1040am: keep looking at me thru the door, I told her today I not working, we major cleaning house. I found some filing n left door open, she didn’t walk out also, told her later clean her room. 

RR 35 – b4 Subcut 

Then Subcut, given bupre, Clav and oral pred. Then she work as supervisor for a while then walk to kitchen to pee like fountain then sleep again. – my illusion? Maybe my tile colour, pee not as yellow. Helpfully. 

Her room clean up, Peepad soak w the darker pee for past days. Carry her back to O2 room to rest. 

1145am: RR 37 

1.28pm: RR 38 ok flip here n there n sleeping. Body a little wet. Asking groomer opinion on whether they confident to groom her well or not 

4.35pm: fr Ip she pee on floor again, but she is sleeping on it, means her body is really wet and uncomfortable now. RR 36. Erm. groomer no reply yet. 

5.46pm: her lower body is cold and wet, at least she move, so still safe. 

7.30pm: she is lying down I didn’t think too badly of it, wipe her down, as clean as possible. Serve her dd jelly shirasu and aixia oldie and she still lick and eat aixia wor, but face flat on plate – extreme weak. I try to lift her up to make sure she can sit/ stand n she is just lazy don’t want to. She can’t. She is really that weak le but still want to eat. Fighter. 

Temp taken: 36.1 – not as low as I thought if she is shutting down. 

Give her heat pad as well alr, and blanket. Kiss her sayang her. She did have that feeling le. But I go factual info. Temp aren’t that bad. Let’s hope it’s just a body weakening but not shutting down yet. 

805pm: did have facial and front legs twitching actions – really possible to be shutting down. Thinking of letting LF and LS come visit her and sayang her, but I scare pple pass extreme weak cat negative vibes. I still buying hope that she is just weak and she will perk up Tmr. I up her o2 concentration also. 

830pm: more twitchin. Informed LS and LF to visit. To give her more love. there might be a possibility that she is low in glucose, low bp will also twitch. So I gave her some glucose water. Even now she is in clinic she can’t bolus also due to her rbc. so now depends on how she gonna fight or at least her ending 3 pple who feed her all visit her should be a better thing le? She is a good girl. Won’t die in drain. but I still not giving up hope. Tmr if she make it, I’ll bring her to dr Brandon to check status n see how to help further – stupid me. Clinic close early Tmr. Means I can only go petspace. None of dr ym or dr d is in. Sigh. How. Let’s check who is in.  

1029pm: I forgot what time I find that she is shutting down cos I keep comforting her n etc. 5 readings of bp, hypertension alr. Organs alr shutting down. 

Total: she poo 3 rounds of poo while shutting down. Her digestive system working well, all poo formed n nice 5/10. Sigh. :,( 

Lf got to see her b4 she is gone. 

Ls will attend her funeral Tmr. 

1227am: ha I’m dead. Going 1am alr I need to choose her photos for the urns cos Tmr is a rushed day. 

6.29am: she is sleeping 

9.57am: breakfast tuna w salmon and chicken w crab jelly – she finish the tuna. 

3 Peepads on floor, she still pee on floor but easier to manage the mess. 

1pm: 2.57kg – lose 40g in 4 days. 

let her roam, given meds and jabs. Jabs difficulty level 0/10. Pred not much intake. tmr I’ll Subcut her again. alternate day is my target. Amount minimum. 

Serve tuna w crab meat – got eat a little 

2.48pm: there is 2 pieces of poo, but she is sleeping against the door so I let it be first. Later then clear. 

430pm: serve liquid food she got lick some 

1028pm: fr ip sleeping. 

I back and serve dd jelly shirasu and tuna salmon gravy – she eat dd. She loves it. 

10.20am: my scare mode is on. Almost have to check if she is still breathing. 

She is covered for pain killer, ok to still be conscious she know when i sayang her, feed her and telling her I need to go work n come back. 

4cm worth of 8/10 smear poo on floor. 

Serve chicken w salmon n tuna w salmon, she like both. – eat the most out of these past 3 days. Clean her eye for her again. 

1.42pm: I’m confident enough that fluid helps her. Today is Thursday. Given Subcut, w b12 b com and darbo and bupre. given glucose and pred. Pred think is a waste most she spill out. 

410pm: sleeping, clean her eyes, given ciao cup crab- she eat. 

430pm: RR 40, not regular. 

4.47pm: she wake up to pee on floor, and her butt fur all dripping. And she go bin after that I think, then she go sleep in carrier. floor quite dirty. 

6.30pm: RR 32, but I feel it’s fast. I’m worried. She out near cam not in carrier anymore 

11.01pm; she clear all the food and got poo in bin again 5/10. 

Celebrate her bday w her, my first log w her is on 20.4.2018. That must be the first night I befriend cute cute 🙂

920am: looks weak. Still eyes discharge, pain, should i have up her bupre to twice? – considering. serve tuna w crab meat and aixia oldie chicken – she eat 

Got poo 5.5/10 and got pee stain at edge of bin (v yellow). got poo stain on floor. 

1002am: sleeping w/o pain killer, food not touched much. Sleep near o2 machine. 

12.02pm; given all meds. Smear some oldie onto her mouth, she lick n she eat more from the paper plate 🙂 

4pm I’m back from clinic w more Kd stew for her. She got eat 🙂 top up more earthmade kibble 

5.39pm; told her I going to work, serve a pack of fluid food, she lick some 

9.01pm: my eyes so tired from Ip I so scare. I thought not moving alr. she is sleeping. But RR is slow. 

10+pm: didn’t touch much food. Should I syringe her ad? I found her sitting in carrier damn scary. Clean her eyes for her again, she did lick the new food. N I leave door open and I unpacked some parcels and she lie down look at me and she decide to walk out. I let her be for a while. 

Erm such abnormality I should be scare? Or it’s progress??

830am: fr Ip she is sleeping. Floor wet again. 

No new poo, serve immuno pouch (she ate a little more) and sparkles T/crab w gravy – Erm lick a little only. 

11Am: clean her eyes for her again. 

Given Clav, bupre, pred, sugar. 

1.47pm: she is sleeping soundly I go out for lunch, I’m glad she is w me. so horribly hot, she stay 猫房can sleep well and safe. no danger of any sorts. I’m planning for next month alr, I bought a big dog house so I can let her stay room b and got a hideout to rest. 

242pm: ask dr about cute, if she survive this period, “I would expect the pcv to go up in 2-3 wks, pred would take effect then also. So 2-3 wks. Earlier if breathing worse” – will book dr d 10 may slot

4.09pm; lots of pee on floor, v yellow. Hopefully is not losing more rbc. just b complex/b12 out only.

945pm: got poo 7/10, apply gaba cream and serve ciao tuna chicken cup 233 and tuna w chicken ham – got eat. 

1249am: just checking on her again b4 I knock out after doing Logbook: she is eating 🙂 fighter girl. Just now apply gaba cream for her too, Tmr consider to buy more gaba cream from clinic or not. told dr I want clinic to give her a b complex jab too since I’m going for u/s. 

9.33am: she is sleeping 

I’m outside her room she is still sleeping. 

I prepare food to give n there she is awake, w meow discharges fr eyes. Pain. I don’t think I should up my pain killer. 

Pee on floor. 

9.52am: she is in bin trying to poo, a piece of small 1.5cm by 1cm poo only, scale 9/10. Might be constipated. today sure need Subcut w b complex. 

1032am: RR 39 

Will meow in carrier （on cab/ clinic) – at home

1040am: Dr yeumee bring cute in to shave a bit and get ready for u/s 

U/s: core findings: highly is lymphoma. Super enlarged spleen (only good news is no sign of showing bleeding fr spleen yet), enlarged liver. Multiple masses in abdomen, all highly point to cancer (I’ll start pred 0.5mg/kg per feed, ie 1.25mg x twice a day) – pred will help in boosting rbc also. Intestine thickening also. 

Fluid in chest and lungs- not drawing out not a lot yet. 

glucose back to 6.4, continue sugar water. 

HCT remain 13.9%, good news didn’t reduce further. 

2.61kg- lose 160g in 4 days. 

The “bone” I saw is bone, see thru from her skin, skin not torn yet. But might cos she is no muscle now, and got sore. 

Given Subcut 60ml and b complex. on Thurs I’ll Subcut and give both b12 n bcom on my own. 

Keep meowing in carrier, brought her back and she come out of carrier go chop kibble. Serve her brit cod fish she ate some. 

220pm: sleeping soundly again. I’m going to cook liver for her. Dr d was Erm that she is still alive today – she is a fighter! 🙂 

2.42pm: serve liver she got eat too. Not a lot. Better than nothing. Liver 补 liver ha. Nah is for her anemic. 

There are more pieces of poo also scale 9/10. 

I think I got to bring back Clav jabs and probiotics tonight. 

Given her bupre, glucose and pred 1.25mg (she don’t like pred).

12am: she clear almost everything including the liver I cook for her. Tmr can cook more for her, n the rest give 4G cats. she poo much more! > 10cm, scale 5/10. Good alr. Subcut helps.

given Clav jab 0.13ml and probiotics (she is okay), and pred (she yucky). I most prob will give her once a day Tmr.

1250am: she is eating kibble non stop siak. eat v long.

Serve tuna w chicken ham w immuno pouch w chicken – got eat, not much. 

Her face her eyes told me she is weakening, or hopefully is just too early she is sleepy. Didn’t off o2. Can’t off. She got eat on off. 

8am: given bupre, glucose. Erm I’m gonna be late for class cos cute bite into my hand – swell instant. Sayang her more told her she naughty but she still got ah mao pamper. Open kidney and intestinal pouch for her, she did eat a little. 

Even sb also got pee, thrown. The floor is what she wants now, no bed no sb. 

1230pm: sleeping 

3.35pm: change position to sleep, cos her original spot is wet cos she pee there – but smart to move away. She don’t use bin for pee. Day 01 no poo. Her pee is v yellow. Losing more rbc. sigh. 

4.07pm: serve wellness tuna w taster – she got eat a bit 

8pm: I couldn’t make it to expo to buy more – I literally drop dead after giving cute snack when I’m dead. Happy to see that she finish tiny and she is trying to eat kibble b4 she know I’m awake go give her dinner – gave her some aixia chicken oldie – got lick. 

10.20pm: serve tuna w white fish w ciao cup crab meat – got eat. She eat, I comb and baby wipe her cos she stain her body. She kind of like it cos 清爽 mah and she know I’m making her even cuter. found out there is an exposed piece of fresh at her right hind area, look like the hole she had years ago when she didn’t come to find me for days. Wa. New findings. Might be this exposed area that’s y anemic that’s y wbc crash? Look like exposed bone but too dark can’t see, Tmr let vet see. I didn’t want to apply anything on it first, just use f10 to clean and keep it sterile for tonight. comb her hair and she is happy n we lights out. Sleeping time. 

Not going to fast her for u/s. Tmr just do it. tmr I’ll serve her liquid meal b4 we go vet again. 

818am: I try to sleep more today cos my schedule is even tighter Tmr. Fr Ip: my fighter survive and she walk up to eat a big mouth full of food! Later think of what food to serve her. think will give her a platter of tuna w chicken ham w RC renal fish. 

8.32am: yeah got poo again in bin. Clever girl. System not shut down yet. 

8.34am: serve food and she eat but eat a bit rest which I’m ok. Pace out also smart. Cos she got fluid in lung n chest, Better pace out n w o2, can breath better. 

I give bupre, glucose. And hepato )(this today she not okay wor) – not happy. I have to help her clean mouth many times. 

Added 2 more crashed quail egg for her. 

925am: sayang her told her i go work, she not unhappy le la. the taste of hepato better go away first. I next will try Subcut by syringe and give her b complex and ornipural for her liver n kidney since hepato is out for now. N oh ya did I feel at some point of time that she is a little nauseous? I’m not considering Cerenia yet. 

946am; fr Ip RR 35 

10am: ordered more k/d stew from clinic for her which I regret now at night – ha cos I bought lots of food for her le but got to honour my order 

Thru out the day she got change position to sleep 

7.31pm: Erm she pee on the bed, mouse also wet, I got to throw everything. 

Given aixia kidney n intestinal pouch – she polished. 

And I saw she went to eat some kibble. 

9.53pm; apply gaba cream for her. Decide not to give Subcut, decide not to put sensor for her cos dr d says it’s useless totally useless to do it for low cat. Serve aixia oldie chicken and tuna w white fish – she ate a bit. let her sleep. 

most prob mon I’ll bring her for a check – ultrasound to see the inner status, current glucose and pcv. 

O2 overnight. 

1051pm suddenly remember got some selar fish I brought back just now, she love it but today whole day like that, wouldn’t eat too long. 

1.43am: checked fr: RR 30 laboured due to fluid – wait for dr d reply on this. Cos I did think of frusemide but that kill kidney. So Erm … 

757am: dr d :”Frusemide will dry her up even more and cause hct to go down. Maybe if/when the darbe starts working” – ask when she needs to review. I know need to retest Cbc. 

9Am: Checked ip; she is sleeping, floor wet. Don’t know is her discharge or she don’t use bin or she is too weak and pee on floor. 

915am: clean the floor, quite thick pee, even pee out glucose? 

Feel she is weaker today. But she still stand up to eat when I open food, but not as hungry as yesterday. Serve super premium tuna w snapper and wellness tiny taster – Got eat, n like tiny taster more. 

Put some pieces of unicharm Peepads for her, so she won’t wet herself even if she just pee as is. Told her I’m going out for 猫房 5G major cleaning as planned. She know I’m tired but she know she is a cat that got ah mao love. 

1242pm: fr Ip she is resting 

1.54pm: she is resting, sleeping. Good sleep well. Cute should be a lucky cat, happen that my iso room got vacant period of 1 month, long enough for her to rest if she can fight this battle. I told 猫房 cats alr that the cute cute at level 1 last time is in 猫房 fighting now. They will welcome her when she can be on maintenance mode. 

Thinking what else I can help her – liver. Sam e too big dose for her, ornipural im considering. Milk thristle I need to give 0.015ml only, have to dilute it a lot cos she too small size. Given immuno hepato, glucose and Buprenophine. 

340pm; RR 29. She is sleeping, don’t disturb. If she survive for next few days I think I want to put a glucose sensor on her. But by right now is the critical period to put. Sigh. need to think properly. 

4.02pm: RR 32 – sleeping 

410pm: she is sleeping but I got to serve her food – RC tuna w chicken, got eat, not much. Off o2 told her I going to work, raining soon, she stop rest and continue to eat again.

425pm: there is a piece of 1.2cm size poo on floor, wipe her butt no others coming out. 5.25/10 ok texture. Wipe her eyes. Sayang her more n she continue to eat again. Think tonight I can add on gabapentin transdermal cream for her, gum pain is an issue too. I also thinking of b complex that she isn’t given yet. 

5.34pm: fr Ip: sleeping well. Raining – normal cold, she can feel the nature air also. This room best for recuperate, but my o2 machine bill will be hohoho

618pm: fr Ip: sleeping, RR 38 w/o o2 

1010pm: fr Ip, can’t see her, turn n saw her eating 🙂 smart girl. fighter.

give her glucose water (wrong side of mouth pain she wanna whack me) correct side she allow. 

Apply 25mg gabapentin transdermal on her ears. On o2. Serve k/d stew, tuna w white fish. Cod fish and longevity catnip platter, she ate but not much. Ok, might be she know food is stable, no need gobble all at once. 

Got sitting up position for a while. Lights off told her to sleep.

12-120pm: can’t find both cute and xiao Bai. Only found Siamese, stocky (the guy LS called him gray), xiao Don (aka Momo, she is a girl!!) and melody. 

The carton box in e house make me v uncomfortable, gate is wide open but I don’t know should I go in peek cos i so so scare is cute pass on n they put her in the box. It’s so near yet so torturing. Sometime things really depends on luck. I clear up everything n throw n alr otw back but i decide to walk back to call for cute cute again while looking at that box. Ha LS mummy daddy is back n I talk to her (about ginger) cos also wanna make sure ginger really get to go home n not trash by n park. she said LS in and here comes the information I gather:

2. Cute whom he called mother cat, seen vet on 8.4.23. Fiv + and felv – (snap test), alt elevated. Anemia at 20% only. No mention of flu. Mention she is getting blind? Dental is bad but didn’t mention to him to do dental. Given convenia (today 5th day) so later got to ask dr d how. Meloxicam and liver supp maybe given once or twice only.
3. Xiaobai still turn up maybe the day b4 into his house wanna steal food and mummy angry. Ha – glad that he is safe. I help cute first. 

Told him I’ll bring cute back le. Stay in 猫房 养老。 

149pm: reach 猫房 iso room, serve absolute holistic chicken w quail egg, she got eat.

Serve RC urinary and the rabbit kibble – she got eat. She like kibble more. 

Teach her how to use unicharm bin. 

She only eat and sleep on floor. Got bed don’t use. 

She pee in carrier, dark yellow, losing more rbc in urine. Later need to take urine test but don’t think she still got bladder. See how.

256pm: sleeping soundly. Not well for sure but got a safe space clean to sleep and rest but I got to wake her up to rush to vet. Today go safer. I scare treatment delay cos I send dr d the 8/4 bloodworks: “Low wbc and hct. Scary. Platelets 6…I would advise repeat cbc, lytes” – I agree cos lytes not done, I told dr sure need to give Subcut n b12. Nails cut and ear cleaning but I’m thinking should do chem15 or not. Cos I think she sure got kidney issue but not reflected on crea bun. urine taking not sure can or not cos she pee just now.

325pm: see dr d, ears dirty but no major finding. V weak. eyes discharge, but dr agree that it due to pain/ and potential flu. Not blind. 

Her right side of mouth is surprisingly ok, left side of her mouth is really bad, esp the bottom teeth, root alr exposed. So will be in pain, that’s why her left side eye discharge is more also. Gum v pale. All point to anaemic. Got heart mur mur, soft one. I didn’t request to take pro bnp cos I know and I know anemic will cause mur mur too. Physical examination can already feel: liver enlarged. Spleen extremely enlarged. Might be end stage lymphoma. if she can slot me in for u/s I’ll take. Meanwhile she help to take an X-ray to show me her huge spleen in her small body. she is v dehydrated also, so the previous 8/4 results of HCT 20% should be a false number, means she must be v anemic. have to be careful w fluid (she need but her anemic is contradicting. 

Taken Cbc, Chem10, lytes, idexx fiv felv. Urine shelf it first. 

355pm: no wonder dr s sound secretive n say she will talk to me. cute bite the vet tech badly. 

Xray done: Got free fluid/ blood that cause her breathing to be like that. Something pushing her intestine to one side also. got fluid in lung too. Sigh. 

Cbc: yes her hct only 13% when she is so dry so she must be extremely anemic now. Correct to take her in today. She really might just pass soon. 

Chem10+sdma result is out; I’m right, she confirm got kidney issue, the 8/4 crea bun is false ok. 

Her glucose is extremely low 1.9, all point to a tumor. 

Subcut got to be extremely careful (40-50ml only), she needs Buprenorphine 0.06ml to make her feel better, added glucose to iv (not in her case) so I can only add glucose to her food. 

I got to be mentally prepared if I find her dead in 猫房, that’s the best I can do for her le. Best place, away from rain, eat, sleep, no need to run away for no reason, no pain cos I’ll cover her for the potential mouth pain: tumor/ difficulty in breathing. 

In clinic, Subcut, darbepoetin, b12 and fercosang given. Boost her rbc. I’ll give again next Thurs. If she can last till now. but my priority now is let her feel safe and happy and rest all she like and she can eat and rest.

Told cute that I got to rush to work, I’m extremely late Liao.  

We are back, she go kibble bowl 🙂 open a new can of k/d stew for her, she like, she eat told her that’s what she need to do. She just need to eat, rest sleep poo pee. I’ll be in charge of medi. And we see how can we win this difficult battle. I know is v v v poor prognosis fr dr d look, but she know I’m a one step in coffin u still want to save back type. 

Given 0.06ml Buprenophine. I got no more glucose – got to buy. 

510pm: given cute a mouse. Last time she love her 小鼠猫。

5.29pm: fr Ip I can’t see her at all. Erm night need to install one more Ip on floor to see her. 

I’m dying Duno I can last till my lessons end at 10+. I’m a v v tired and hungry mao. 

6pm: can’t find glucose in pharmacy, ask dr for glucose alternative :”Honey? Or just dissolve sugar in warm water, then give” 

6.58pm: v stress trying to see if she move or where she is fr Ip, can’t find her. 

Dr d: “So if the breathing gets worse, can consider to tap the chest, get the fluid out. The abdomen can’t do that without ultrasound”

815pm: still no movement from her, can’t see her from Ip 

931pm: yeah I see her ear. I so scare she alr die at the corner hours ago 

10.30pm: I rush back, ha hungry ah mao. the moment I look in, omg, she is gone. Flat, not moving anymore. Sigh. I accepted it cos I do know how bad the results are. Sad but glad that she should die a comfort death cos no worries, no pain cos on Buprenophine. I open door she wake up! Ha – wa I’m so happy. My cute cute cute!!! Fighter mao. Come 猫房 cats all fighter, never fight how can give up right? sayang her, serve tuna w chicken ham and RC renal fish pouch – she like, eat. Today total food intake: at least 160g w kibble. Top up her kibble bowl also. 

10.44pm: fed her some glucose water (brown sugar) 

10.53pm; clean both her ears, super dirty. 

Carry her to bed a few times, she like sleeping on tiles, let her be. Give her a blanket, and she shifted a few times. Let her be. 

Her RR at 1056pm: laboured 41. 

On o2 machine for her and added a Ip cam for her. 

1242am: just check on her, Erm her fluid … Erm. don’t think can Subcut her. need to consider tapping out the fluid that’s near the chest. if she can tong till Monday, that should be a good time to do it b4 dr d is off work again.

While She is eating, wa this damn rude yet didn’t say a single word cleaner auntie came out to throw rubbish … face is asking for quarrel one, but since she didn’t say anything or didn’t do any action to harm cute, I just stand one side waiting for her to finish her chore n go in n I continue to find cute to finish the food. Cute run away when she is out. she did take a look at my plastic bag, maybe she scare I anyhow the cat food into her bin, I got a trash bag for the Naung food one Loh. 

850pm: reach cute side, already got 2 unknown female there at our usual bench like waiting for the cats. I can’t change my plan n I don’t want to talk to human, so I just go on w my planned routine. I called cute, n she come out to find me, follow by stocky and Siamese. Today is Kakato tuna w chicken, dd pure salmon and rc urinary kibble   

Day 05 I go visit them, she turn up each time I call her. My cutest cute cute. today she try aixia oldie she got eat. 

Noon: lf down w c+, I go over to put up fluffy girl posters and look for my old gang. Ginger didn’t turn up, fed cute and stocky n the Siamese also. informed them no food unless I can come.

1145pm: finished supper round w 猫房 cats and went out to throw rubbish, saw one cat, I thought is “cute cute” – a cat I fed one midnight b4,

So I bring a can of bistro chicken. Once I open, a cat came meowing at me – oh that’s the authentic “cute cute” – she dont want bistro chicken. I know she likes fc tuna and small anchovy. I went in to take fc. Given cute cute fc and “meow meow” fc also. I believe cute cute n meow meow r girls – when they r 80% done, 小白 run towards them to chase them away to finish up their fc (he don’t like bistro ah). 

• so calling them the naung gang. Deleting their individual album. :p

• thrown rubbish after night shift and from far saw cute cute, call out for her and she jump over the drain n run towards me happily – serve her a can of fc tuna and small anchovy – finished 80%
