put the f patch anyway  

2pm: told dr yeumee I don’t bath Rena cos wanna show her all the weird spots she had on her body. Can’t be just saliva from mouth cos her paws aren’t that bad. Also her butt raw and inflamed since yesterday. 

Told dr yeumee that meloxicam 14 days not helping, Marbo for 4 weeks stop yesterday, now alr on Buprenophine+gabapentin+f patch. 

3.45kg – dr says weight maintaining but her skin might be some pain somewhere she mitigate the pain by biting here n there. 

Dr says no need to take bloodworks cos the last recent taken one r relatively good. I ask for pcv, cos she sit in litterbin. 

Mouth as bad. 

Anal glands r little full, to express anal glands. 

treatment plan for skin: atopia etc which is oral which is total out for Rena, so only choice is back to pred jab. Dose = 0.5ml (dr yeumee say the new bottle I buy is less potent, totally different from what I was told) frequency = same as depredil so I’ll deem fit.

above won’t help mouth, so mouth treatment

• no change, so see how first. Pred might help for now. 

Pcv 38%, tp so safe for now.

Dr says her anal Glands v full so hopefully her licking wet sessions due to that can be resolved. 

Review in 2-4 weeks time, I schedule 3 weeks later.  

17.8.21 tues she go grooming. 

10pm; given her new pred jab 0.5ml. 

110am: she is lying on the floor sleeping 

Night: sitting in litterbin. 

Mouth issue is the big thing, had been giving Marbo like for 28 days till today – can stop for sure. 

While I know meloxicam is useless, f patch is working a little combined w Buprenophine n gabapentin. How can this go on? I need to know if I can stop Marbo also. 

Saw Rena butt is wet and raw like typical diarhhoea cat – BUT confirm no diarhhoea cos whole q room no one diarhhoea. So what happen to Rena? Sigh. Tmr need to see vet to have current status. 

Should I say f patch help a bit? But I still did give Buprenophine and gaba. Still got drooling, but not that super bad till the salivate fly. So I need more f patch for her.

8pm: mouth drooling is horribly bad. V v bad. V v v bad. Gabapentin n Buprenophine up also can’t. 

Body v dirty today – need to schedule her grooming again. 

I clean n shave her ear, just tried giving f patch tonight, see how. See can stay how long first – b4 I decide to give her Pred jab.

Day: mouth drooling so bad till her nose also blacker w dirt

Night; v pain. Need to change her to twice daily Buprenophine. 

1230am fr Ip she is standing not moving, whole day lying near window v scary

1030am: drooling horribly badly 

7am: looks bad – those salivating – she is v uncomfortable – not cost factor, but I do think gaba will work better for her than Buprenophine. Today will give her double dose per day. 

1040am; salivating v badly 

Given gabapentin 

2pm: 3.56kg – gain 20g. 

Still have to clean her mouth daily. 

8am: keep asking me for food, got eat, but didn’t eat a lot 

1030am: look ok

Since yesterday I had down her Buprenophine to 0.03ml/kg, 猫房 on disaster mode 

Night: she is sitting in litterbin. 

Still drooling. Really Duno about effectiveness of meloxicam. Day 14 – Think alr long enough to conclude no point giving it. Today last day of Meloxicam. Will just continue Gabapentin n Buprenophine. 

Night: drink quite a lot of fish soup

Rena 17.7.21 sat 

Day 03 on high dose meloxicam 0.2ml, can safely say it’s useless, cos her drooling is badly, somehow worse than b4 start? Continue w 0.1ml for the next few days first. Today last time give her the Cerenia nose drop – she mow scare of me. Nubulize w purple spray will continue. 

Night: still drooling badly 

950am: bring her out on the black carrier bag – meow so loud until Duno how many pple look at me – w stitch meowing louder than her 

3.46kg – drop 80g 

Dr yeumee touch her throat area – her pain is spreading from inner mouth down to throat area alr (like mosses n gummy but not as bad as them yet) 

Recommendation on what else I can try: 

1. in view of knowing she is an extreme stubborn girl (no oral med, no f patch cos will take off, no n tube cos she will pull off n go on complete hunger strike) – try inhalation w the purple spray – cos won’t help w mouth, but hopefully some ab get to the throat area make her better 
2. Try dexa- another form of depredil – more of try try since depredil can only work a few days 
3. Try Meloxicam (know fr old record in Feb 2020 i told dr d Clinda + meloxicam combi  don’t work for Rena) 

For now, just take full blood works to see current status, take urine (she got bladder) then deem fit what’s the plan

Results r out: generally all r good,  even sdma back to norm 10, hct 32%, phos Crea liver all no issue. TP neu those relating to mouth pain understood. Even urine analysis is good, no bacteria, some rare cocci most likely from her skin, concentration 1.05 good. So organs r in good conditions so see no reason why can’t try meloxicam/ continue depredil. 

Conclusion: add 4 things to treatment plan: 

1. nubulize w purple spray – once or twice a day, help for her throat area 
2. Cerenia nose drops – I can sense dr ym trying to pre empt b4 rena progress to become mosses / gummy 
3. Meloxicam 0.2ml for first 2 days, then 0.1ml daily till i tape down if it works when this shall b forever 
4. Marbo for 2 weeks (15-28 July) 0.43ml just for any pre existing imflammation though bloodworks/ plot graph look fine

1215am: sayang her, She got eat, I also Duno what I’m expecting from a vet visit. I normally know what I want to test, what to do per visit. For Rena, is really a ?. I do think her kidney gor issue now, so need urine? What else? then but her mouth is still the biggest issue. 

Just before I wanna help her wear ball ball necklace – i clean her mouth thrice. Lots of drooling but she is eating. 

Brush her fur – lots of fur r out. 

Morning: up Rena Buprenophine to twice a day. Given morning dose, but her drooling is still as bad. But got eat today. I think I wanna bath her soon.

955am; ff ip the kids open up maxine door. Not messy. Only Rena is sleeping on the box. The scene is damn scary – as if I lost 2 cats at one go. Rena isn’t doing well, review far enough times N nothing change. No treatment plan fr last visit till now – think Dr forgotten about Rena, or she can’t think of any plan for her. Continue: Subcut, totally stop depredil, given Buprenophine n gabapentin daily.

Given 0.14ml Buprenophine n gabapentin. So she need Buprenophine from today onwards? 

11am: not fine. After yesterday vet visit, not as motivated for food. Didn’t eat this morning and sit in litterbin. 

Mouth drooling is so bad today till I think I wipe her mouth 5 times? Even Peepads stain w the drool as if got blood.

1045am; go review w dr Geetha. Her drooling is bad n long, she active in wanting food but I think didn’t get to eat much cos of the drool.

Diabetic is ruled out for now but if I continue depredil, might push her towards it. 

Rena is currently stage 1 kidney problem 

Dr Geetha asked about oral med, I told her I CAN give but her stubbornness n I know her character, Rena would want to die earlier if this is the option (today she didn’t look piss, she seem to accept that i really understand rena well) – She say she will think about it on what else to propose to me cos she also know meloxicam, interferon etc all tried on Rena b4.

3.71kg w Subcut – gain 330g – even exclude fluid, she still gain weigh – see status of health today bah

super summary: told her Rena got a long history of illnesses, in short currently is mouth pain so on depredil, and I just want to check her current status to make sure I’m treating her properly. 

Chem15, lytes taken

Though Rena Rbc generally is good, cos March 2021 wbc taken is slight high, dr Geetha say to take cbc as well of cos ok, normally she don’t want to take most things, so I’m ok if she suggest to take something 

results: hct 36.6%, wbc 14.68- ok, only mono 0.68 slightly elevated 

Glu 268 (previous is high, but this round much higher) – dr Geetha suggest to test for diabetic but since bloods use up, don’t want to draw again, so plan is: 1 month later I must make sure Rena not getting another depredil and review max most prob taking sdma also 

Crea 2.1 – normal, but did go up from 1.6 within 2 months – so sdma is next review step

TP 9.9, though I Subcut her this morning b4 going vet, I did feel she hydrate quite fast and she is drinking more water

B4 bloods r out, physical mouth check, dr g thinks her mouth aren’t that bad, her lower hind r red. No mention to give ab or anything. She thinks I should alternate my Buprenophine and gabapentin (she think Rena is chronic pain so I should give gaba)

6am: drooling v badly till she didn’t eat – check her record. May need depredil already

Morning: day 03-04 no poo almost like no pee? Also didn’t eat much
Definitely look dry. Supplement her w good stuff first, Subcut w b12 b com

Go and see dr Chang – taken Chem10, lytes, cbc
3kg – v thin – sigh obvious is also due to lack of fluid but I still got to see her organs first 

Rbc 9.47, HCT 43.6% – dr c says it’s ok, I think is v dehydrated 
Wbc 17.99, neu 13.67, glob 7.4 – forgot what vet says, but what I feel that it’s in line w rena’s mouth pain – gum issue – this make me feel like giving meloxicam more 

Glu 176 – slight high think today alr less stress going to vet in a huggy backpack 
Crea 1.6, bun 19 – all the more I can give meloxicam

Alb 2.4, alt 41 – liver still ok as expected

Conclusion: dr c thinks depredil is more suitable – listen to her this time, given 0.3ml jab – I’ll see how first for the next few weeks – to switch to meloxicam or not 
We talk about Rena leg pain due to old age by another vet – I ask about catrophen n told her the following: catrophen 0.11ml (13.9.20, 20.9, 27.9, 4.10, 2.11, 6.12, 5.1.21, 5.2) – Dr say can stop n also recommend a medi antinol n told me to read up n say she is also trying on her cat – Erm I know it’s formulated for dog – Erm but it work like 1tdc – so don’t make sense if I don’t use 1tdc n use this new product? 
i continue to give Rena gabapentin for any potential pain 

Night: happy roaming about but I q her in Doraemon room again, Subcut and monitor – eating still 

Morning: manage to get slot to see sunshine dr  on Monday 1pm

Night: given nutriplus gel too. Lucky still eating 

Night: lucky still got eat a bit. I know she is not fine. Didn’t start meloxicam cos I got no idea how her organs is right now. Might go sunshine vet to get the feel of the place and see how.

Night: shifted her to Doraemon room, she look bad, eye discharge is bad – definitely in pain, alr on gabapentin, tmr maybe have to change pain killer

Mouth still pain still drooling – have to rethink meloxicam / depredil – since oral mouth wash is a no no for her
