9.30am+: jo send me a blanket full of blood pic, blanket thrown, didn’t eat. 

11.20am: when I enter I saw him waiting for me at door, got look up at me and his mouth/ blood clots in mouth keep bleeding non stop. The way he meow I don’t think got chance for Tmr anymore. So today go to aw for Pts. 

Dr Darius, at least is comforting to didi. Didi veins all small n flat, poke like 5 times at diff spots to finally get the iv cath in (the vet tech Damon is the one who help to get that in) – sedation followed by the neon liquid. I believe he is gone when sedation is in. 

Moon went w us to vet, agnes don’t dare to see. She will visit didi funeral Tmr. She did sayang didi when we r waiting for cab. 

Today 12.45pm da jiejie supposed to come n visit didi n Tmr then Pts/plan b. But I left clinic at 12.45pm so we go fetch jiejie to 猫房 w didi. Didi get to pass by his old spot (Giant supermarket) … n jiejie help prep his funeral table n I go out buy flowers. Tmr is major cleaning day, so didi can accompany us for longer hours to kpo stuff and he will leave 猫房 at 1.00pm. Moon gave him a mouse to bring along. Princess sweetheart will fetch didi. 

9.30am.+: didi is on the big bed … did he get on top? Didi don’t think got lick the aixia oldie served.  

11am+: didn’t eat. I try to make him eat 6ml I know damage more than pro. Since he isn’t eating anymore, this Sunday will hear what dr Cheryl says, unless she still sound hopeful that he can take out that eyeball n can live out his life, if not Sunday I’ll Pts him. I alr inform jo, mmm, da jiejie and moon n agnes to come visit him Tmr to sayang him alive. 

12.18pm: he is sleeping now. let him sleep. Just now he cry, jo say she see him

Like this heart pain n she almost cry le. Think she thinks it’s time to let him

Go though she didn’t ans me. I told him we get ready he get ready to go on Sunday, go find his gorgor le. His gg for abuse n eye poo out right eye, his is cancer push his left eye, so poor thing. Didi know le. He super super brave le. This Sunday should be (cos dr Cheryl words will … if possible, didi cut away that eye ball n if he survive that ga to cut, can still put o tube then? Then he can tolerate the mouth part, still can meow ask sayang sleep, listen to other cats meow, and eat if he like n I can give his meds thru o tube n more nutrients thru the tube… so this is possible plan B)…  

Night: didi didn’t eat. 

8.04am: wake up and walk away from floor big bed. Woggling from bed can stand but weak leg. 

9.30am++: he is lying near door, mmm says he waiting for me. Sayang him don’t have much head butt or respond to touch le. Got meow. 

I gave him aixia oldie – he finish. I serve 2nd can – almost finish too. Thinking should I syringe some ad. Given bupre n melo. 

11am+: put on a new patch on his right ear. 

Clean up his face and eye with silver spray. 

He got get up to drink water. He don’t like the taste of hydrogen water

12pm+: he came to food room to meow and I serve him FFG chicken , didn’t eat. I serve him another bowl of food didn’t eat. He look up but I don’t think he can jump or confident to jump. I carry him to sink didn’t really drink water. N he flop there body wet so I carry him back to floor big bed and I try syringe fed 12ml ad and his face bleed, I think is a blood clot come off. Clean up and I apply YNBY, he hate the powder taste. N he drool on the floor. Tell him rest. 

Night: jo videos show him resting, pain should be covered. Unless dr Cheryl told me she don’t think he is in pain, if not I’ll Pts him by Sunday if he didn’t pass bah. He … in pain bah w that eye. Sigh. Got that sad meow sound 

8.00am: Fb acc suspended – ??? Someone crazy? Should be. Really bo Liao. Even Cerenia I also throw away didn’t give away. nowadays only lood the cats video into their album. and log in expenses… and recent only didi post got pple comment … n I doubt they bother to know how I’m against Pts. It must be bad enough n all good painkillers aren’t doing their jobs that they should that I even need to think for didi. i told didi le, so he is mentally prepared, and without telling any of the cats they know I try at all cost. Not at the expenses at their uncontrolled pain. 

So I think that’s the reason my post is reported? Must be something more if not won’t suspect without me knowing why?? dont think is meds. Mine is an old folks home I post on sick cats all the time. Yesterday I try to catch toy toy cos he looks like he need a check at the vet. Yesterday so tired don’t even have energy to do much things. 

9.30am+: reach 猫房 didi “white” eyeball getting bigger and I check, and clean b4 we go vet. Serve her the watery urinary food he got eat some n I add in some izumio hydrogen water n he cofnfinue licking till I add too much n he stop eating. I syringe in 3ml of the H2 water. 

10.20am: Cos I add in didi, they arrange the new vet dr Jonas wee see didi and mama Baibai as well. Erm won’t see him again. V uncomfy. much worse. I have to filter his many repeated sentences: 

1. he recommend didi to take out the eyeball – I feel really …. Erm I need to ask dr Cheryl on her view on this – cannot get any slot unless Tmr 5.15pm I totally can’t bend my schedule for Tmr such timing. Next week exam I can’t be cancelling class Tmr 
2. … then talk about ab eyedrop then later he no stock then he change words to no he mean need ab ointment / eye drop ard the eye. I reject his bottle of “cleaning” only since it’s cleaning n only cleaning only not ab or ai or painkilller or what. 
3. Then my focus is the eye pain or not, he say the white ball not pain, but next moment he say pain. But he did say he feel the nerve in that area dead le. But yet … words not decisive. Only firm is he is blind in that eye. So non conclusion: pain or not? 
4. Anyway he didn’t really dare to touch didi initially but later hold n press him unnecessarily which I feel make didi more pain. 
5. Oh ya that eyeball, the white one is the eyeball itself burst inside come out. Why white – i totally think is the tumor from mouth pushes up. Clav is needed anyway. 
6. So non conclusive: f patch is my only choice though ketamine is mentioned that’s to make him zone out so not living anymore. Forgot to ask why not methadone? But nvm don’t seem to be able to communicate w this vet. He can say 10 sentences without meaning de. I have to stop him. 
7. In clinic given Didi a Clav jab 0.25ml. 

Bring back 猫房 i Subcut him a little. Look like he might go today on his own. Just sleep after finishing 40% of aixia green oldie. So cold on the floor. I put a blanket on him and a pillow for him to lie on. He prefer his face on the floor.  Manja and tao come see him. May pass today. 

2.17pm: managed to book dr Cheryl this Sunday 10.30am. Most prob didi won’t be ard by then. 

Didi weight on clinic scale is 3.2kg – lose 300g in 1 week. 

Didi no longer respond to head butt. I should Pts him le. So many pple tell me give him a chance, that’s what I tell pple normally. This is a chance to pass on naturally n not aided. He wanna die le I think he just finding a spot to be comfy and sleep to death? I just scare more bupre will cause the f patch to be ineffective for reducing his pain. If not I’ll add on bupre. I should have covered w gaba Tmr. See how. 

3.40pm: didi is at the unicharm bin in new room, I can’t zoom it to see if he is breathing cos internet is bad. – added a teabreak round today for jo to see didi 

4.40pm: jo sent photos and videos. Didi alive. Hand stretch out on big bed. He is adjusting to the pain – today day 04 of his f patch. Tmr morning I will put on a new one for him. And give bupre w it. She serve aixia oldie for didi- didi didn’t eat. Teddy bear lick it. 

9pm+: mmm:”Came here for a while then back to bed” – didi still can walk. 

12.10am: he is almost lying flat on bed, facing the ip. Breathing. 

10am+: at the hospital w mama n do some Logbook,  and thinking about didi. Is Dexamethasone better than meloxicam? Come to my mind – ans no. more disadvantages. I need Clav. 

I just read on some Izumio hydrogenized water – no disadvantages other than ex. I can drink too. So going to order for didi.

6pm+: go back and check on didi, his eyeball looks like it 2 whole section. One intact sunk in, one swollen?? In one socket. So scary. 

clean him up. And serve him the urinary water pouch he got eat. Waiting for aixia oldie to deliver asap. 

9pm; mmm ask me what I gave cos didi eat 80% of it. 

“I gave tuna gravy. N need to put under nose n he’ll eat” 

5am: can’t sleep cos in dream still thinking how? Didi mouth is won’t cure one, I know he is in pain. Covered by painkillers, I alr give him the best bupre n f patch. Tmr last time Dr Pauline says it’s not pain, it’s uncomfortable. Should I add gaba? But if he isn’t getting comfort from Jack papa they all anymore. How? I’ll tell him today that I won’t let him live till April for sure, but will it be this month? Only left a few days or March? 4.3 is the first day after LNY. 

10am: eyeball grow a patch of thing Stick to eyeball? Or third eyeball swell and stick to eyeball? Or eyeball burst due to high bp, either way feel that I need to tell him I need to let him go soon. I told him the process, they will put in a iv cath into his vein, think that might be hard he might not allow … but then they will inject something n it will be fast, 10sec maybe? Ah mao will be w him n he will be gone n free of pain. He head butt me and he head butt Jack papa and papa lick him. 

Given him Subcut n meloxicam. B12 and b complex. I just feel that he needs Clav. No stock from suppler, think I’ll buy from clinic. 

When it’s good time, he is still alert and wait for his food, got eat. Didn’t eat much. Tmr I won’t be in. Jo will give the meloxicam jab. 

He got drink water on his own also. 

Night; I bring mama Baibai back and he is lying on the floor big bed, pus coloured colour come out of that eye, I clean and clean his face. Mmm serve food, I didn’t see him eat. 

Day: given a bupre jab before I put on a new f patch. His face is much swollen that push the eyeball got extra pressure due to his high bp as well. He can’t take his bp med anymore. So he is without for 2 weeks le. the date to Pts him is getting near. but at this moment, he still respond to hugs and sayang and drink n eat. I give him aixia oldie as snack he finish 80% of it. 

His night photo looks so pain that I feel like Pts him le. But I need to get his consent. 

9.30am: told jo before to send me every now n then her view of didi condition based on his respond to touch/ sight/ food, today she send me a 5. 10 is best. That day I think didi is a 5, she said 6. So the day she think is a 3, is my 1-2 le … then will be time to… 

He got lick the skin n hair food 

11am-1pm: his f patch still on, but I give him a bupre jab. Cos today is day 6 of the patch le. Tmr have to change new patch for him. 

I serve snack tuna w ham w treats he eat 2 servings 

Morning: leg weak. Got drink water and walk back to bed almost fell I hop him. 

Night: mmm:”Didi ate very little” 

10.30am+: didn’t see him eat much. Still respond to my touch. Clean his face for him and his f patch still on. 

Night; didi looks in pain. He is confirm thinning, if pain factor is ambiguous, if his weight ever drop to 3kg I’ll Pts him. 

Didi 18.2.26 wed 

Morning: 3.50kg – lose 80g in 2 days. Respond to sayang respond to hugging. I hug him and carry him n talk to him. Got eat. Got drink water. F patch still on. Subcut n given meloxicam. Clean up his left paw and face.

10.00am: see dr cheryl. 

3.58kg – lose 320g in 1 week. oh ya I forgot to ask dr can give him anything pred equivalent jab or not 

Meow a lot in cab, very loud. When placing him on weighing scale at clinic he meow v loud also 

Told dr Cheryl I just wanna play safe Re his Subcut and his heart. Got heart mur mur, but dr Cheryl mention his heart Mur Mur she feel is due to anemia so she ask for Cbc so I say ok. 

Then since my concern is fluid in lung, so take chest X-ray to play safe. Cos cannot just listen to organ (she didn’t hear anything abnormal) 

11am+: results are out: HCT 32.2%. Not anemic. Confirm heart problem, lung is clear no issue for now. he got bronchitis. I think I can nubulise him as well. I ask about depredil, i stupid i forgot pred = no meloxicam, so no other thing can help him. So stay as is. Treatment as normal. No changes. 

They help put a fentalyn patch on his right ear (I check Liao) but Duno can last or not. 

Back to 猫房, given meloxicam, bupre, b12 b com and Subcut. And 压岁钱🧧

Night: mmm:”Didn’t eat much” – not ok cos alr on f patch… Erm. But today after vet I also let him eat, he did eat.

Tmr I wanna bring didi for a physical check in case any fluid in lung. In case 

Today I’ll skip Subcut. Will give bupre n put on a new f patch which I believe is off alr 

I’m a idiot forgot put f patch b4 I leave but I given bupre, told mmm to give bupre for night. 

He bleed more I clean face a few times. Did eat. Not a lot. 

1pm+: clinic reply that I cannot bring 4 cats. Sigh. They only give me 1 slot I thought I originally got 2 cats slot. Eliminate sena or manja? Sigh neither here nor there. 

If I can’t choose Tmr I won’t bring any. V sianz 

But I told them I’ll bring the 3rd didi cos I want didi to be listened to make sure Subcut isn’t an issue to his heart.

Morning: given him the morning bupre dose and put on a f patch for him, got to tell mmm don’t need to give bupre. Serve him food, he got eat. 

I forgot to inform jo cos forgot she Thurs cover night. But she gave wrong med – meloxicam. Tmr got to skip melo and give him Subcut. 

Didi 13.2.26 fri 

Morning: sunny still didn’t get back w the f patch news. Didi f patch still on. Got eat. 

Night; eye discharge very bad. It’s v pain. Alr on f patch. But he is still keen on food … the day I feel didi no longer even have the energy to eat/ head butt me to get comfort, I’ll Pts him. For now, he is holding on for his friends buddy and Jack and he still look forward to eat. 

Didi 14.2.26 sat 

Morning; patch still on. He is still eating when jo serve Gussie cat chicken and tiny. Told jo and clinic that I would Pts him when the time come. I stock up lots of f patch for him. As long as he can eat, still enjoy his time (I know sure pain but is family time w the friends he have) … he will be given all the pain support. 

I got to spray silver onto his face, he will escape from me but he don’t angry w me. Cause that keep his face as clean as possible. 

I clean his eye for him and wipe as much as possible. 

Night; mmm:”Didn’t eat much tonight” –

So fast? Omg – mmm photo I zoom in don’t see his fentalyn patch … Omg so fast gone again? No point putting on body cos even easier to drop out. Ear really the best and near his face. 

11am: I just feel that he is more pain than norm. Make me feel that maybe I got to get f patch for him. then my bupre so short expiry will be wasted. 

Night: eye got discharge, common, have to keep cleaning but he now don’t allow touch to left side of face. I alr contacted clinic that I need to get fentalyn patch for didi, he needs that more than twice bupre. 

“Sink and Floor too. I’ve cleaned as best as I can” – didi blood splash all over 

Informed mmm n jo about night dose bupre. I up his painkiller to twice a day. Need to make sure his last days to be as painless as possible

Didi 9.2.26 Mon

Mmm”: I gave boy boy n Didi snack this morning at 6.”

10am+: feel much more pain. Let him live out eat happily. I serve extra food he did eat. Eat FFG chicken also. 3.90kg – lose 120g in 2 weeks

Night: “Smack Jack. After smacking manja. Jack was so shocked” 

Night: bleed again. Since can’t put f patch, I will add on bupre night dose for him too. So twice a day bupre till he pass. 

10am: I’m in and he is alr very hungry. Bleed more I spray silver on him. Plate all blood. 

Celebrate sena bday, ha not interested in her bday plate. Or maybe no chance to eat la…. didi so aggressive. She just give in to him 

3pm+: bought 3 more bottles of bupre for him. f patch think can’t bah. He like that shake off I headache. 

5.51pm: mmm:”Waaa like war zone… Blood drops from door to rooms. Didi.” – not as scary la. 

5.56pm: “Still dripping”

10am+: deworm him today. Got eat extra snack I gave. Face scab swell and bleed I clean up and he wanna slaps me and next moment he head butt me. I know. That’s natural reaction n he is a good boy who pamper me 

11.30am+: ha like princess sweetheart funeral over, everyone got snack, mmm cook one fresh kampung chicken for them to eat. Didi confirm got eat

Morning: face looks like I hope will burst but don’t seem to have intend to burst. His f patch still on.

“On the floor” – f patch is off. Sigh 2 days only. Got to buy bupre. Will give bupre on Fri 

Morning: given Subcut Meloxicam. Clav. Bupre and I out on a f patch for him. The Clav injectible dry up Liao so I throw le. Today last day of Clav for him.

3pm+ 5pm+ : He confirm feel better cos he keep rubbing me keep rubbing me maybe sayang me? Maybe want me give him more food which I did. 

3.40pm; mmm.”I let Bessie out. She was sleeping n Didi went n smack her to take her place on the bed.“ – didi nowadays temper a little bad. Mouth pain. I need to stock more f patch for him. Tmr try to put f patch for him. Today given Subcut, melox, b12 b com and bupre. And also amlodipine 

11am+: I use silver clean his face/wound, can’t pluck out the scab. Didn’t bleed in front of me. Serve whiskin new gravy food, got eat. 

4pm+: jo send kibble fish plate got blood, must be from him. 

Blood also on floor. 

He eat RC pouch.  

Night: mmm:”Blood drops” – face didn’t burst yet. Tmr I’ll clean further. Today skip ab ai. 

Didi 29.1.26 Thu 

Morning: Revo him today. Face v hard, but not bursting w pus yet. 

4.07pm: jo:”Dots blood spread on floor. Check on him seem ok” – the thing don’t want to burst leh. But bleed bit by bit. Have to order painkillers for him soon le. 

9.30am: jo send some photos w blood drip, not as scary as Rena’s. Should be didi’s. I’m waiting for his face to burst. 

10.45am: the fastest consult. Didi mouth spread Liao. Pain pain. But good thing is it’s localised. Not affecting lymph nodes yet. But can’t cut, cos need to cut half the face, and dr Cheryl say cannot. But of cos if i insist, she can refer to ves then they will chop his half head away. Nah. So since dr Cheryl say no, and his size is keeping well, she is happy w his size, and he is eating well, let him be, continue happy life in 猫房. Let him happy can le. Hs don’t have stock of fentalyn at all. I left 2 only. I’ll use bupre for now first. 4.02kg – lose 40g from yesterday 

Morning; told didi about my plan to let him try surgery under dr Cheryl, but all depends on what she say on Monday. But we will take exho for sure la. His mouth is hard. No bursting of that tumor. Thought will be like rena hard enough then going to burst. 

4.06kg – gain 170g in 9 days. Cos of the fleece shirt? Subcut him today as well, his meloxicam 4 times per week continue. 

3pm; I go back just to talk to them. Didi a little more fed up then usual. He slap sena n Manja. I got scold him cos is anyhow slap them. He definitely bleed from internal mouth cos got stain all over the wall but his outer look not burst yet, but bigger and Harden. Think will burst soon. 

Didi 21.1.26 wed 

10am: Subcut him n given Clav Meloxicam and amlopidine, n told him I rushing to see ah boy and see if ah boy can discharge. Didi mouth much swollen, as in size looks same but can feel that it’s harden, not bursting yet. 

Was thinking boy boy Monday surgery, n today potential discharge, should I ask for dr Cheryl confidence level for didi? he needs to put a o tube cos is mouth,  but his losing factor compared to boy is his age, but physically he is more muscular n well built than boy. But he got kidney issue. I know need a full bloodworks on that. if hs will redo the bloods on surgery day, then don’t make sense for me to do one now in aw. Check ah boy review date n see how to arrange. Ps need a full check at aw. I mainly needs her full bloodworks only. 

Didi 22.1.26 Thu 

10am+: today let elv cut nails for them. Brush n clean ears I’ll do on my own. 

Didi 23.1.26 fri 

Morning: Mon I’ll still will go ahead w dr Cheryl consult unless I need to to hospital again, but quite certain didi cannot do op, cos he got heart problem also. Possibility that he can still do: if dr Cheryl do echo and finds it safe. But he needs longer ga time due to o tube. But area of cut is smaller ? Mouth? But might be harder. 

11am: mouth v hard. Duno can cut or not w all the obstacles: kidney problem, heart problem, age. Today wear new year clothes M size. V thick material he is fine, he likes to wear clothes. 

Night: mmm.”Didi ate 3 shares” – I gave bupre this morning. 

“Gave me a scare” – didi sleep but the portion still quite ok to me. He wear the cloth maybe a little stiff but super cute 

11am+: 3.89kg – gain 150g in 6 days. eating ok. junior – The way he bang didi face I’m so scare, lucky is the other side, if not didi 痛死

 Long le so I throw. Shave him further, put on a new one on his right ear – sigh by 12.00pm it’s gone Liao. Sigh sigh sigh!!!! I only left 2 in stock for him. If need be might as well give bupre

11am+: face didn’t look like bursting. But his plate of food got blood, got some stain on the fridge n etc. think his inner gum lump bleed le. to think of the slot on Sunday, I think I won’t see dr Cheryl le. Not much use for the vets. The meds the bloodworks more impt, so aw will be my choice. will just go for dr Darius/ Daniel any also fine bah. Maybe Darius bah. See how. 

10am: face looks like it going to burst soon le. Still the same old him. Subcut him, sayang, didn’t meloxicam, Clav. B12 b com. Clav. 

Tmr I’m not in, I think soon I need to tell go give meloxicam for him.

10am++: Subcut him and given meloxicam. F patch still on. He demand for food.

10am: f patch still on. Eating ok. Even eat kibble. 3.74kg  – slim down another 90g in 3 days. Stasis breaker not successful. 

11am: he did looks thinner n dryer. 3.83kg – lose 110g in 7 days. Subcut him today and given stasis breaker and amlopidine direct. Meloxicam given. F patch placed a new one. Tmr won’t see them. Deshed him. 

Serve didi German water urinary pouch he got finish most. 

10.29pm: mmm:”Didi ate, then got chased by Jr. I moved Jr n he continued. Ate quite a bit”

8am+:mmm:”I gave Didi chicken soup. Some last night n fresh bowl this morning.”

12pm+: he meow for me to give more food. Got one point he can’t wait n he go n eat kibble, but he jump in cage scare char. 

His f patch is gone. Given Subcut n meloxicam. Given stasis breaker direct. 

9pm+: mmm”1 can fussie cat,Looking happy, then cry n ate another half can whiskin”

Morning: the stasis to rub into him seem worse off. I think I’ll feed him stasis breaker orally instead. His photos look thin. Erm. His f patch is still on. 

10am+: 3.94kg- gain 40g in 22 days 

F patch still on, today Subcut day. Jack will accompany him drink water 

Night: mmm:”Ate 1 bowl, other bowl Jr n manja bothered him, so he walked away”

Morning: deshed for him – today use cod fish oil on him. And put halid drop for him. 

11am+: auntie sally gave this n told me can feed the cancer cats each 7, these beads edible and super super lots of chanting one. I believe so but I can’t take the risk to feed unknown stuff la. I got tell her that. But I rub rubs the good good vibes against didi mouth n ah boy abdomen. Told them sally chant lots lots lots of good vibes for them. 

10am: like to eat chicken GFF. Given a few times today. Apply stasis breaker w coconut oil for day 02. 

1pm+: when I’m back from buying stuff for them. Put on a f patch for him. And I also bought cos fish oil for him, Tmr use that instead of coconut oil. 

9am+: Subcut him b4 we go vet, cos he won’t be taking bloods, just opinion on latest mouth status. Haven’t give Clav cos later see opinion to stop or not. Today day 29 Clav. 

Got eat hills a/d and mmm says he did eat fussie cat chicken in gravy whole can – so I shall buy it then. 

11.45am: 11am appt now then get to see dr Pauline, I only do a quick checks on facts. The mouth is much more swollen, I can even see the lump (like leng leng skin) on his gum. Dr says he isn’t in pain, but irritated that the lump is there. (Extensive measure is to go ves cut out hAlf the face, etc) – but I know will regrow. (And I mention he also v old le, dr Pauline then say oh didi look younger and his meow is soooo vocal and clear and loud) So just stay as is, stop Clav. He got heart problem. Subcut have to reduce amount. meloxicam better choice than pred. The worse scenario that one day his lump will grow bigger, till it push up the eye and cause headache and face maybe like nose cancer cat become rotten till vet tell us Pts. 

Summ up: stasis breaker is good, I can try to spread it onto his lump, can make it less swollen. Clav can stop. 

I found out his f patch both gone. Didn’t place any new one for him. see how first. 

11am+: today didi a little weird he go into cage so i sayang him  in front of Amber show her everyone live sayang de. 

These few days didi bleed more when Subcut, I even want to consider stopping his ab. Or start other injectable ab that’s not Clav? Tmr I’ll Subcut him more n let him trial alternate day Subcut so won’t be so painful. will do odd days 4 times per week.

11am+: got eat, but I think I’ll bring him along to see dr Pauline this Sunday. Just feel that he maybe can start dex? Erm but dr Cheryl says useless. but his mouth is more swollen now. Have to do something for him.

Morning: today didn’t give Subcut, but still like w meloxicam n Clav. Have to do up summary for dr Pauline for Tmr n maybe might stop Clav. 

8am+: this sat I’ll change a f patch for him

Morning: his mouth gets much swollen. 

Didi playlets r low siak. Recent Subcut all bleed non stop. 

4pm+: just realise that morning I had took out one f patch this morning – but it’s lost. Elv throw away?? Sigh. Place a new patch for him. I didn’t tear off the old one / Tmr then tear off. 

Didi 21.12.25 sun 

7am: i feed them, then 8am start major cleaning. Duno why tv room smell bad even during party. Sigh Duno how they clean it. 

Sigh, yesterday Elvira throw away one new pc yesterday, and today I check, the new pc I put for him yesterday is gone cos I put another pc today. End up 2 days I use 3 f patch sigh 

Didi got walk about during party, I did tell those who select him as friend to be careful w his mouth.

7pm: washing done, I serve them dinner after party over, didi wanna food also. 

8am+: I rush in for their medi needs.

Getting very hard to give stasis breaker. I can’t get injured and he will paw at me for wanting to feed him that. Today fail. Still hug his head to me and he still head butt me – told him he is being loved. Love by so many. 

9Am+: jo serve food he got eat 

3:30pm+: got eat chicken jelly – seem more stable on f patch. I’ll change new one for him on sat.

Morning: he confirm Working better on f patch.   Found something that didi love .. even manja squeeze in to eat a him he didn’t just go off

Morning: I feel that his mouth ljke a bit more swollen.

Night: mmm:”Ate all of the tuna in gravy n then aristo swf!!” – at this rate means Tmr no need change f patch but I’ll change it cos Sunday not free lah 

Morning: grooming day. He keep walking about and meow non stop 

I serve him the German brand food soup – tuna. He eat. 

3.30pm: put a f patch for him on his left ear. Informed mmm/jo no need to give bupre anymore 

5.10pm: his screaming seem to cut down after f patch is placed. I see him eating from kibble plates a few times today alr. 

5.13pm: just howl again.

Didi 16.12.25 Tue 

9Am+: f patch is on. Lump internal unsure, but size didn’t grow bigger. Clav I’ll give at least 28 days. 27.12 have to think again. 

Morning; cut nails, and I clean his ears. Told him will brush and comb his fur more. 

Sum up: didi started Clav on 30/11, by coming tues will be day 17. Will ask dr b on opinion, but mainly to check his latest mouth status since ah boy going vet. Check tgt la 

10am+; I add on: spray silver into his gum, mouth. I think next week I’ll use fentalyn on him. 

11am+: poo 4/10. 

3pm+: still can groom himself

4pm+: got eat consistently. This morning I check his mouth, I feel inside got redness, and the lump is slightly bigger n soft. Will it burst? Burst like rena but mouth burst? Tmr I should try to spray silver onto that lump internally n see how

Didi howl so much till she go n open one more can of aixia oldie for him, he did lick it. 

3.18pm: didi just howl again for the 8th time or so – super loud. I got to hug him this time to tell him to calm down. 

3.40pm: didi come find me sayang he will tuck his head into me. But he use all his strength to howl v loudly 

5.00pm: he alr howl many times I open a ciao cup for him he eat 

5.06pm: howl loudly again n again.  

Didi 9.12.25 Tue 

Morning: also like chicken treats. Didn’t eat aixia oldie that jo serve. He prefer kibble but will jump at the fish plate. 3.91kg – gain 80g in 12 days. Comb his fur for him. Told him express g don’t make sense. Ah mao brush him, then I’ll clean his ears. Let elv cut his nails. Then we are ready for party. 

10am+: given food and bupre before I go out w ah boy for consults. 

3pm+: got eat teabreak 

9Am+: jo scare the time is too near to 3.30pm slot, so she give him bupre without me. told her I’ll give all morning slots unless im not in. Cos less one poke for him. Didi got lick aixia oldie. 

10am+: Subcut and meloxicam given. Clav given. Stasis breaker given (I find out that YNBY capsule has stasis function also leh, maybe I don’t buy SB from clinic anymore) 

his left mouth lump is still quite big. 

3pm+: he got eat. 

9pm+:mmm:”Aiya forgot jab for Didi. He ate quite a lot tonight” 

3.30pm+: i added new teabreak slot for the cats so that the critical one someone is there to check latest status and sayang. Today didn’t give bupre at this slot cos I just give at 12pm+. Told jo to give everyday at 3.30pm too. Max up didi pain killer. I want him comfy happy living his days. 

Morning: Subcut and etc done. Still don’t eat upon serve. Have to wait for bupre kick in then he will meow for food again 

Morning: I do feel that lump seem bigger n more painful, but today he eat more. 

Night; may forget to give didi bupre and mmm send me that didi is crying at the door, told her not to give anymore will let mmm help give on every wed. 8.52pm: Mmm:”Done. He’s sleeping. Later then I give him food”

9.55pm; mmm: He’s awake n hungry. Gave him a can, he finished more than half.” 

9am+: jo send a video that he finish aixia oldie 

10am+: Clav and stasis breaker n etc continue. Didn’t feel that his lump subsides, but at least didn’t become bigger. 

9pm+: mmm:”Ate a little”

9-10am+: he finish one plate of aixia oldie

11am+: given Subcut bupre meloxicam Clav. and stasis breaker. No taste so he is ok to take it. 

He did howl a few times. Went to kibble bowl a few times, eat and splatter kibble all over. 

Eventually did eat some kakato tuna w salmon. 

9pm+: mmm:”Didi didn’t eat. Although I came in an hour earlier to jab him. Drank a lot of water” 

10am: I saw him run away when he know it’s time to serve food: he is in pain. I sayang him and sayang his face and his head lid on my palm and he sayang my palm. He is a brave boy and that moment I think of Pts. his lump seem bigger just from yesterday and he is so pain that he can’t eat breakfast. I might need to arrange 3 times per day bupre. I just let him be like this till death. Posted online for views and treatments that other oral SCC cats had. one is 3 sx and recurred, on stasis breaker till death that last 2yrs. Rena is on that too n most prob that helps her all the way. Ordered from hillside n ask sunny can help me order more or not. Sx is out of the story. one use dr ly/o tube only 3 months, not worth that guy torture so no thanks. One is on o tube and on palladia, didi can’t ga. And I’m not a fan of palladia I ask dr a as well to triple confirm my mindset: “It’s either infection or cancer…Cortico can help but also risk to go in heart failure…. I would 100% try antibiotic. If no effect, then stop. But I think part of the swelling is infection so it might make it a bit smaller.” – I’ll whack Clav Tmr – “agreed. if dont try, never know” 

“Palladia might make it go smaller, but it won’t cure. If it’s scc, then even with palladia it will cause major problems in weeks to months. Meloxicam is the only other drug proven to have some effect” 

I’m thinking there will be a day that didi mouth might also burst like rena?

After bupre, I saw him go to kibble plate to try to eat some, and when I serve extra kakato tuna a seaweed to him he did try to eat some. 

10pm+: mmm:”1st thing is jab. Then clear plates n feed. Meds have time to react n he ate”

Didi 30.11.25 sun 

Morning: clear indication no surgery. I know I alr done the best for him in term of meds. Bupre n meloxicam Subcut, today add on Clav 0.29ml and I started him w stasis breaker. 

I did see him eat kibble and some wet food. 

9pm+: mmm;”At the start, refuse to eat. 

Fussie cat chicken in gravy Eating – about half a can. “

10am: no med yet but didn’t eat. lump seem slightly bigger, off we go to vet. might need to put f patch instead of bupre. 

11.33am: didi still waiting for his turn in clinic cos ah boy needs to draw blood, xray and u/s to take urine etc. of cos he meow a lot. Loud but not consistent so still ok. 

3.83kg – lose 100g from 11 days ago. 

The lump in mouth, dr Brandon also says cell carcinoma did grow 50% from 11 days ago i show him the pic on 16.11. 

Meloxicam remain cos he says the dose is ok, in fact beneficial for any imflammation in his kidney. Cannot up. Bupre to up. I’ll put a f patch most prob after bupre is done. Will tell mmm help give him bupre at night also. 

Taken lytes from hind leg, cos jacular not successful he keep moving mouth salivating in clinic n while in carrier going to vet. 

Lytes ok. Potassium 4.1, no need to supplement it. 

Dr b b4 knowing he is 16 years old, sound more of wanting me to consider biopsy then operate to remove that lump cos he says removable and the lip will change look la. But I understand what he mean la. Can save the life better than wait for the lump to become bigger and he will die of pain etc. I mention is the GA and he is 16, then he realise he is 16 yo le. 

I rather high bupre / f patch see how next week or so, then if need be I’ll Pts him. I think op to remove that lump from mouth n the pain he will suffer till he recover/ die will be more illogical.

Back in 猫房 I serve aixia oldie don’t want. Given Subcut n meloxicam and  0.16ml bupre. Prep 0.12ml bupre for mmm/ jo to help give at night. 

4.30pm: mmm:”didi crying for food”

5pm: he ate 1/4 can, mmm serve him 1/2 can.

Morning: I serve food he didn’t eat much but he at least did touch food. I gave all the meds as usual, given Cerenia today as well. His lump is bigger today. I don’t think surgery is an option, but do I have other choice? 

8.22pm: mmm:”didi: He ate less than half of 2/3 can. Told myself to go in earlier to jab him as he came to door crying 3 times. Then go I. N distracted by buddy n boy boy….” – mmm given didi night bupre 

9.22pm: mmm:”He’s napping now. If he needs food later, I’ll give him, ok?” 

1035pm: mmm send me videos of didi eating w  Jack: “1 hour, pain relieved. Ate some” 

9-11am: he looks tired. Yesterday jo gave him Subcut. N jabs. Jabs amount is i prep one so shouldn’t be an issue. clean his eyes and ears and also Subcut him w meds today myself. His lump on his left still same, maybe bigger by 1mm. RR didn’t see any abnormalities. Jo serve breakfast he didn’t eat. 

I open aixia oldie for him he didn’t eat also

I even open Fancy Feast for him – all not keen. Maybe nausea? Given 0.4ml Cerenia I got no stock le. Sigh. Have to spend on bulk medi again. Booked dr Brandon slot Tmr to have opinion. But Tmr is day 11, not sure to take any bloods or not. kidney worsen? Need to check Chem10. I don’t think HCT drop anything serious but I wanna ask dr wanna start any ab or not so don’t take Cbc how to ans? Only lytes I think sure must take cos I scare his k is too low. Maybe Chem10 should retake cos I scare of his glucose. Diabetic?! Erm. 

I sayang him he still respond to me. Still 翘屁股、 still walk about. Didn’t howl today. Worried. Didn’t eat is ….

9Am+: he got lick, but didn’t see much food intake 

1050am+: I went in after jo finish their breakfast round. quiet, sleeping I scare. So quiet. I Subcut him, given bupre. Meloxicam. his will be daily since I know lump in mouth is horrible if can’t cancer treatment, will let him live out his days happily. Calmly w her friends. Oh ya dr Cheryl told me pred no use for mouth, neck, nose related carcinoma. 

12.13pm: didi meow I so happy. He went kibble plate. I serve him n manja snack first 

5pm+: mmm:”Didi heard me. Now crying for food”

I gave away our spa dryer… make Space. Should I set up the grounding mat on the big bed for didi? Cos he likes to go there too. Maybe I should. 

Morning; I bring him alone w ps to see dr Cheryl. Cos I came in, Sri serve food alr, but I can’t be sure he eat or not, but he lie very still so I check on him n given amlodipine and found that his left mouth swell (one marble size). Trace his medical record: last bloods in dec2024, bp still high on 30june25, started on happy liver on 30june to 17july stop – all these info consolidated for dr Cheryl. 

Dr Cheryl check – bladder big, but later she check not that big – just monitor. Lung sound clear. Didn’t see him weighing. She noted that didi main issue today is I found a lump on his left mouth, a marble – she said yes marble. It’s not even gingivitis: is a cancer lump. I said no oral med, got one point she say then no point le, I say can jab – she say some vet (maybe she don’t) believe that meloxicam can help. But she needs to check kidney, I say ok check full bloods including urine then. I’ll check what if oral can, what med she is ok to give? Need to give ab?  

His right and left also got those redness la, but the lump is a lump. 

HCT 37.7, crea 268, urea 14.3, urine sg 1.010 all point to kidney problem, but to still start on meloxicam cos only treatment 0.04ml. Don’t need ab. Recheck in 1 month. 

3.93kg – gain 30g in 11 days 

Decided to start him back on bupre, 0.16ml. 

Good news is he don’t have teeth at his gums where the lump is, at least won’t be pushing his teeth to poke him 

1pm+: Rush back 猫房, Subcut him given bupre, b12 n meloxicam. serve tuna w smoked fish w tiny wellness he eat 

4.14pm: jo serve didi snack – got eat 

Morning: 3.90kg – no change in weight for 9 days. Think he didn’t get to eat amlodipine for long, cos he keep puking out. 

12.01am: rena is dying n she is still ard i told her I go off le. 

After I left, didi sit in to accompany her.

Noon: 3.90kg – lose 170g in 33 days. Mouth pain. Been on gaba. Today add on bupre 0.12ml. 

Morning: he super handsome – he head butt and he sayang Rena. N today i skip his amlodipine, think these 3 weeks of daily – he become worse off, howl? Will back to alternate day. 

Morning: Subcut him and sayang him. He still handsome n looks well.

Morning: jo mention didi mouth pain, I told her I alr started gaba days ago – but he did still howl sometime, should I give bupre? 

Night: mmm:”2 demanding babies” – they must have been meowing for food 

Morning: Didi naughty today also, he slap Buddy so he can eat his food. And he keep meow meow meow 

Morning: didi on regular amlodipine and gaba these days. But he still howl sometime

Morning: today basic cleaning n cutting of nails for him 

Morning: 4.07kg – lose 220g in 49 days. – lose 5% of weight n thought of Nicole qn that she is worried about her cats who lose 3%. But I think didi is fine, more of I bring him to vet, poke his bloods and spend money, i believe bloodworks also nothing significant. Maybe he needs me to Subcut him w vitamins more. His amlodipine had been more frequent cos this period i come daily. He still howl today.

Morning: clean ears, and face and eyes. Initially he is sleeping very soundly at door when I first enter. Yesterday I subcut him le. Maybe next round can nubulise him

Morning: sleeping in the oval playtoy sb I believe mmm put in 猫房. Let him be. 

Morning: he still howl quite frequent. I have to sayang him to make him stop.

11.21am: given didi amlodipine.

8am+-2.35pm: I’m a happy mao today. I stay in 猫房 for so long. Today all the cats staying in the food room for safety air reason. Cos new room need through and proper clean up first. Didi had been at the door meowing 

Didi 26.8.25 tues 

Morning: today basic grooming. Cut nails and clean ears and comb fur. 

11am+: I go back 猫房 try to tell everyone n sayang everyone that ah mao love them and pamper them but I can’t come so frequent le, even come have to do medi n leave, they know I’m worry and love them can le. Sayang him n let log his amlopidine become 1.25mg only alternate day. he should be ok on that. eyes discharge as usual. 

Morning: 4.29kg – gain 220g in 8 days. Revo him today. Muscle man. 

Morning: go back sayang him n told him sorry forgot to celebrate on Sunday. didi – celebrates 7th bday in 猫房… always such a gentlemen boy … learn from

Buddy de? rena snatch his bday plate until like that, he also no reaction. Eating ok. Full muscular. 1/8 Amlodipine continue as usual. 

4.07kg – lose 90g in 40 days. 

2pm+: I’m at center doing some paper work then remember sun n today I arrange major cleaning, mainly cos i wanna celebrate their bday, didi bday yesterday, omg n i I was supposed to not go 猫房Tmr. But I’ll go, celebrate belated bday 2 days. 

10am+: first to basic groom. Clean ears, cut nails and clean body comb fur. 

Morning; given the half liver happy and amlodipine. Told him ok will stop the tcm fr Tmr onwards. He really dislike the taste of that. 

Didi 17.7.25 Thu 

Morning; have bloody eye discharge. Clean up. 

Didi 18.7.25 Fri 

Morning: he is sitting on the cabinet by the window too. Subcut him today. Given amlodipine. 

9Am+: 3.25/10 poo. Safe for now. One more poo n he will out of cage. But still howl randomly. Got eat for sure. 

Given Subcut n tcm n amlodipine 

1.30pm: before I leave 猫房 I feel that I thought I saw didi in bin 01 just now (I found poo 1.5/10 but can’t be certain is his) and he is in bin 04 again (poo 2/10 little) and when I try to clear that poo, he stress I think he constipated till he vomit out twice, fluid. 

Put him in cage 02 for monitoring. Drink water frequent. 

Night: did eat, no poo in bin. Tmr morning then I check again. If no poo again, I’ll microlax him 

Didi 8.7.25 Tue 

8am+: overnight, food cleared. still no poo so I microlax him. He walk out bin 01 didn’t poo, then go bin 2 poo some 1.25/10. Let him back to cage 02. Serve food he did eat 

9.29pm: mmm:”Didi pee no colour. Small poo firm, not hard”- i did suspect he got kidney issue, will Subcut him more frequent – pic show  pee still ok. Poo 1/10 I just want to make sure he poo another 1-2 times then he can be out of cage 

Morning: I throw all their beddings n etc away. Today Duno where he gonna sleep. So Tmr I initially plan not to go 猫房 but I’ll go to revo (all as in most for them except 3) and put new stuff for them to lie on n play w. given Tcm. 

Didi 5.7.25 Fri 

Morning: one day one med might be ok. After I give the tcm, the amlopidine can’t get in le. This boy ah. Have to give the amlodipine, so tcm deem fit le. 

Morning: did I feel that didi don’t really eat? At least when I serve food. Ha. Left 3 drawn bupre. Since I’m stopping everyone bupre, just let jo give as when her shift. When finish will tell her stop giving

2.30pm: seem dr Pauline Fong for consult: she always like to ask what’s my concern. Ya that’s my own qn to me yesterday on what’s the reason I bringing didi today. 

Check bp: Doppler 190. Cannot stop amlodipine, now even amlodipine got transdermal version. Will finish my oral one first. 

Wanna take full bloods but the bills too ex, dr Pauline told me she really don’t think need. Didi looks ok. Just ulceration in mouth, his left side confirm got ulcers on gums. Start tcm. She wanna me stop bupre. Can use gaba on him. 

And she will want to test t4 for his howling. She wanna I bet that his tyroid will be normal as all my cats. She said if I’m correct, then the other of blood tests not urgent to take also. I’m v blur le. Tired. 

3.80 kg or 3.90kg? I forgot 

In clinic he did meow but didn’t howl, dr says cos of aircon? Meaning she think he is feeling hot, but 猫房 alr aircon. Means the rest of the cats temp too hot. 

4pm+: ha his t4 is out – normal. 

So his howling is behavioural. She will dispense liver happy n Duno what. Let didi be happy type. Calming med.

2 newly added meds: drawback: may diarhhoea. I heard one med no stock so shall not get it then. 

The one med didi got is liver happy – Duno what med is this. anything tcm don’t think so much is $1 per day. 

5.00pm: I’m v late for class le, but rush them back still decide to give didi this med, not easy to give. Cos he don’t let. 

Didi 1.7.25 tues 

Morning: fed him tcm. Difficult. I’ll still give 1/2, but I’ll give alternate day. 

Night: standing side by side, both oly and didi drinking water. Maybe both should check kidney status? 

Didi 29.6.25 sun 

Morning: Subcut him, given bupre, b 12 n b com today. Given amlodipine too. Tmr need to remember to tell them take his bp first. But I wonder why I wanna go for what in the first place? Sigh. I Duno why, my trust level of vet fall to a low low. Maybe didi clearer – take bp – decide to stop amlodipine or not. I’m not that keen to do bloods also for him. sigh 

Morning: didi still howling. Today seem to be howling say he want water. Give him water bowl n he stop. Pat or stop him he will stop.

I book dr Pauline tcm consult for didi, to see what thing can be done for him to improve his health further. I wanna drop his amlodipine. 

4.00pm: serve cookie bday cake to him, don’t think he eat. 

Morning: 4.16kg – gain 290g in 4.5 months. keep screaming non stop for some time. So loud. Why? Physical looks good. Looks muscular somemore. revo him 0.42ml 

got issue – maybe got mites? V random but good to revo him anyway.

10am+: I’m in after jo alr serve them breakfast. Pack some stuff. Didn’t hear didi 鬼叫 for past days since revo. So maybe really itchy? today poo 1.5/10.

10am+: jo alr serve them breakfast but the eat didi howl make jo open another can of aixia oldie for him, is that the way he howl for more food? He can’t eat? He Duno how to express? That moment feel like bringing him to tcm.

10am: didi got issue? Pain? Alr on more bupre than last time. Maybe I should Subcut him w b12 more frequent.

10am+: definitely feel that he got something wrong. But jo says at least he is still eating – ya rena n oly r on my worrying list. 

9am+: keep crying a few times. Given bupre 

4.30pm: I’m back in 猫房, today gonna have early dinner, but I’ll drag till later. Sayang one round. Comb his fur.

But clean ears and brush deshedded and cut nails properly also good 🙂 – regret, didn’t comb properly, deshedded didn’t even do at all I still got to ask, n I don’t think is done. T shirt didn’t even take off how to do? Sigh. Wasted this money.  

10am+: his skin got those scab that I peel off since last week. But he not going to groom he too stress. Given Subcut n bupre n b12

5pm: I’m back for tissues collection. They all hungry Liao ask for food, so I give snack, later mmm then give them dinner

Morning: didn’t see him eat again. Right Eye still aren’t good. But his body frame still good 

Morning: v quiet tuck at one corner I got to shake him. Given eye drops not happy. 

Didi given nutriplus gel today 

Noon: I’m back to 猫房 after snowy cremation. Both eyes discharge still Erm. The right eyeball didn’t worsen. Continue halid 

Morning: found blood clot stain on bed, 2-3 sections. Can’t be sure is who but should be didi. Think he cut himself when he broke the bowl yesterday. I f10 clean his front left hand, got blood stains. 

Morning: given him halid more often starting dr today. Got a bottle fr mmm, have to buy a bottle back for mei. 

6pm+: didi is a gentleman. He wanna eat indoor and Bessie is eating. He stand behind her to wait for a while then go n wait beside her. He eat for quite long but mouth pain. Got one point he paw too hard and e whole bowl drop on floor n break. 

eye still got issue, but look better than last 2 weeks. Given terramycin as decided. Subcut today w bupre. N amlodipine continue

1.10pm: just now didi got eat. Always like better than bupre. But I think the eyeball v pain. 

Otw to see dr Daniel, on cab taken a pic of his eyeball. Looks worse. Glaucoma is what to my mind. I think I’ll tell dr Daniel take his bp first. Then see the eye. Then take bloods. 

Taken bp: high high. At least this show that the other time I alr suspect this, n now confirm. Sigh. 

3.89kg – lose 80g in 18 days 

Ulcer on eye no more, heal. So is due to high bp. Started him on amlodipine when we r back to 猫房. 

10am+: he looks bad. I serve food and he jump off to tv room. I serve another plate of gravy food- lucky he eat. Mouth pain. I think he needs something more. Drink quite a lot of water. Have to review kidneys. Subcut him w bupre 

Didi 28.12.24 sat 

10am+ : feel that he like getting weaker. Not that type la. But sure eye pain. Got eat. I put in eyedrop (start to feel it’s useless) and terramycin (I see more hope on this) but think he need some ab or something. Or check his bloods? Status? Coming Monday 1.30pm see dr Daniel. Last bloods in may 2024 is fine. But I think ok to do bah to see status if dr Daniel wants it. but will tell him check eyeball throughly.

4.13pm: mmm:”Didi and Oly asking for food. Can give?” – given and didi really got eat. This morning bupre help. ThTs why just now quickly stock up major stock of bupre for him. I really want to try go bupre less cos the cost is scary but sigh. Can I buy this last batch? 2025 I really need to down3 my expenses

Morning: didn’t look ok, given bupre but I feel it’s off. N he is under Bench v scary. I only feel a little better when he is out on bed. Given eye drop but eye not ok yet.

Check right eye, for ulcer, check how deep. 

(Clear doubt: no worry about high bp) 

To give meloxicam for 5-7 days, 0.04ml, first day give 0.08ml. His right eye for a 8mm long ulcer – have to put drops twice a day or more for 5-7 days. 

Reach home n I Subcut him a little n given 0.08ml meloxicam. 

3.53pm: mmm:”hehehe – Didi heard you say – he can call out and he will be fed. Now sitting at the door and screaming at me. Ate more than half can. Went to bed. Kp finished the balance.”

Morning: right eye worsen i even think his eyeball surface seem to have ulcer. High bp? He getting blind? Clean his eyes and put halid for both, and put termycin for his right eye

Morning: though he is still eating, but I check the eyeball, it’s eyeball so don’t play. I bring him to vet today. Next week don’t bring any cats le. Just send their presents via lalamove. 

7am+: in pain, I don’t have any more f patch. Didn’t eat but got drink water – a lot. Later give Subcut w bupre. 

Right eye red, not well. Put halid for both eyes. Maybe need ab. See first

5pm+: started his grooming. groomer thinks he like it too, but we are careful about his abdomen. His nose she try to clean as much as possible but did bleed due to dryness. Later I apply silver gel. Blow Dry super nice bah he got meow meow meow cos hot but i believe he like it 

4pm+: back to 猫房 to see the cats. I serve snack round, he go ard vacuum every plate

Re all the bupre shortage, dr d:”opiates are not meant for long term pain meds eh, they wont work if used long term. gabapentin, sc ketamin low dose, cartrophen for the joints, low dose meloxi (in the current research there is zero contra indication for meloxi, as long as the cat is hydrated. even kidney failure wasnt a contra indication)” 

Will tell dr d to elevate the type of painkiller for him on 16.7

10am+: didn’t see didi eat. I most prob put f patch for him today and I’m monitoring him in cage 02. 

11.50am+: Teddy in cage 02 herself, so I shall monitor her basic health status, so didi wait for next round

Morning: did I still feel that he isn’t well? Told him last Cerenia jab I’m giving him. I really not enough stock le. Once kp is out of cage, didi will be in for monitoring round.

Morning: day 04 treating pancreatitis. Got see him eat. Yesterdsy stop Marbo le. He still didn’t look that well. Tired sleeping. 

Didi got eat, but he is on higher bupre daily. Can I cut?

Morning; Meow a lot, didn’t eat. Eyes got discharge   

10am+: seen dr Nally for review. Mainly for: I think got something else I should check status to see what else I can do for him. 

Draw 0.5ml of blood. Cbc. 

HCT 36.2%, wbc improve a little, weight improve a little so she think Marbo ok to continue for another 14 days.

6pm+: I’m back w fish, he got eat but eyes discharge still look bad. Given bupre n Marbo. Tmr need to put steroid eye drop for him and Jack 

10am+: didn’t eat. will run away fr me. Duno why.

Morning: his pic looks better that he can sit down to groom position 

Noon: given him Marbo and bupre and eye drop. He don’t like the eye drop.

Morning: put steroid  eye drop and I forgot to bring Marbo jab. Tmr then bring

Morning: Subcut him, given Marbo and bupre. Checked: his f patch drop off le. Sigh. 

Didi 11.5.24 sat 

1010am: rush over settle his medi. Bupre and Marbo. Then rush back 4G for major cleaning. Today will clean the cage throughly to get ready to move over. He did looks like as usual. Either eye drop helping or Marbo is good. More of eye drop helping la. I’ll use that on Jack Tmr 

Night: he got eat. 

10.10am: super speed feeding the cats. Serve him whiskisgood gravy food he got eat. But still go ahead w the vet visit. He meow a lot n loud in the cab. Today see dr Brandon. 

3.85kg – gain 90g in 20 days. 

Eye stain – aiya I don’t want waste money on eye cos I know his eyes no issue. Is the eyes tell me something is wrong. But dr Brandon mention normally the yellow stain liquid will flow down n out of the nostril, his didn’t. That’s why his nose internal block. That’s why so many tears. Have to put some Cerenia nose drop then. N dr mention some eye steroid eye drop. Erm I think he will dispense. should be ok bah. I take Cbc Chem10 lytes check his health status.  Start Marco 0.1ml (after I insist on having some ab la, if not defeat purpose of seeing vet and his wbc glob did go up mah). will do 5-7 days also good. 

and start the pred eye drop 

Cbc Chem10 lytes really nothing significant. Waste money again. Should have kiv and observe. Even alt is back to normal. 

11Am+: given eyedrop. 

Morning: given bupre, Tmr got to paste f patch le

Didi 7.5.24 Tue 

1pm+ : place a f patch and given bupre jab. His eyes got some issue, not flu leh .halid it but he looks really uncomfy. More than just pain? Or more pain than what bupre+f patch can cover? I think I need to arrange vet visit for him le. Will bring a few at one time

9.18pm: mmm”Eyes n mouth wet” – Tmr must rush to vet. Will not pack 猫房 Tmr, maybe bring the extra kibble container. Then chop2 do usual 3 steps n i run off w didi to vet. 

Noon: everyone rush in to see new room. Attend at the beach catnip party. These 2 come in to find the new bed 

10am+: still look uncomfy despite f patch.

Afternoon: went back n his left eye look got issue, can’t open properly.  But I check other then surrounding redness, nothing. Irritation maybe. Must remember to bring halid along

Morning; both eyes discharge look bad, clean up and put banocin on his ear. Will Subcut him and give Clav jab and bupre n put on new f patch for him 

Didi 14.3.24 Thur 

Morning: f patch intact. Apply banocin powder on ear. Still look got blood clog, didn’t bleed further. Given 5th and last Clav jab. 

Noon; I over slept so badly that mmm help me do morning round. “Oh, Didi mouth bleeding. Drink water till wall n bowl also have blood drops”

2pm+: checked on him, is right ear got one line, quite deep, bleeding but alr stop. Will give him 5 days ab 0.2ml clav to play safe. Given Subcut n bupre 0.2ml. 3.99kg – gain 80g in a month. Got walk about to eat 

Trace yest photo, no injuries to ear yet. So is overnight someone bully him.

Hct kidneys liver lytes all ok. Only glob and glu higher most prob due to stress/ mouth. Nothing else I can do. Exactly why I know didi is under the category of no need to see vet cos nothing significant can be found n done. Have to whack more money on bupre. dr told me to try im for better absorption. He tried open his mouth – fail badly. Too pain.   

I think I need to recheck his glucose. But for now his lytes ok I’ll continue Subcut. 

Day; he looks v unwell, pain? Eyes nose mouth discharge, clean him up. Up his bupre 0.2ml and fercosang given.

Just logging a summary. I Duno why I thought I started didi on darbe(check: don’t have, I only started him on fersobang).  Yesterday last day he is on doxy. Still giving him bupre whenever I’m in cos he looks in pain. He hate gaba. but I sometime give on top of bupre gaba as well cos I feel he is stress somewhere due to his internal issue

Can hear gallop rym – consistent w the hr taken 204. Bp average 191. But clinic damn noisy cos of hacking sound above.when the sound stop rehear again, the heart ok. Anyway last time taken pro bnp le, negative. 

To take Cbc. Blood taken from his left jacular – easy and steady. 

Cbc out: Eos high again – dr wants him to be dewormed. Hct 26.9%, going up, wbc 20.35 going down doxy to continue for total 21 days. 

Back and I Subcut him, his body looks big N hard and muscular. Erm …. 

Dr wanna me to use Azithromycin on him, Erm I think no bah. 

6am+: I’m worried about Don. Can’t sleep. 

Thinking should i give didi fercosang? No harm right? – started him on fercosang. Oh ya since the start of doxy, he got more discharge from his nose, and eyes and nose look more sick.

Didi slight high on glucose.  Should be stress. 

anemic for sure. HCT 21% plus I’ll start him on darbepoetin for sure too. Now is he needs ab? Waiting for dr nally to send summary. 

For now is whack fluid, b12, Cerenia n bupre? 

I rushed back 猫房 so today skip Subcut. tmr have to make a trip back, see how. Ursofalk can stop cos his GGT 0.

I was worried about didi extreme high retic: “Re Didi – internal bleeding less likely as BUN is still normal and no black poo noticed? More of something else infectious/inflammation going on – mouth/nose/UTI?/pancreatits/neoplasia. The CREA was high end normal it may be higher as he is very skinny” 

New treatment plan for Didi

1. Ursofalk 15mg/kg  -> stop – yeah but kns I just spent $100 on it arghhhhhhhhh

2. Subcut on off -> continue 80mls 1x daily, monitor RR closely

3. B12 b com  -> continue

4. Sam e on off -> stop – why? Erm but of cos can stop he can’t stand oral med 

5. Buprenophine on off -> continue 2x daily 

6. Ornipural stop 

7. Gabapentin on off -> not necessary if on bupre

*8. Start doxycycline and repeat CBC in 1week, kiv add-on marbo if no improvement* – ok so start ab. Erm didn’t mention darbepoetin? Erm maybe ok I’ll do Cbc in 1 week then decide to start darbo or not 

*9. Repeat BP as well while on doxy and bupre, hypertension may be due to pain/anaemia*

*10. Start maropitant nasal drop* – have to try mix Tmr. Not sure got time or not

Morning: didi q up the moment groomer in. Today let him bath. He is the first one after the 2 shave. given him b12 only. 

He in the bath tub of water and he bowl v loudly – end up go toilet bath n he lie down. Damn scary. Next time don’t dare let him bath le. Howl very loudly. Use warm water using water heater. Tmr sure howl again when I bring him go vet. Very shiok when drying. 

Erm just thinking I feel like testing didi for pancreatitis 

4pm: 3.67kg – lose 370g in 3 days?? Erm. Given niramine jab. And manage to get Sam e in. Ursofalk continue

Bought niramine for didi. Dosage stated 0.5ml, daily. Buy online says 1-2mg per cat that’s 0.1-0.2ml only. Side effect: may cause issue for cat w UTI. Tmr I start giving 0.1ml low dose see how. 

Morning: bring didi go dr nally review. 4.28kg – lose 60g in 2 days. Cbc taken. HCT up to 30.4%, EOS even higher. Reject doing liver panel. Nothing significant. Just tell me to finish up the 14 days Clav then can stop (till 2.7) Drontal n review every 2-3 months. I’ll decide again Re the allergy jabs.

First day I skip didi Clav. Have to focus on work. My work income can’t tolerate the rate 猫房 expenses r going. N this is where I max up 4x a normal human tolerance level.

Morning: continue Clav jab n the usual meds. I can’t use his stomach as a guide, cos big doesn’t means is fat. cos his thing might be growing. But fur is a good guideline. His fur still look nice 

1125am: seen dr nally for review on “Didi review health status – 3 weeks stopping semintra and ursofalk” forgot the weight but nvm la I just weigh yesterday. Check Cbc cos that time start to be slight anemic, check liver panel – alt, GGT and alkp.

HCT 29.5%, dr nally say she don’t like her EOS 3.24, but it’s a gone down figure cos March he had fenbendazole alr. Will tell them deworm him today. Alt 177 – continue ornipural. GGT 6, restart ursofalk 65mg. 15mg/kg in short. add on Clav 14 days, 0.22ml and anti histamine jabs (expire dec 23) – price $188 don’t make sense so didn’t buy. 

Summary from clinic:”Didi: Restart clav inj for another 14days, and rv for rpt CBC during clav course. Conservative mgmt of hepatopathy w liver supp (O will try as cat diff to give oral meds), kiv rpt abdo US (O declined). Monitor for any jaundice/poor appetite//V+/D+. Consider maropitant nasal drops +/- nebulisation for long-term management of chronic rhinitis. *Weight loss/cachexia to be expected as suspect neoplastic process* – I didn’t reject any u/s, not true. I only show dr nally that he did u/s b4, she even comment that he got honey comb spleen ie rather sure is lymphoma le. Started didi w Clav 0.22ml and ursofalk 1.3ml today (65mg). 

12pm+: 4.33kg, gain 60g in 19 days. Given Subcut n ornipural.

Keep sneezing. W blood also. The wall also the carrier bag also. Can’t feel anything from the teeth side, cos both blood from both nostrils. So even take head X-ray can’t see the back from the nose, just whack Clav 10 days 0.25ml.  See first. 

Cbc Chem10 done. His blood is soooo dark red. yet 29% only!? 

HCT 29.2% – monitor le. Alt 216. Think ornipural working ok for him – continue, dr Brandon says that’s what he use last time like a supplement so no harm giving. 

Urine taken by cysto, didi not ok w bladder expression. 

GGT and UPC back to normal. He say ok for me to stop both urosofalk and semintra (ha I know dr d would say no). recheck 2-4 weeks after stopping. I’ll book review 3 weeks later.

stop ab – neu glob wbc all not much improvement. And mos Eos thingy elevated – can be due to some cancer thingy. but that will be eos 40, but didi Eos is 4+. 

so non conclusive again. 

UPC improve to 0.25, but still got to continue ursofalk and semintra. if weight maintain, review in 2 months. If weight drop, review in 1 month. I think didi mouth is the cause of the inflammation leh. but no way I’ll let him do dental.

Night: poo 3.5/10. Given him selar fish plate to munch after all the meds. 

Morning: Subcut n given lots of meds. He is not unhappy today. I kiss him n sayang him – he know. He know I won’t harm him but yet he really not happy w the massive meds. 2 more days of fenbendazole. Manage to give sam e today. He try to puke out the liquid med and got blood – should be fr his teeth.

Noon: dr d “Polyclonal for didi, so no clear tumor suspect. This happens in chronic inflammation, either viral bacterial or parasitic. Now is like cheese like pockets that might one day burst and … I would have to Pts him by then. 

initial check also think he should go for a dental, only 1 canine? But should have lots of remnants inside, so far his mouth didn’t give any issue, eating well, redness n etc, scare imflammation ard go down to throat area etc – but after knowing the potential liver/ spleen cancer issue, dental sx is off. Totally off. Ga is out. 

Cbc looks fine. Omg the price of Cbc so ex here. NEU EOS high, I’m happy actually – better than Low. Thought is like xiao Hui false alarm, can survive de!!! TP 10.5, glob 7.5. dr d didn’t mention he needs any ab at all.

• there is flu stain on his right nose, might be the mouth inflammation lead to the nose having discharge – have to start him on doxy paste twice a day x 14 days   

• let him face Mary in the rise back, Mary hiss at him he is fine 

• wa the moment enter entry gate, he hiss fiercely – think might fight, got to give him a room for now – settle him down in room E. Even fierce to me.

• I sayang him he even want to scratch me too – very naughty very bad tempered keep growling, i almost want to whack him for being so bad – I even told gor gor to see how naughty his didi is, sigh – how like that is he going to merge well w the rest when he is the v aggressive one. He charge and whack pple eyes. Sigh. 

• 12am: sat down n talk to him, the calmer I m, he become more 过分 – esp the attacking part when we (me n the cats) did nothing wrong n also didn’t provoke him – sigh so disappointed.

• 830am: check on di b4 going to work, he is on top of the shelf … I thought it’s better than yesterday, but I won’t know when he decide to turn aggressive and bite me, turn n see other cats he will growl again (not normal, it’s angrily growl type) – he particularly hate darker colored cats like black, tuxedo, dark tabby. 

• didn’t touch the supper food – first day night dose of doxy skip

• didn’t touch litterbin – no poo no pee day 1 

• sayang him n hand check temperature – ok

• one dose of doxy so good ah – his right nose discharge is lesser

• even morning afternoon mummy j says he meow so loudly like girl being kidnapped 

• night: I 骂打哄骗念讲sayang… wa everything also do he still meow very loudly … think he miss the carpark … he is now a free roam cat, think he miss cement floor? peaceful no fights … but the way he meow we might get into trouble

• 1.29am: he just meow loudly – omg I even close the toilet door so the layer of sound is reduced but his howling is far too loud

• day to night howling …

• 1030pm: stress level Super up, beat Liao, scold Liao, sit down sayang to talk to him … even try to summon gor spirit come help me come quiet him down … if not all 猫房 cats in danger cos his volume is far too loud 

• 4 reasons I can think off hand. 1) Also same Bobby? High blood pressure? 2) Pain? 3) just want me sit down w him Sayang n sleep 4) simply attitude using this method to force me to throw him out? 

• first 2 results need to vet again – I want to check his left body lump also

4.8.18 sat

• day 09 didi become 猫房 cat – his howling r horribly loud- I got to close shut all the windows and toilet door to trap in as much noise as possible … 

• his voice make Willy meow a lot also – is Willy responding to him? Willy looks like gor gor, sit down w didi to sayang him n talk to him and he calm down n in resting / to sleep position – but once I leave him, he start the loud sound

• 133am: he just howl again – why?

• wa stress till can’t sleep – he is howling again

How? Tag a friend w him? Jack? Ber? Someone? But can’t let him near window his howling is far too loud near the window

• 155am: ask AC to ask him what happen? Why he keep howling …

5.8.18 Sunday 

• morning: he is still at it … almost thought he is a girl 

• asked dr d and dr on his gender: 

Dr d: “boy. Can see from penis if castrated. What the hell…. that’s weird! Like a monkey”

Dr b: “Yeah looks like boy. Normally female I see the hole is at the red area.. Then male the balls at the red part and the hole at the blue. Lol that video you send me is the caterwauling in the background? either that or like you say he seeing ghost” 

• 330pm: needs to check the left lump, check mouth so might as well go see dr d now… wa I super no 精神 …

• checked: confirmed a boy, triple confirm by holding n seeing his penis for more than 20 sec 

– so caterwauling reason 🙅‍♀️

• bp taken: 220 – moderate high, but he had been very adhd in the clinic, so might be false high, dr d told me to seriously invest in a bp machine for him to check many times first  

• looking At his eye balls there r sign of blood shots which may mean high bp issue too, but yet might be kicked n got those spots – kiv

• there is a lump on his left – is a tumor under the skin, but non attached to any organs, but it’s blocking and dr can’t find the kidney. If it don’t grow bigger, I can ignore it. But I still test it anyway – it’s fats lump – belign – can relax a bit. 

• CBC CHEM 10 lytes 4 taken, no issue, kidney slightly higher only, t4 rule out

• 5.73kg – gain 300g 🙂

• very loud when I bring him out n otw to clinic 

• in the clinic room and taking bloods and after that, very manja and handsome boy – dr d days hold on to bp medi first, told me to start some calming medi for him first (only side effect is sleepy which is v safe) 

• mouth Super smelly, definitely need a dental, he is in pain but maybe don’t show it. Right lower tooth alr broken and bleeding. but dr says to solve his psychological issue first. 

• while waiting for blood results, keep head butt us and cuddle and belly rubs – even add extra stuff into his own bill by pressing some of the laptop buttons

• dewormed him already 

• 530pm given him the first dose of medi (till 643pm no noise) – or maybe gummy is a calmer ? He makes Friend w gummy – sleep side by side

• 1240am- got meow but after supper sleep le, peaceful night

• 3am: I went toilet and he meow loudly again – but for a short tolerable length n stop – next time go toilet can’t on light n don’t flush. If not he sense my movement he will meow

6.8.18 mon 

• whole day from the time I go work to night: family update me 猫房 damn noisy today 

• 11pm: didi howl till I headache – morning dose (that 1/4 seem to be of a smaller size, and some stuck powdery in the pill popper) – fine so I gave him another 1/4 at 11pm. 

• 12am still continue to howl – ate supper n etc 

• 1am: he is still howling I gave him a new hideout – he is not afraid or anything – so he don’t have to 

Hide —- he just want to howl … – and even hiss and fierce to me … sigh 

• 112am: still can hear him over the noise made by Aircon compressor

• 133pm dr d send: “Clomicalm builds up a level over 2 wks, some days it works more than other

First days usually more sedative effect noticeable”

• 138am: he shouted like monkey again very very loud – I got to close whole house windows shut – no more natural air ventilation just to contain his noise

• 2am: He just shouted another round

Dr d:” For fear gabapentin can work, it relaxed cats. That’s without risk. But not sure how much this is fear, I don’t think much. But can try…? There a no quick working behavior meds… all take time. Only safe one for short term I know is gabapentin. If have gabapentin: give it. Safe to give, takes away fear, not sedative” 

• 212am: given him 30mg gabapentin. Asked gummy for help – to accompany him. I sayang both together. Didi like to 翘屁股…

• 7am whole world awake Cos didi is yowling and all the dogs r barking … so loud till next roll dogs can hear 

• checked on his yowling … more worried about his health issue … he got brain problem? Or is he injured in brain too but somehow survive and nobody knows till he is indoor and I know he is not normal?

Cognitive dysfunction. Although we think a form of Alzheimer’s is more common in the dog, some older kitties show signs of dementia and confusion.

I had checked him throughly other than CT SCAN on brain la. Or is it really hypertension? Need to take bp again to be v sure – clinic alr using the accurate Doppler but dr feel that the result is not true bp Cos he adhd there

• afternoon update from j: “DiDi~ I noticed he’s hungry or wanna pee poo he will start yelling maybe tonight b4 u go bed u try give him more food see whether he still yelling or not (pee poo) coz no bin insise his room he cane out walking ard yelling until i hurry gave him the bin he goes pee yelling stops.” “stomach discomfort?

• night: he laZe at the playroom kibble area – got yowl but I ignore n just sayang him as usual. Taking a risk – don’t feed him any medi today – don’t wanna treat him like a mental patient
