8.13am: his head is on a plate, scary position. Trace back 7.22am he is out at that position and 7.27am don got go smell him 

Trace back: 7.25am he should be gone 

I alr know he is gone but when I touch him I still sad. My alley. I know you for so many years alr. Cut off his nasal tube and sayang him. 

Made decision: let him stay in room since it’s aircon. Just don’t put flowers. 

5.59am: fr ip, sitting near water bowl

Seen dr nally today. 4.8kg – lose 530g in 4 days. V dehydrated. Didn’t hear his heart mur mur today. Taken bloods for Cbc. Will do nasal tube today. He will fight when putting tube so given 0.05mg/kg bupre iv. 

His HCT drop further 8.3%. Dr n thinks is end stage felv. I know his ab is a must. Should add a third one? – no la. 

12.00pm: Bought the expensive doxy liquid.n tube is in. Going home, I going to syringe him some aixia oldie and later will go back after lunch do the rest of the med and stuff and syringe a/d after i bring blender to new house. 

1219pm: back in 猫房, given doxy 4.8ml and 18ml aixia oldie, have to flush more water cos aixia not watery. 

12.53pm: he is sitting outside, as long as tube intact is fine. tonight I sure can’t go back.

3.10pm: enter his room, I brought cool collars but I decide not to put for him. The chance of him irritated and pulling the tube out is higher w the collar. Decided to give him bupre again, cos almost 4h alr. N I Tmr morning then will see him.  Given 50ml of aixia oldie and I/d blended (4:3) and milk thristle.

8am+: manage to get 5ml of aixia oldie into him, his ear alr start to be a little yellowish alr due to non food intake. Should I try giving onipural? If got tube, can give milk thristle. Now all can’t. 

Subcut minimum n given all meds. And a b12 Jab. Today Marbo go in so much reaction he meow loudly. think is i didn’t Subcut much then given that, not diluted enough.  

9.04am: he is sitting on floor, sigh Xiami Polish almost all food on the floor 

10.29am: from Ip: he sleep beside Xiami bin, scary pose, check 1015am: he is at the front kibble buffet area. 

1.17pm: checked ip – he is not in view. Checked: 12.30pm he jump up to the level 2 of the cat condo 

4.36pm: he is sitting on the floor, I’ll try rush back check him out 

6pm: given him a bupre jab and 0.08ml milk thristle. 

9.16pm: fr Ip: alive. I’m worried Tmr nasal tube got issue. if no issue I got another issue. I have to bring blender to 猫房 to blend ad.

7.15am: mmm”Drink water, lick the kibbles” – checked. Didn’t fr 7.13-718am. 

Confirmed: 7.19am he started drinking water for >90s, head did turn to kibble bowl for 1 second only, n weak run back to the tv condo. day 04 no food intake. later I try to syringe a/d. 

I only manage like 1ml of ad into him. given meds. Don’t like to be disturb cos unwell.

3.57pm: from Ip: at least he is drinking water on his own    

5.19pm: fr Ip, he is in the tv condo 

9.13pm: fr Ip, he is flat on floor scary position. Quickly check 904pm Ip: diff positron. 

9.15pm: I’m back, but I know he is alive, I go sayang the rest for a while and I go in clear their bins, and sayang him and hug him. Clean his right eye w discharge for him. Given a bupre jab. 

7.01am: worried so I check ip, didn’t see him. 

7.40am: fr ip, the one I thought on green sofa is daring, but seem to be alley 

9Am+: he stand at door for me. But I can’t sayang him told him I’ll go some food for them first then later then can come in, then he go hide in the tv condo. Didn’t come out for food 

10.45am: can safely says he didn’t eat. Take it as day 03. By tues is day 05 and I’ll put nasal tube. still respond to me, I got hug him sayang. Subcut n medi n he go into tv condo and I know he is angry. Or v unwell. I sayang him tell him ok just sleep. Rest well. Body will fight. 

12.06pm: blur image but can see him from “Alley Room Cam” – same position. Hopefully he is just resting sleeping. 

4.28pm: fr Ip; at least position is changed 

8pm+: I’m worried so I go back check on him. he did come out of tv condo towards me n I hug him. But i over touch him he will make noise I think frustrated / pain. 

Serve food he not keen. 

Given another 0.27ml bupre jab.

Taken 5ml of blood fr neck, Alex hold w w collar, didn’t touch mouth he is steady – cos taken Cbc chem15 lytes (reject sdma) probnp (cos got mur mur but he is anemic I’m sure) and fpli. His blood super diluted (Alex says like water). 

1138am: Alex came to ask me about his fiv felv status – he mentioned he saw the results values v low. I start to worry how low is the low that he saw. I know is bad, just don’t be single digit. We moving house today sigh. 

For now, I’ll up his dose to 0.27ml bupre. I still think he needs dexa jab (check first) but I think maybe need to start ab. Dexa is a steroid jab check le, sound like alley needs it but it can crush him faster. Choose safe route: 

His HCT is 9.6%, severe anemic. Wa have to restart darbepoetin 1ug/kg. Once a week. later go back count dose. Doxy 10mg/kg (I’ll try give 2 notches) Marbo 2.75mg/kg (0.15ml). Bupre higher dose x twice.  Liver got issue but -? Sigh. Kidney still good. The rest nothing significant. probnp abnormal. No pancreatitis. 

Review in 1-3 days. I’ll drag I know. 

Back to 4G, given Subcut, bupre, doxy and fercosang, b12 b com, darbepoetin. 

505pm; given Marbo 0.15ml and going to move house to 5GM. His body n legs got some yellow discharge, Duno from him or he stain himself w other stuff. Wipe him down.  

5.30pm: Reach 5Gm, he is weak and stress. But calm. Sit on floor. 

8.54pm; check on Ip, lucky alley sit on floor that just now can see his face. I can’t be syringe feeding him. But Tmr Duno how if he still don’t eat on his own. 

Morning: looks scary in the lower deck condo. Didn’t move. Alive 

Serve him breakfast and I got to move their stuff to 5GM today. 

3pm: I’m back and he didn’t move at all yet. Food not touched at all. I have to use vacuum scare him out so I can Subcut him and given bupre n meloxicam. 

Got eat when i serve snack

Morning: same position in that tree again. Didn’t come didn’t eat  

12pm+: I’m back he didn’t move. Vacuum also can’t scare him out. I tilt condo till if almost collaps then he come out. Given bupre. Bring good plate to him not eating. lucky I open instructive pouch he willing eat (a little) didn’t  weigh but he obviously become thinner n weaker and lost a lot of muscle mass. 

Night: sayang him, he got tuck to my leg he knows he got issue he is weak and no appetite. Don’t eat at all. I serve instinctive pouch again also no use only touch a little again. I clean his right eye and serve a/d lucky he lick some more. almost no food intake these 2 days. Subcut/ bupre/ meloxicam also no use. Tmr morning I’ll bring him for check up. Feel that need something diff maybe dexa jab. 

Night: he is still not moving down. Drooling a lot. Tmr got to bupre n meloxicam him. Sayang him he love it but I need to be careful cos won’t know when it will trigger any pain to him.

Morning: a few days not coming down.

These 2 days got issue, I know he know he keep staying at the top of the multi layers condo. Didn’t come down to eat but did eat when serve. tonight given bupre jab. 

Morning: pack up room A to get ready to quarantine those sterile stuff to move house. Put rumi Simba sofa out and he sit on it v cute. For many hours he like. But when we move all will be thrown / give away

Night: still eating but tonight didn’t come to me. Tmr most prob got to give the bupre jab. Or today far too hot? Cos I didn’t on aircon

Morning; today electric work at 5GM, getting ready their new home for them. Yesterday skip medi round. And today still manage to skip bupre. 

Status update: eating v well. Skip bupre for days alr. I also didn’t go vet stock up meds le. The next big sum of money gonna spent on Reno and m/c. and their long term expenses

Later I got to feed them as soon as i cans today must restart meds.

Afternoon: I’m back N i greet the cats so they won’t worry about me. Sigh. They so manja want me loh, so I go sayang them. Can see alley is very happy. Eating well. 

3pm+: given Subcut bupre n put on a f patch for him. Informed him I won’t be ard till i can come back, they will take care of themselves, be good kids to da jiejie.

6-7am: fed them each 1.5 cans of food. remind him Guai Guai. No scare. Ah mao won’t be in for next few days. No bupre for a few days but f patch is on. He finish food b4 I leave the room so I serve one more can for him. 

Morning: Got helpers in to brush fur, clean ears and cut nails for the rest, but him can’t. think he sure attack. yesterday I help him clean ears le, dirty, one point he attack but i escape. Today I steam brush his fur he like it. I of cos have to proceed w caution.  

Morning: Subcut him, given b12 jab and meloxicam. Took off his f patch. Given 0.25ml bupre 

Night: looks ok. No drooling.

Noon; 6.31kg gain 70g in 6 weeks. Got drool. Subcut and given bupre meloxicam. clean his right eye, got discharge fr pain I think

11.10am: see dr Brandon for review. 6.24kg – lose 80g in 2 weeks. He looks fine, draw blood from jacular twice fail. Today still a very good boy. Drawn fr hind leg. His hct 29.2%, still ok leh but I think he needs to start ab. To give Clav 0.32ml for 10 days. But both Xiami and alley mcv mch are high, think felv versus add up. 

3pm: I can’t confirm how much he had eaten but I see him eat pallet. Sigh. And poo 4/10. 

5.56am: woke up by alley calling. That time he unwell (when I first found he is felv) he also like that. But he want to eat. So give him lots of food. Still meow after that. But sigh. don’t think anemic will meow like he does. Monitor first.

5th to groom, fierce, I got to scruff him to go cut all nails then they Take over fr there. He is so fierce till he beat up daring. Daring nose got a few lines and bleed. 

5.00pm: sweeties making sound, both alley and daring meow worried about her – told them sweeties is fighting

When they left. He is my cuddle boy- give him ciao cup as teabreak.  

Did have salivating these days. Still eating well daily but muscular mass confirm drop. Given bupre n meloxicam today

Quite some time I didn’t give alley bupre. Today given him one cos these days his drooling more frequent but still eating well.

When bath and done, the groomer wrap him up and accidentally touch his mouth, he bite her, her left hand middle finger one hole, bleed a lot and I can only give her f10 and 青草油 and pressure bandage. can’t blow dry him, belly still wet no choice let him be.

Still eating ok. I alr start to wean him off meloxicam and bupre. I only give as n when I think I needed so he is not dependent on that.

Night: I do feel that alley mouth is acting up soon think Tmr got to give him all the jabs 

Day: I cut down the frequency that alley needs to rely on meds. He is eating well. 

Night/ midnight: I can’t be sure but I think is either alley or Don keep meowing. moved to big room but keep meowing. Alley did eat the food when I put a plate in front of him. Hungry? I alr up the food given to them at night so calling me cos of hungry is eliminated

644am: meow siak. I guess is alley. I so tired. Too hungry. I fed them some food and I knock out. 

Night: Serve tuna w kakato chicken – he like. 

Morning: sayang him a lot today. 6.28kg – gain 60g in 49 days. 

Night: given tuna w salmon w ciao 233 – he v happy loh. He loves ciao cup 

Noon: drool again. Wipe w my hand N given Subcut and bupre and meloxicam jab n ornipural and b12 b com jab.

Night: got 3 batches of vomit of kibble and goji stained w redness which scare me I thought who vomit blood. Can’t confirm is who. I guess alley/ Xiami. Don’t dare to buy this for them anymore. Tmr try the chicken w goji berry see how

Night: I’m still considering about Thurs vet visit. I most prob will cancel for all. Alley doing quite ok, is it cos of the apple cider vinegar in water?

Day: bought them a cycle wheel. Alley got went up to scratch. No one play yet.

On the alternate medi day for the past days, seem ok. Meloxicam and bupre on one day, next day rest. Don’t Subcut him that frequent also. Given probiotics.

Night: given absolute holistic chicken shrimp and RC renal pouch – he got eat and jump away in pain again. I’m seriously thinking of letting him go for dental again. For the rest. I’ll see his food intake Tmr. These few days didn’t add on any supplements into his food. This morning his overnight food not really touch day 01. This Fri review see his kidney got worsen w the meloxicam jabs or not. sigh. Liver also can’t help when he don’t help taking in Sam e. 

950am: yesterday overnight meal I give without medi and finesse tuna classic w tuna w white fish w ciao cup – he finish all 

Night: samylin arrive so I add a pack in without lactoferrine for alley – w added ciao cup. See how. maybe alternate day give him these 2 supplements. 

Morning: serve sparkle chicken shirasu jelly and finesse chicken shirasu gravy – got lick the gravy. Serve ciao cup got eat all.

715pm: didn’t look ok, given bupre and i feel he is hot, I think I’ll bring him to vet Tmr. If fever he needs meloxicam anyway. Kns. Check status bah. try giving the lactoferrine mix in water n give direct today – fail badly. Don’t mix well n he don’t like it. Yesterday overnight mix in food he didn’t really eat. So mean no intake at all yet. Tmr see how again.

Have to tell her my main reason for bringing him today is cos he is feeling hot and so I just bring one month earlier to see his status. fentalyn patch/ ketamine don’t work on him – too strong. Gaba oral/ cream don’t work on him – think too weak. Bupre should be the only choice I narrow down le – still raise price! 

Mention about i starting him on lactoferrine. 

sum up: today he temp 37.5 (the high temp I feel most prob is when he is in pain so feel warm) and his gum looks really pink and not bad today – so today didn’t take blood. Review on 11 may again.

430pm: I get ready got to work. He is still v quiet. Tonight then give him med. rub gaba cream for him. Hand feed him he eat, he always happy I feed him. Gentle and careful w my fingers till I scoop finesse chicken salmon gravy for him, wa he like ah. Sigh I didn’t buy any at the sale yesterday. 

Day: I start thinking of his quality of life. As well as the tonnes of money on Buprenophine and worse still vet may not sell, while she knows the fact that alley need. Sigh.

Talk about painkiller options – bupre confirm work but will spend 140k on just that. So now striking a bal on bupre vs gaba cream. I think I can skip bupre again today. 

Cbc taken only. HCT drop further but still got 34%. felv more active more. Need to continue Marbo for 2 more weeks then stop. review in 2-3 months time. I’ll go 2 months cos today I bought meloxicam injection for him n dr Nally wants him on 0.06ml jab (I know this is maintenance dose for jab 0.5mg/kg) but I think dr nally didn’t catch what I’m saying, alley had been only on 0.1ml oral all along (ie that’s only 0.5mg daily) so if up to 0.5mg/kg that’s 6 times the NORMAL dose I give him. maybe I should up, but not so much la. Giving 0.03ml jab will be thrice the amount that I had been giving normally. I’ll give that daily for the next 2 weeks since need to give Marbo anyway. Then I’ll still tap down by giving alternate day. his liver not ok. so let’s see how. 

3pm we back to 猫房 he finish a plate of bistro chicken too hungry.

Night: like a little drooling, today also didn’t jab bupre. Think at most must alternate day give. Gaba cream is daily. maybe have to try dr d’s ketamine. 

Did see he mouth pain again. Think gaba cream not enough. Tmr will give both gaba n Buprenophine

Given cream in morning, night given bupre and Marbo. See how the combo. Gaba cream should be daily one (1.50$) then bupre I deem fit, even I down to 0.36ml, will be $10 per day) 

First day trying gabapentin cream on him. See how. No buprenophine

Day: status update: he got eat overnight. Day unless I hand feed or give to him v closely, he didn’t eat. Can’t even gauge the up in bupre got helps or not. No more drooling – but this is so since I took off f patch (metathone etc under same category so most likely alley can’t take it, so dr nally say no point trying). Meloxicam I’m going to give today last day (day 05) 0.2ml. Tmr back to maintenance dose 0.1ml. That day I count based on vet’s instruction and if alley live another 10 yrs, I will got to spend $130k on just his pain killer alone. Ha who will die first? 

Noon: looks a little sianz in the round cat top. Still stick to 0.45ml Buprenophine. 0.62ml is impossible la. 

Sayang n carry him when he is not angry, and we just go to the FLOOR to Subcut. Safe. And daring is disturbing us. but today give meds peacefully. I give ornipiral 0.62ml also. Anyway review in 2 weeks

I suddenly recall that last time that scare-of-wife-and-become-unfair and illogical vet will dispense 0.xml of ornipural and tell me to jab daily. So should give 0.6ml for alley type of weight daily for some time but also daily b12 jab when giving that leh. Erm I think first.

Noon: didn’t give him Buprenorphine today. I put on a f patch for him, lucky he let me shave his ear. Clean his ears as well.

Today given Subcut w Marbo n 0.3ml Buprenophine successfully. 

Bcos I help ah hei w funeral, today special, full aircon and I let all 5 of them stay in room d. Somehow they know la. each mind their own biz.

I stop meloxicam alr. I’ll give bupre only long term but I skip it today n see how. Today given Subcut and Marbo jab. 

super pack observing the time cos I m v pack, don’t hear his weight. But the mouth check, inner back v inflamed. No more sultures. Dr nally told me to continue giving bupre 0.3ml but twice a day n long term she mention. 

She is shocked that daily meloxicam don’t work on alley but to continue. 

I fly off fr clinic, didn’t wait for any results cos extremely bz. 

515pm: “Re Alley:

HCT 33% but HGB sl drop (iron content) likely d/t oral inflammation also

Severe neutropaenia, monocytosis strongly suspect active/overwhelming infection and likely viral, PLTs normal

ALT has increased again to 253 from 145..

Recommendation:

– Start marbo inj 0.8ml SC once daily for 2 weeks + continue melox + 0.3ml bupre inj 2x daily

– Review in 2 weeks for repeart CBC

– Continue liver supplement once eating improved. Last resort: consider retroMAD? Bring him in for SC fluids if not eating well and generally he is ok to administer mirtazipine transdermal ointment.” – his felv virus didn’t become more active from blood works, so I’ll conclude all cos of mouth. See how first. 

Come back to 猫房, serve bistro chicken, he eat.  

11pm: Subcut him and Marbo given not that successful cos he wanna pee so he dash away. Given 0.3ml Buprenophine. 

1.01am: update dr d the latest status – photos and bloods 

Noon: 6.26kg – lose 110g. Status: mouth v pain, yesterday didn’t even eat. Morning serve food w even ff, he didn’t eat. given Buprenophine 0.3ml and meloxicam as well. See how.

Taken Cbc – good. Alley super easy to take bloods. Damn pro. But forgot to take liver, but his mouth sultyres still on, dr d says to give meloxicam to help him reduce imflammation but need to review on 19.12 check liver and kidney. Can stop Clav alr. Tmr then start meloxicam – till review 

11pm: not keen on Saba fish 

850am: Alley got lick ad on his own 

Night: change his bandage, hole looks fine, clean up and apply terramycin again and bandage up again. Think next round I can don’t bandage and let dr d just check. 

I sit down tell daring to come and alley came for sayang and daring got jealous want to beat alley up. 

930am: serve food 

11Am: tube fed 60ml ad w morning meds 

615pm: smack round wellness pate turkey dinner – he like 

Tube fed 70ml ad 

1030pm: serve tuna w chicken w premium lobster – he eat quite a lot. tube fed 60ml ad w night meds. 

Total today is 190ml ad. He is eating okay.

330pm: damn sianz. I blend new tub of ad cos later at night too late, super sian. I found alley w his o tube out. Wa don’t know when out one. Not at 10am+ when I give the first food b4 clean up. today alley is without any ad – means today onwards depends on him eating on his own alr. 

O tube site: a little bit of Pus like, hole rather deep and open n big, clean up as throughly as I can. Apply terramycin and bandage up.  

Given him oral Clav. 

12am: meds given. 

Eat Xiami selar fish and dinner 

Day: today got show anger when I change his o tube. 

Tube fed 60ml ad and day meds. Now should be more or less twice a day. gabapentin alr down to once daily, need to remember to take off his fentalyn patch. I think no need to replace a new piece. 

Serve bistro he meow happy but mouth still pain.   

Serve tuna w chicken ham and ciao cup chicken fillet – wa he like leh, he eat almost all finish while I tube fed him 60ml ad w night

Meds. Today total 120ml as given. 

Meloxicam already stop. Total given 5 days. 

950am serve breakfast only. 

1210pm: tube fed him 56ml ad w morning meds. 

2pm: sleeping on bed.

230pm: went in to sayang daring and rub rubs – alley come and flop on floor want sayang too. His nose got bleed stain leh. Both nostril. 

6.63kg – gain 70g.  

920am: tube fed him 50ml ad and morning meds. Change bandage, clean up, photos send to dr d who say “good”

I got to rush to work alr. 

7pm: serve some snack – ciao cup IMC-234 chicken tuna. 

1010pm: tube fed him 50ml ad and night meds.

He continue to eat the tuna w chicken ham w added ciao cup IMC-233 chicken fillet. Think he v please w the dinner snack and supper 

10am: tube fed him 30ml ad without med, didn’t want to feed too much cos we travelling to vet 

11am: see dr nally for Cbc. But she check him, weight 6.56kg – drop 140g. 

Damn steady draw blood from HIS FRONT LEG, didn’t move a bit at all. Super steady. 

HCT 34.0%, mcv mch still high.  Neu and wbc back to normal. Feel safe Liao. results sent to dr d. 

215pm: tube fed him 40ml ad w med. 

change bandage, clean up look ok. Send dr d also. 

Her reply to all:”That all looks pretty damn good. Especially the cbc”

5.40pm: tube fed him 40ml ad, so far 110ml. Tonight I come back late got to blend new tub of ad 

1130pm: serve him dd jelly sardine while I tube get him, he start eating but mouth still pain. Tube fed 45ml ad and night meds. 

Saw him pee w no issue. 

Alley 25.11.22 Fri 

Morning: serve food as usual. Charmander urgent need to see vet, so I skip tube feeding alley. 

1pm: tube fed him 45ml Ad and morning meds. 

345pm: tube fed him 50ml Ad and lots of sayang. The way he rest on hanging bed n etc is much more relax than b4. 

Today I won’t check bandage. 

6pm: I serve food only, didn’t tube feed him. Tmr morning must do it cos Tmr most likely 2 times only. 

1115pm: tube fed him 50ml ad w night meds.

Still didn’t get to see his poo ah? 

940am: check on him, he is ok but he is sitting in the hidden cat box again so I skip tube feeding cos I can’t handle too much of him – I going 5G and ah boy to vet for health check   

Didn’t poo. Didn’t touch food but at least good that he had never vomit out any food that I had tube fed him. 

1135am: I’m w dr nally for ah boy health check and she ask me about alley why got o tube, she is shocked to know I put o tube for dental cat. tmr seeing her for Cbc and changing o tube dressing – but I might do on my own see first. 

130pm: tube fed 30ml ad and given meds 

Later have to feed soon again cos I going to work today, means today food intake will be little, lucky is the 4:1 higher concentration. Yesterday fed 163ml total. 

4pm: tube fed 30ml ad

1030pm:  tube fed 36ml ad

Today day 02 – total 96ml ad. 

1040am: hide in the hidden box, as usual have to use vacuum scare him out. Tube fed 30ml ad, day meds (meloxicam, gabapentin, milk thristle and 2.15ml Clav). no poo, didn’t touch the bistro chicken plate. 

I hand fed him bistro chicken he isnt keen – first time he isnt eating from my hand. Later try aixia oldie. 

1235pm: Tube fed 30ml ad, his o tube site is ok, clean up w f10 and put on new bandage 

230pm: tube fed 43ml ad.  

335pm: I serve everyone food, tuna w crab meat, alley didn’t seem to want to eat. I let him be 

725pm: tub fed 30ml ad (4:1) told him later eat selar 

953pm: tube fed 30ml ad.

Hand fed selar he eat 🙂 looking more stable. my bet for his dental should be correct. 

Q him in room D – Tmr to monitor his poo etc 

Morning have to scare him out w vacuum again cos he saw me taking trolley bag he run into the hidden cat box.

955am: Dr d says If worried about alt, can take bloods first, I’m ok but she say even alt is high dental got to go. But she say recheck Cbc. Unless these 4 weeks the felv worsen that’s the only reason maybe we might consider not to have sx – do it to play safe. But I thought is sure to go ahead w dental one. His mouth is the ongoing issue.

It’s not good news. Cos it’s a dilemma type – his wbc drop, his mvc up etc. 

can mean 2 extreme thing: 

1. imflammation from the mouth, standard protocol is to give ab 2-3 weeks means postpone dental again, and see whether ab helps or it is 
2. Felv attacking and is the one stopping the body from producing wbc. This is the worse scenario meaning if is felv and alley still go thru ga, his immune system will be bottom Low. dr d says won’t die during ga but will die post ga, cos recovery will be damn slow or non existence. 

She can’t make a decision, she is the one w e sound knowledge so by right she can make a better decision. So is a gamble right? If is due to his mouth, then this dental will be much beneficial. If is due to felv, then I’m clashing immune system thru ga. i bet is his mouth. My logs all these mouth I know alley core thing is dental. Even when dr nally told me liver not good don’t do, my first reaction is he needs dental. Let him do it. Sayang him, he know I worry but I told him I fetching him later on, mouth issues will be settle then we go back 猫房 for our recovery. tmr just now I stay home accompany him. Tonight have to start syringe feed him. Have to whack all n everything to boost his immunity. 

Dr d mention: rav drug lyon is on – kiv. 

1038am: Duno what time dr d starting the dental. Starts waiting….  

1231pm: alley awake!!

“Ok waking up. Canines were still ok, no infection. There are some signs of type 2 resorptive lesion of the canine roots, not painful, might get worse over time but at this point all ok. The back teeth severe infection of the bone, remnants, broken teeth. All back teeth are out. Bp dropped a bit but I managed it, came back up well. O tube place” 

Clinic will put Fentalyn patch for him 

“This is a big ulcer because the tooth there was broken and poking into the gums” 

1.27pm: approval from dr d to fetch him at 3pm

“So important to clean the o tube wound daily. Review white blood cells in 2-3 days, can do at animal world. I wouldn’t feed anything orally for 3-4 days at least. Amox clav either injection or through the tubes. 0.34 ml synulox. Can give gaba through the tube to keep him more resting. 5-10 mg/kg twice daily. Meloxi can give through tube, 0.1 ml once daily. Slightly lower dose due to higher alt” – 5-7 days meloxicam. Clav oral give twice 2.15ml. 

4.20pm: omg in taxi he pee, clinic place my Peepad below the cushion – faint. All thrown. 

He keep running away when I tube feed him, don’t think can change bandage for him easily. 

Tube fed 20ml ad (2:1) and milk thristle. By right Tmr then start the meloxicam and Clav. tonight will give gabapentin also. 

6.25pm: Tube fed 20ml ad and he is angry at one point but I’m not injured when I syringe in water to flush. not sure about cleaning neck wound le. 

816pm: sleeping in the ratten basket, just now b4 i go out he sleeping on the usual 2nd bed 

8pm: dr d”So if possible give him higher dose gaba, 100 mg total, then 2 hrs later try cleaning o tube” 

8.07pm: “Really hope he is strong enough to pull through” – this sentence sound so scary

Q him in room d overnight so I can monitor whether he poo/ eat/ vomit. 

Didn’t deliberately serve him food,  but I give him tiny bits of bistro chicken- he is still keen in it. Daring will come in to check on his bro 

635am: awake cos of meowing – later I found out is Don cos he wanna pee. Alley q in room d, there are 2 vomits – wet food. He haven’t poo so can’t gauge anything. eat a bit, pain and go away.

Informed dr d re the vomitting – mention Cerenia but can’t give n dr didn’t say Must give 

10am: he didn’t each much. give him meal 2 bistro chicken – didn’t really eat also. Still No poo. 

2pm: didn’t really eat. Still No poo. 

Given 1/5 crabs and aixia grilled chicken – he ate. Still No poo. 

245pm: serve bistro hand feed him: 0.26ml Buprenophine given. 

730pm: the food in front all cleared. still no poo but I just open door for him to walk about a bit n mingle, later then q him overnight. 

serve tuna w white fish, I hand feed him a bit n he eat. 

Told dr d re alley I will q him early cos that time 1150pm to 1050am dr yeumee still say his stomach got food “Well gastric reflux can give inflammation and pain post surgery causing slower recovery” – not death issue. 

Have to continue Clav Tmr onwards so I’ll buy new bottle for him. 

1030pm: serve many food – aixia grilled chicken, RC indoor pouch and renal pouch 

1135am: sayang him told him Tmr sx, feed a little more and remove everything – leave minimum water For Him only

Go for his dental sx this coming Monday, so given 1.6ml oral Clav. Next few days I try to quarantine him in one room to check his poo n pee.

5pm: sayang them, have to quarantine him tonight to check on poo status alr. Cos one of them: alley, daring or Xiami have soft poo 2/10 and or vomit out kibble this morning.

During the scan, dr ym says still got some undigested food, that’s 1055am alr, more than 11h can’t digest finish? Got water I know l cos I left water bowl for him. Next time know le, water can see on u/s also. Fluid also affect. 

Generally, liver, gall bladder, surrounding, pancreas all fine. So no issue for ga next Monday. Cut nails. 

Back to 猫房, he hungry. Given him a RC renal pouch – he finish almost everything. Today I start him on oral Clav. New bottle. Wa he whack me – lucky cut nails Liao.

628pm: “Dr.D is unable to perform dental procedures for now until further notice.

Please do not give the antibiotics that Alley is supposed to start 7days prior to the dental procedure.” – sigh evening Liao loh. Alr given. I weigh the cons of stoping abruptly vs continuing aimlessly – didn’t give anymore today. Sigh this new Bottle wasted. Gonna check cost of buying a new bottle. 

840pm: selar night. I steam 10 selar today. He got eat too.  

11Am: I walk in nobody come near me, atmosphere is weird. Think no toto, no one lead them to greet me. alley laze in bed, serve food he jump away. Didn’t eat.

10am: serve food didnt eat. Yesterday midnight he and Don wanna quarrel, I close room d separate them. Today is Subcut day, I’ll let him do full bloods to check health status. 

1130Am: seen dr nally. 

Told her I wanna do full bloods and check up today. Weight ard the same as I last weigh. 

His mcv mch is high, HCT 39.0%, plt 74 Low but check blood smear, is just clump, so not an issue. K 4.0 is fine. alt 326 – given ornipiral jab in clinic – last 2 days better than nothing. 

Sam e still a better choice, but can’t give. Sent bloods to dr d cos of dental. Dr nally advise against dental for now cos of ga n his liver. 

11pm: given Buprenophine 0.25ml oral, he puke loh so disgusting meh. milk thristle he also didn’t react so badly. got eat.

Day: what luck I have today, i Duno why i not careful enough when giving alley milk thristle, my right hand bleed and swollen. ha 

Night: 6.67kg – I thought he sure lose weight, oh is gain 70g from one month ago 

955am; hiding in the hidden condo. sigh dental delay. Now still have to wait for so long. should I give him gabapentin for this period? Clav confirm will start 10 days b4 dental. Start 28.10.22-6.11.22. Same – will eat and jump off a while later cos mouth pain. Got eat RC urinary kibble

Summary on I ask dr d whether alley will need to be on o tube or not:”For alley is looked like 2 teeth had problems, not the gingivostomatitis so no need extraction everything. But with resorptive lesions: some I can’t see unless X-ray. So could be worse. If only these 2 need extraction, I would say no need o tube, if you want, can always but I won’t push for it. If more than 6 extractions, I would advise. We got the nice o tube in, 50 cm long and 14F, so not crazy long but good big size for easy give food. Usually it’s better to have one and don’t need it, then don’t place one and need it” – understood alley depends during ga. let dr d decide.

Tomorrow is the last day 14th day of Clav, then Erm should review? kiv first w Totoro tgt. 

Yesterday midnight 2am + he and Don quarrel ah. Once I on light n Don walk away, nobody is fighting. Just 2 strong headed see who win – who more fierce in ROAR MEOWING. 

Afternoon: I come home for medi round, serve w ciao seafood he got eat. 

445pm: I peek in, alley, daring, Xiami, princess and Fei is sound asleep.

Supper is tuna w white fish, aixia red and kakato chicken fillet – he like and eat on his own – quite well 

1am: why don’t know why alley and Don is “fighting” w their meow… alley look like the tame one. Don looks aggressive. I only ooi them once and dispense and alley is tamed and just sit to rest so it’s peaceful. 

7.40am: seem better belly up on the cooling mat. 

Enter he back to bed area. More cautious of me but I still manage to give morning Clav. there is 3 vomit found on floor. I’ll think is alley’s cos medi. Got diarhhoea I’ll think is him also.  

Night: appetite seem ok. 

No diarhhoea in bin, today teabreak eat ciao cup. 

8am: don’t know why I enter he will run away type. No more med for quite sometime Liao leh

Supposed to go for Subcut only. I extra want to know his status so want to do Cbc, end up do Chem10 n lytes also w consult. Dr nally don’t think tongue is an issue to alley, is the behind lower tooth that needs attention – dental is recommended. For alley, and bottom tooth all the more I’m waiting for dr d – unless end august still not back yet then I got to?!? 

Subcut anyway. 

Cbc: nothing remarkable other than EOS is Low (I’m always worried about cancer, dr nally says it can be stress respond) 

Chem10 alt is the issue, 236, will try to give milk thristle again. 

Kidney still working well. 

His k is back to normal – ha cos I put kcl in drips mah. Not this bloods is b4 his Subcut today so is accurate. 

To start the following for the mouth sake: 

1. Clav 0.33ml or Marbo 0.89ml or oral Clav 1.5ml for 14 days 
2. Meloxicam 0.13ml jab or 0.3ml oral x 3 days  

Night: manage to give: meloxicam, milk thristle, gabapentin and oral Clav. 

Finger fed him aixia green. 

Tmr I bringing Totoro for iv cath check by right should bring alley along, think too soon n I really no rest at all – Tmr he skip. He seem quite fine

Day: I guess is alley or daring got soft poo, yesterday night one got tinted blood. Later try to give daring probiotics. Alley hate pple touch mouth leh. 

1030pm: I still finger fed him sometime. He will lick happily. He hate tissue paper.

Morning: looks v dry. Should I bring him to vet for Subcut soon? 

i up their food intake, alley seem better – staying at more open area, on floor mat, got eat. 

Day: ok, generally this week feel he is better. staying in the small cat bed. 

Night: sit on cooling mat, relax mode i rubs him. Got eat. 

9Am: comfy on window bench, but I Duno why I serving food he will walk back to his bed 

Morning: looks ok, sit in the small cat bed. these 2 days I finger bed n he also eat more n eat on his own. 

Night: alley 8th bday in 猫房 … a bit jealous when I give his younger bro daring food first, or he small bistro chicken? He meow for food siak – I’m so happy. give him a coated w catnip mouse to play 🙂 

644pm: Today morning n 530pm I serve food alley didn’t come out of the r hidden hole at all. V scary. Didn’t eat also. Heat stroke? Can’t be. 

920pm: on ip, no sight of him, worried. Later got to get him out. 

1020pm: finger fed him almost a can of aixia oldie. He got walk out and I carry him – he not lap cat. He looks dry.

Morning: sleeping on bed, at least better than yesterday. Sayang him. 

Night: finger fed him again. Erm … kerry playful girl like to climb n scratch the long vertical pole of the slide tree, alley must be suffering from the earthquake

Morning: standing to look at me and Rena 

Night: mouth v pain, Duno from the cut tongue or from dental – if dental still can help when dr d is back. Finger fed him food and he got lick n try to eat on his own 

Ok la since in room d, alley more space to move so xiami didnt block him that much, i didnt see alley whack xiami anymore. 

450pm: alley did look dry. 

Mix a pack of fluid + kcl + 2ml b12 and 1ml b com and bring to aw for Subcut only. 

5pm: hopefully everything go smoothly. 

125ml fluid given. I aiming 15 days later do it again. Maybe have to find free transport. 

10pm: wa tonight I serve kakato tuna w seaweed, either he likes it a lot or today the potassium drip is working well, he eat quite a lot when I hand feed him. He eat big mouth big mouth v happy. Anyway, still dehydrate. 

1130am: i play w daring and Kerry. Alley thru out in bed – not keen on us. 

Night: still use finger hand fed alley, aixia oldie though phos is high for this food, it’s complete n last check for alley his phos is ok.

Morning: got move a bit. I hand fed him some Aristocats. I may bring him to clinic for Subcut w kcl also.

I kind of decide to convert room D Into another 猫房二号 – so don’t need to touch the peace for Totoro.

1242am: though today I revamp room d and the new felv cats saw it, I decide to go w the logical plan of merging the felv in the felv room. No reason to increase the chance of spreading. once the tall tree is here, I’ll revamp Totoro room and merge them in.

330pm: finally room d newly revamp felv room is ready. I hug him to the room first. Let him rest on bed A. 

4pm from ip: So much bigger n more space to move about. He n alley both on floor also comfy enough to move about.

Erm 1145am I met the 15 mins grace period but still waiting for dr Cheryl to see alley.

He looks dry for sure, got some dandruff?

relax not that stress or scare in clinic, I sayang belly rub him a lot while we wait for results. 

Cbc show HCT rbc retic improving, wbc back to normal, quite sure no need to continue ab. 

Kidney: phos normal 1.44, but hydration still not ok. K as expected drop further to 3.0 fr 3.6. 

Still fiv felv both positive. 

if I can’t Subcut him, then I got to give renal k or potassium orally (dr nally recommend that last time for other cat but I think  will taste bad) 

Dr didn’t say need review or anything. I’m going to give him renal k, and continue milk thristle as n when. i will recheck his health status in 4 months time maybe.

9Am: on the top deck, alley, daring and Kerry will interchange position on who to be on the hanging platforms. Who on top shelf. Only Xiami is on the floor always – vacuuming food. Xiami block door is want food, alley block door want sayang, is that why Xiami piss alley so much?  

Night: sleep in litterbin damn scary but after I put up one fresh pack la.

On the floor generally easier for me to give meds. A few more days!! Almost done pls don’t need to continue med. 

Generally I’ll conclude this period he didn’t eat well, but it’s not cos his health loh. Is the disgusting meds loh. sigh. 

10am: position suitable for me to give meds directly. He really hate the meds taste, even without forcing he accidentally lick he will make that disgruntled sound also. I finger fed him aixia oldie after that.

10pm: generally hate me (cos of doxy med) but still will lick from my finger when I finger fed him. 

9Am: i didn’t go into the room. I think he didn’t get to eat, cos Xiami vacuum all the food. 

Later i back w coco then can give him meds and serve some more food 

250pm: given meds and kakato he got eat. 

1050pm: excited that tonight meal is w added a/d

1130pm: want give him med difficult. Want whack me loh get whack in face by me, sigh poor boy. Still got 11 days to go. Hand feed him. Got lick aixia oldie. 

I now a little worry about Totoro – this gang Duno will stress Totoro or not. 

Alley 6.5.22 Fri 

520am: I can’t sleep anymore, the meow is consistent and continuous. Not Don. Maybe it’s Don b4, but it’s alley that’s v persistent in the meowing. I always go into their room, sit down to have a good sayang, rubs and happy smacking of butt butt. But he still continue. 

530am: I serve bistro chicken – he is eating, everyone is eating except Kerry. i start to worry such noise level if at Totoro room how? Omg window room I’m dead. 

1130am: still belly up position happy while I’m in Don room. Once I go in I can’t waste the chance to sayang him only, I give meds straight away. No choice still got 20 times more to go. 

Given cat nip he like. 

Morning: still will have want to puke sound when I give doxy. Now I find that giving milk thristle is easier cos he will lick food off my hand, I just put on my hand loh, she don’t like it but he will still lick my hand. 

Night: a bit angry n didn’t hurt type of bite my hand. Don’t like medi of cos. Did see him eat kibble. 

Not that stress anymore. Alr on day 11 of doxy, just the platform n space noT that enough for them n yet i need to merge into totoro room. i think i will retest this group in 1.5 month time. 

Quite difficult to give both doxy and milk thristle. 

8am: did come down to floor. Given doxy into mouth. Yesterdsy food not touch. Sayang him n put his food on lower deck n carry him up to eat, cos I scare Xiami will finish his food. 

His mouth confirm got issue, Duno is it the tongue part or not.

730am: they will still meow at me, but think they start to know the routine I got to finish the girls then can do their stuff. I give paste direct into his mouth then feed him food hand feed he will lick. He baby boy.

Not that ok term w Xiami. Won’t fight but will smack him. 

9am: still ok to see me, he come down to eat – in mfh he will eat on his own. This morning I serve dd pure. But he puke the doxy paste out. I later buy some tablets to try on him.

115pm: I brought daring and Xiami back to room b, might not b a bad thing for them, esp alley. He isn’t alone, with his bro somemore. But later if more I got to rent a new place for the cats. 

530pm: serve ciao cup, he got eat 

Night: w Xiami they all in the room, he didn’t come down cos daring position alley can’t come down without stepping on his bro too. I got no choice put his meds into food to serve. 

1015am walk in for drinks cheryl slot wait till 1h finally see her. She see his size, muscle, heart and lung sound clear, got bladder, stomach n etc whole body no issue. She also don’t feel alley got any issue on physical / surface check. 

Told her the only abnormality is xiaohui fight in oct 2020, so I extra say want test fiv felv also (I expect him to become fiv since it’s bloody fight w xiaohui) on top of wellness package2. Cos I just feel he something wrong.

• He tested fiv felv both positive ! – i told dr. Cheryl that’s it’s totallly not possible I’m damn strict w this issue. damn dead strict till pple say I paranoid n idiot. how can it be? Retest by drawing extra blood – still both positive!!!! Omg I can go suicide Liao. 
• Cbc glob high might be due to mouth (mouth definitely dental both side lots of tar tar aren’t that ok, But not to the extend of him behaving so abnormal to me) 
• Not anemic yet. HCT 35.1 but his rbc is Low 5.41 – but might be cos he is dehydrated (told clinic to Subcut and give a b12 jab) 
• Eos plt Low –  Erm n his quiet not well behaviour towards me I do believe he is felv, but why????!

7am: did I feel he more pale? Run away when he know I’m serving food. Will eat if I hand feed him. hug him a while n told him I go to work. 

1128pm: a bit worried that I can’t get him into carrier Tmr. But tonight I suddenly feel that he might have kidney issue? Cos cally got? 

Dont think he is fine, my ultimate guideline is if he ever hit 6.6kg n below he MUST go vet. But I scare they can’t handle him.

Morning: serve him food, he is lying tiredly in the cat box. He didn’t turn to eat at all. I sayang him n finger fed him, he got lick and eat. He knows is my finger, even he bite the food he is careful not to hurt me. My good boy.

Morning: got a chance to weigh him to decide but phone no space, total mess up end up he stress he turn fierce. his tongue confirm plus chop is like snake split end, but that isn’t the reason for his inappetite leh. I feed him he still eat. 

Morning; 6.83kg – lose 370g I know he losing weight. cos of the mouth tongue issue – but today I sayang him enough to see the tongue – aren’t as bad as I thought. I think I need a pro to check him. Waiting for dr d to be back.

Same situation. He will run away from food, but if I sayang him n pass him again n again he will try to eat for me. Teeth? All along I thought is the old tongue injury. Today I hug him DEEP talk w him that he getting old have to know when to ask ah Mao for help, ha this boy bite me. Might to bite, but didn’t mean to kill la. So I’ll ok. 

I got a feeling that alley got no gum n teeth issue but his tongue is the one w issue. The big tear in the tongue since the fierce fight w xiaohui. 

Today is grooming-nail ear fur day, of cos he miss it, thru out at the top deck. Once the groomer is gone he came down want me sayang n rubs

Nostrils still got little blood discharge, can clean for him w my bare hand, but w tissue he will attack. 

Morning: celebrate Bessie bday – coco like Kakato tuna w chicken and alley also want, but he gentlemen, he stand behind n wait for coco to eat. Nice Boy.

But I feel he lost muscle, weigh him aren’t that accurate but only ard 7.2kg. Lose 800g since moving house. Right nostril still got some blood stain sometime. I think I got to improve the air comirculations and remove the cute Japanese curtains

Yesterday night 12am fighting – wa surprise he n daring roll on floor wor, this morning scold both of them, 猫房cats must kiss kiss is one thing somemore they r blood brothers … both this morning Can stick side by side for me to sayang n lecture.

* Did a bit of testing fr the limited stool on the thermometer, no bacteria but might have (cos too little poo) – must try to get faeces sample for dr d

* From that little stool – there is blood, so internal sure got something – needs antibiotics – selected oral 1/4 tablet 

* Have to deworm him – given him 2 drontal 

* Have to start probiotics for alley – given one capsule
