Not sure. I have to think till 10am, cos I actually just texted hillside for slots for o tube too b4 getting dr d reply 

8am+: while walking home, though I dislike nasal tube a lot, think that’s the choice for now. 

9.02am: got reading le. High 25.7. I need to prepare a jab soon to give b4 we go clinic. I informed sweeties that we put a nasal tube, i didn’t lie to her that it will feel uncomfortable but this tube will be take off as soon as her condition become better. Her job is to rest and let body heal. Told her to trust ah mao will sayang her n help her as much as possible 

Preparing med b4 going clinic, later even nasal tube is in, meds that can’t give anymore: sam e, omeprazole.

11.28am: Scarlett bring her into the room for abdominal u/s.

U/s done and basically not much use to me, liver got issue, kidneys got some fatty deposits which is diabetic, so insulin correct. Gall bladder got some obstruction so just start urofalk. All in must put o tube. Dr Daniel do it. 

Pancreatitis not good pancreatitis – put in iv. 

So meds to clarify: 

sam e – no choice 

omeprazole – liquid 

anti seizure – got liquid 

lactulose can stop – she say maybe reduce i decide  again 

Ursofalk – need the dose – 15mg/ kg 

Metro ??!! 

210pm: fly back. Glucose high 18.6. 

She survive o tube placement. 

Weak. Of cos. Let her rest. I got to let her rest in room b first w o2 on. Later I back then clean the room more and start iv. 

3.28pm: glucose 15.9, I’m arranging her room for iv treatment. Heat pad is on. Position her that I can see her fr cctv

3.41pm: i think she is gone. Less than 10s. No violent seizure nothing. After I kiss her she let out one more breath n she is gone le

Checked eyes. Surprisingly is left eye for a small ulcer, not surprise but I can start lysine since she mention herpes. Will use acuter for her eye

HCT 24.0% – needs to start darbepoetin alr. She ask about pred again I reject. I later ask can start doxy or not cos get rbc is down also. Blood parasite? 

Glu high 441, second time alr. Today check urine pro 30, glu 1000 high in urine also. So taken fruto. But Might be diabetic or kidney totally gone case. Arranging for a full abdo u/s. Smear: no bacteria ( diabetic normally will have) so might be kidney totally cui. Sdma 26, k 4.2 I can continue w kcl in bag. Na >180 cl 145 super high despite on na cl 0.45% – this de Nally says she Duno how too.

Only syringe fed 15ml – she can’t swallow much. An issue le. O tube come to my mind again. Cos her meds a lot. But I don’t think she can? But she isn’t going to move much even if dr Brandon going to cut a hole in her neck right now? Have to think properly. Only a few more days chance b4 new year.

They didn’t have bottle they selling me the pen. “Inject 0.01ml under the skin TWICE daily 15mins after meals. We dispense the pen and draw out one dose for tonight” – my brain not working v rush n tired so tell them draw for me so I can use later on w/o needing to think n learn. I max out Liao. My mental drain out by idiot. I v sad over meow meow my mental power deplete fast. 

10.10pm: glucose high can’t read. 

Given Subcut w kcl and insulin. 

She had diarhhoea, hopefully is the residue fr enema. Read online – lactulose and such enama w diabetic cat (if sweeties is one in the first place but not serious one) will become serious and electrolytes Imbalance which she is now. So conclusion: stop lactulose. Try to correct her glucose level. But she is not taking food in anymore. Water also. No swallowing reflex. I need to put in a o tube in her Tmr cos no chance le. Tmr if die also have to try to put o tube if she can’t swallow anymore. Dr Brandon not in, dr Nally totally never do o tube b4, I texted dr d n yeumee to see who in can do for her. Waiting for replies 

10.21pm: insulin in for 10 mins alr, glucose high can’t read.

4am+: say good morning to her n I go prepare for the day. My schedule is messed up le. Didn’t work didn’t rest. She looks weaker same like yesterday. (Recall: dr nally says Cerenia depends on liver so today I skip it) 

7.00am: got 5cm of poo 6/10, cleared and clean her butt. still can swallow but weaker. or should I bring her Tmr? – told clinic change to Tmr morning 

10am+: appt Tmr confirmed. syringe fed – did I? Omg I forgot le. My brain not working.  

12.50pm: syringe fed her 30ml Kd. Got pee. Given halid and added kcl to today’s bag. 

105pm: will meow when I’m doing felv medi round.  

2.30pm: check, got pee. Cleared 

5.10pm: tube fed her 24ml Kd, finish. Later at night open new can again. Put halid for her. 

Serve new food tuna w calamari, not keen at all. Tmr got to buy extra tubes of appetite stimulant. 

10pm+: syringe fed 39ml kd. A little scary. tmr seeing vet le. kiss her a lot of times. Feel that she needs do start doxy maybe also something is just going on. 

7.00am: greet sweeties good morning first. 

8.20am: wa I stuck in meow room so long for cleaning. actually meow n sweeties both don’t move much can stay in one room. Ha. But meow diarhhoea is a big issue. syringe fed her 30ml Kd. Her right eye look cloudy still, is it more? Still give halid. 

11.30am: got pee. Syringe fed 50ml ad. She know major cleaning of room. 

1240pm: face lie on food – thrown

9pm: syringe fed 45ml Kd. She is just weaker. This Fri I’ll bring her to check also. She got something else needed to adjust. maybe anemic le? Maybe kidney continue to cui cos of not on iv? Maybe ab need to add/ change? Maybe k low? Tmr bag I must remember to add kcl. Maybe now na cl too low?

9pm+: she know I’m back but I’m stuck in meow room for quite long I know they r not happy.

3.40pm: sweeties a little jealous le. I got to tube fed meow2 then attend to her cos tube feed faster mah. Syringe feed her 50ml Kd. She don’t really want to drink water now

8.30pm: hug her on my lap to syringe feed her. Her right eye is a little cloudy. Erm. That day got something also. I thought one off. Don’t like water. Fed her 50ml Kd. given night meds and Subcut. I Subcut her twice a day to keep up the fluid rate for iv. Her kidneys still need it. Will see how first. Tmr bag I’ll Add kcl. 

904pm: she is sitting up. I turn her on another position. got pee. Alley and daring visit her  

9Am+: got pee i serve food for her but she sleep on it, whole face wet w tuna. Thrown n i wipe her face. 

1030am+: I syringe fed her 30ml kd and Subcut little cos needle come off cos she move a lot. clear up the whole hospi room c, move her flat down on floor room a. 

O2 still on. 

1130am: syringe her 27ml kd n with water. 

Agnes visit her fr 12pm for 1h+ a bit. 

Serve fish not keen. trying first. 

Today I started new nacl bag w/o kcl added. 

4pm+: resting 

5.50pm: think she go grab water bowl. Whole face and paw wet and cold. Of aircon le. Syringe fed 50ml Kd and w water. 

10pm: I do night round super long cos sweeties very unstable, keep moving, needy. 

Subcut her. She keep wanting to hug the water bowl till she is all wet. I think she is v nausea, still give Cerenia. a few days didn’t poo? Think help her poo also. Microlax her. Come out 3cm x 3 times.  Will meow for me to clean her butt. serve kakato tuna w mackeral. 

6am: checked on her. Alive. Got pee. sayang her told her sleep. 

1030am: Alive. Got pee. Limbs got moved. 11.30am: syringe fed her 50ml Kd. Told her the plan of letting her go to room a Tmr can try walking le, then i major clean cage bah and room c bah. given Subcut and meds. 

1.55pm: alive. Sayang her and got pee. she is excited buddy sena bday she going back 4G bath n pretty! I kept a cute collar ready for her 🙂 

5.30pm: sayang her, got pee. 

10.40pm: got pee. Cleared. Subcut and given the rest of meds.

5.10am: check on her, weaker not that responsive or too early the light too bright? She is still sleepy? Kcl only 1/5 in, shouldn’t be risky. I think later 10+ I’ll change to plain bag just to be safe. Given bupre iv. 

10am+: same, quiet. Will turn head but generally v quiet. Didn’t move much. Got 5cm poo 5/10 got pee. just quiet. RR 60 irregular. Fluid somewhere? whole person quiet down. Scary. Told her go slow. sick like that de. got up n downs, only worry is no one fight w you, but she got ah mao. Kiss her. Today got to go vet check current status. Most prob add clinda n stop Marbo. Still on same kcl bag cos later 1230pm slot. Told clinic today got to go in. Syringe fed 30ml Kd – lucky still can swallow. Fed 6ml water also. 

1216pm: otw w her to vet. In a haze le. Got sound, hope is new thing like blocked nose or what. She did use mouth to breathe le. Look dead, body limbs all not moving. Only breathing can see cos RR is fast. RR 42, but heavy. Informed clinic the above n ill reach 12.25pm. checked: heart and lung sound clear. In clinic RR is not so bad. temp 40.7, so she listen to me la. Yesterday I told her sick sick just sleep sleep she smart she know just rest and sleep that’s why extreme sian look cos she sleeping la. 

3.87kg – lose 80g. 

Taken bloods for Cbc renal profile that include lytes. 

12.45pm: Damien help to take off her cath. Didn’t even use any alcohol to soften just tear, Erm sweeties fur pain siak, but she is so down so drowsy till no reaction at all. 

12.47pm; I wait outside for reports and leave sweeties on the table sleeping cos need to put in iv cath again. if the kidneys values r good enough will down the fluid rate. 

1249pm: looking at her … she is sleeping so deeply. Very still. 

12.54pm: RR 21 sleeping soundly I told her she smart, I stupid i forgot I told her this battle is long so she tired just sleep, sleep will help body. Cbc out – HCT 29% still ok. Wbc high but not sky high. Crea back 2.9, bun still high, but think can down rate. Na still high, cl back to normal, kcl 4.5 drop, so na cl 0.45% w kcl no issue. I think later go back reduce the drip rate. Fever need to settle, Erm Marbo will continue and most prob start clinda. All these my thoughts cos dr w another dog. We are just waiting since just now. I interpret the results myself. 

1pm+: tried to put in 3 times iv cath into her right front leg, vein too flat. Pop le. No use. I can handle cat w hind leg iv cath, but I think it’s ok for her to off iv then since going to down rate too. Oh ya crea high normal might be false low cos of muscle waste. Next round need to take sdma to be sure. Bun high to start omeprazole 4mg. ondansetron no. May even tap down on Cerenia. bupre continue. Clav start only if fever persist but temp taken again 38.3, so no need to start Clav. Just continue Marbo. I’ll let her sleep in cage till 28.1 w o2, san leave 猫房 in the evening then she change to totoro Room. 

3.45pm: prepare omeprazole for her, micro beads so ard 3-6mg per capsules. if Tmr I got go clinic then maybe buy jab form then. 

10pm+: given omeprazole oral and the rest. Syringe fed 35ml Kd. Subcut her again. I’ll Subcut twice for now. See first. 

7.30am: didn’t touch food. Syringe fed her 30kg and lactulose and 9ml of water. Thinking of meds add on for her, cos like no development. Should I add ondansetron? Should add on a vial of kcl into next bag? – this I think should, will do so for tonight’s bag. Given bupre iv. 

11.20am: fed 36ml kd. 

2pm: syringe fed 30ml kd, given lactulose, milk thristle. Gaba. Cerenia, Marbo, b12. 

4.30pm: Sayang her got pee. 

Ask clinic; “Attn: dr nally. 

Re: sweeties. Since the stop of metro, she is only on one ab – Marbo 4mg/kg. Today is her day 16th. Continue or stop?” 

4.49pm: no reply yet, analysis: clinda is oral, which will cause even more nausea than clav inj, so if really try, have to buy ondansetron also. see how. Dr Nally mention about clinda on Mon but didn’t say further. See later the reply will mention clinda again or not. 

1048pm: no reply from clinic. 

Syringe fed 42ml Kd, gaba and lactulose. 

Bag change new to na cl 0.45% w kcl added. 

Tmr bag I’ll change back to plain. Fri review. 

8.50am: got pee. Got poo stain, wipe her butt. 

Given bupre, Cerenia. Marbo direct iv. Anti seizure, gaba down to 5mg/kg dose. lactulose. 

Syringe fed 45ml Kd. 

4pm+: given lactulose, got pee, fed 42ml Kd. Serve ciao cup she lick. thinking to buy chicken back to peel for her and the gang or not.  

8.20pm: seem like ciao cup got intake some. Sayang her. Got pee 

9pm+: syringe fed 42ml Kd. Change dripbag. Tmr night got to change cos it will stop at 4.00am. 

910am: no poo. Got pee. Given bupre. Serve chicken w salmon. Didn’t eat. 

1130am: got pee again. Bring her out to vet. 

See dr nally, didn’t check weight. She want to do enema, I didn’t think must do cos yesterday did poo 6cm. but she say a lot a lot, full of shit, and even want to do a X-ray to show me (reject X-ray, i even have to emphasise all the X-rays waste of money). Didn’t reject enema since it will help sweeties feel better. She also want to take kidney profile, reject cos can’t waste money just 3 days only. My target is do lytes cos she is on potassium. That’s is crucial must do one. She did look a little pale (gum) I will test next round. her blood still look dark red . Lung heart sound clear. She say the eyes are equal now. I feel her movement of limbs are more good. 

1240pm: dr Nally says got one piece 0.8cm stuck at her anal (next time can microlax to let some come out on her own) and a lot come out (nah only 9cm at most). 

Lytes haywire. K is 5.0, dr d says can stop, i don’t think so, will finish current bag and next bag I’ll still give but 1 vial in 1000ml. but sweeties na cl high, have to bring it down if not another problem: salt toxic, later brain also gong2. Can’t find 0.45% bag. Clinic don’t have. 

1pm: lucky I didn’t book grab immediately. I smell poo and she poo even more!! More than 10cm good. I cleared and clean her butt. 

Now waiting for pharmacy reply on her nacl0.45%. 

140pm: pharmacy no ans, clinics petspace reply me first. Get 4 bottles fr there. Since it’s a new bag then maybe I won’t put kcl then. 

syringe fed 36ml Kd. Given Marbo iv info direct port cos when I put in the line port her iv keep jam. Something wrong?! Hope not to have issue. given prozosin, anti seizure and Sam e. Milk thristle, gaba n lactulose. Today dr Nally mention cisapride I reject. Didn’t think further.

2.46pm: started sweeties on na cl 0.45%. 16ml/h plain drip. 

4.40pm: 30 sleepy le. sleeping. Given Cerenia and b12 iv. 

9.09pm: iv didn’t stop. Duno how is sweeties. Agnes miss the 8.20pm slot to visit her just now. I’ll be rushing thru everything to sleep if not I’m really dying. 

9.15pm: syringe fed 45ml, last 3ml didn’t really go in. Given lactulose n gaba also. Given bupre  iv. got further poo stain coming out. Wipe her butt. Got pee too. Tmr night this bag must change. More stress cos 500ml bag have to remember ending time earlier. 

8.50am: I’m dead I’m super late, waste money to pay and I’m not at 5G for cleaning. Serve sweeties tuna w chicken ham, didn’t eat. Given bupre. Clear her pad got pee got poo 🙂 6cm. 7/10. 

1.20pm: alive. Syringe fed 30ml Kd and lactulose n gaba. Got pee

2.45pm: given Marbo iv and anti seizure med and syringe fed her 15ml kd. 

5.20pm: checked on her sayang her.  

9.54pm: Today generally syringe feed her lesser. Duno how she is. iv still flowing I check fr CCTV didn’t show issue. 

10.30pm: alive. No development. Sayang her. Kiss her. Got pee. Syringe fed 24ml Kd told her I go get ready meds 

1.20pm: syringe fed another 30ml Kd. Given all other remaining meds. Told her Tmr we give another dose of prazosin then I’ll stop that. 

She tried to eat a little (not even 5%)- tuna w chicken . 

9.20am: Alive. Got pee. Change pads. given bupre and serve a plate of tuna w pumpkin, no reaction. 

1020am: syringe fed 15ml kd. 

12pm: syringe fed her 30ml Kd. 

Given lactulose and started her on milk thristle

5.18pm: alive. She got meow. 

9pm+: syringe fed 45ml Kd. Given lactulose, b12 bupre Cerenia. I decide to skip night dose anti seizure (change to once a day). 

Change fluid bag (1000ml fluid added 20ml kcl). 

3.20am: checked on sweeties. Alive. Not in coma. Got pee, clear it. feel hot. Yesterday temp is 39.3. on aircon for them. 

8.32am: alive. fed anti seizure, Sam e, lactulose, given bupre. Change back kcl bag. syringe fed 39ml of ad w added phos bind. Will meow will hold my hand. I will kiss her and sayang her. Like want to snatch my food, but not sure if can serve her food plate cos might spill all over 

10.40am: syringe fed her 36ml Kd 

11Am+: she meow and sit up cos don Kerry that all start grooming. I feel she wanna food – as in try to eat. I serve tuna w salmon she got lick. Don’t think much go in, but she is happy she had a plate too. 

1.30pm: given Marbo iv, lactulose and anti seizure and syringe feed 21ml ad. 

3.25pm: alive. Sayang her. Got pee. I’m dead tired alr  

5.35pm: alive. Looks weaker again. I got to rush to work alr I’m too knock out. got pee, cleared

10.47pm: alive. kcl bag continue at 219 10.22pm 16ml/h. Syringe fed 45ml ad. 

Given lactulose and gapa n bupre. 

Anyway today dr Nally on leave n no other vet reply on the stopping of metro.

Day 04 didn’t poo. 

5.56am: woke up by alley calling. Checked on sweeties, alive. A bit same as yesterday night. right eye still show unwell and she seem weaker. I think today have to check the iv cath. Hot. I think infected alr have to change leg. sayang and kiss her. Got pee. No poo day 03. 

10.45am: syringe fed her 15ml kd. Told her we need to go vet. 

1115am: Seen dr Nally for review 4.24kg. cos she empty her bladder. Good. Gain 30g. Dr nally says not constipated. temp 39.3. Hav to change iv cath to left front leg. 

bp holding well, not hyper or hypo. 136/84. 

HCT 31.6%. Wbc 26.25, from plot graph she still need to be on ab. Stop doxy. Continue Marbo and start metro 10mg/kg, to give 8.5ml x twice a day (need pres to get from shop) so buy from clinic. One bag only last 5 days plus. May need to get 2 at one go. Glu high (353) I decide first hope it just stress. crea 2.9 fr 6.1, kidney improve. Alt 384 bad. I think what liver stuff I can add on. K 3.2, so she so down. To add 2 vial of kcl into her bag. Have to review faster for potassium drip. Buy a ctn of k/d for her. Re: bupre. Dr Nally commented this: that if sweeties is to pass, she wants her to at least be covered for pain relief so we stick to twice a day but 0.15ml. 

120pm: we rush back 猫房. I’m freaking tired. And the plug so tight again. Use pillar also waste a lot of time. She did tried to sit up. Added 2 vials kcl to 800ml fluid. Syringe fed her 21ml kd n I go find food myself. Later then I do first round.

2pm: syringe fed 36ml Kd. And It’s ridiculous long I back and slow iv her metro cos that one needs to go slow…. Do till 3+pm n I need to rush out. Given Marbo too.  

I let her continue iv while I’m out. I told her to be a good girl. Stable iv. Don’t make me worry when I go work. She can lift her head alr (3.20pm) 

9.54pm: I ended class and can rush back to see sweeties le. Duno how she is now.

Lucky I didn’t off her iv, she got extra 7h+ of iv cos I took the risk. 

1020pm: she is in a scary position, didn’t react when I call her. Like dying again. I can only narrow down to 2 things. Iv metro and kcl drip (only 3.6ml go in) so quite sure if any fault w new stuff will be metro (taxing on liver)- I didn’t give night dose. Kcl I just change to new bag but Tmr morning I’ll change back to kcl bag. Can’t be kcl fault. It’s too little to have negative effect. Syringe fed 36ml Kd. Last 9ml is the scary feel that she is not swallowing again. Bupre, gaba, anti seizure, b12, Cerenia given. Told her sleep. Replenish the energy again. 

7.38am: alive. Told sweeties I love her so much that I haven’t brush teeth I come visit you. Hah she still let me kiss her. Got pee a lot. One worry down. No poo. But I’m worried she can’t swallow. I’m trying soon w food – she can swallow! So I gave anti seizure, gaba and lactulose first. Syringe fed 30ml Kd. Given bupre iv. daring keep talking to her. 🙂 

8.29am: alive. Got pee again and I wipe her butt. no poo yet day 02. 

11.10am: alive. Syringe fed 21ml Kd. Got pee. 

11.27am: aw: “Morning Cat, how si Sweeties?” 

11.50am: syringe fed 30ml Kd. Given Marbo iv. Given prazosin and Sam e. I had decided to stop Alprazolam. I know will help w the kicking and not so excited, but I think this cause her dead look yesterday, can’t swallow might choke to death even worse? anyway since dr msg, so I just ask ok to stop Alprazolam? 

No further pee. 

115pm: alive, sayang her. Got pee. Shifted her a bit. 

4.18pm: alive, kiss her. Got pee – cleared. Syringe fed 30ml Kd w added phos hind and lactulose. 

10.30pm: slap me, but excited type. Syringe fed 45ml Kd. change fluid bag. Same rate 16ml/h. Given med and bupre. got pee. No poo. She got meow today 🙂 eye still a little better on the right side. 

She hyper when I sayang daring n calling her sweeties! Like happy. But I scare she too hyper. 

10.54pm: checked on her to make sure she is ok. She is ok. Told her sleep. 

Status: Generally her body temp is higher. Just higher. Today is day 06 of her iv cat. Tmr is day 07 – should change? Or I think she can last till fri? Or even better sat then change?  

Fri or sat not sure yet. But Tmr don’t think need yet. I’m also thinking of down her bupre to once Tmr. maybe only day time. 

8.02am: alive, but she is not producing pee. 

No further poo. 

Have to go clinic to drain out the pee. I got to check how long it can drag before it become dangerous. 

Eyes ok. 

But legs more movement – good or bad? I can’t confirm. 

Rate remain 16ml/h, 289ml fluid had gone in. 20h had passed since she last urine drawn. Google says 24-48h they can hold, i know she isn’t holding, is just not coming out. So max is 48h. means I max can drag to Tmr day time only. Later I come back try to express her bladder see whether can or not. If can’t then maybe today better go after I’m back in the evening? Sigh. 

8.35am: checked. Their bladder only 50ml loh. Think if I can’t confidently express her, she got to go clinic express today liao. 

8.50am: alive – I feel more movement, one point I’m Thinking is it going seizure? But I think is lactulose working. 

Syringe feed 33ml Kd. Give most med. first syringe she didn’t swallow scare me. Can’t express urine. Later have to find chance to bring her to vet again. Sigh.  

10.54am: 335 alive. Looks bloated. No pee at all. I don’t know if I can sneak out b4 lunch or not. Sayang her and she is struggling more. More alive today but the bladder is an issue now. Daily. Daily issue. Cham. Ask about agnes view on the usage of pet transporter. sigh cost is v high, but logically, medically all make sense. save my time save my energy save a lot of things. The only drawback but I’m concern about the vibes and the emotional feeling of sweeties to go by transport to n fro. this only drawback is bad enough to override all the good things. 

11.15am; even effi scare- cos sweeties got more legs kicking action. Uncomfortable. Fair enough, I dont think it hit dangerous yet, but later if yes, Then can’t go then die. let’s settle if n I think need something to relax the muscle to pee maybe. Today is dr Brandon in. 

Rushed there but wait very long for vet to be available. 

12pm+ then see dr b. He express her bladder also cannot. Her nerve/ just can’t, so have to give the diazepam iv to knock her out again. Express some. Can’t gauge amount. No choice dr d add on 2 meds. One is prazosin that pokemao eat last time to relax muscle so hopefully she can pee on her own. Got risk cos it’s bad for kidney, but dr b”cannot pee also life threatening” so just give. I rush back to 4G w her. will wait for her to be more awake b4 giving her all the meds n etc. 

1240pm: reach mfh and restart iv drip 16ml/h. She v sleepy. Let her sleep. 

1.50pm: alive. Kicking. fed the 2 new meds to relax and 3ml of Kd. No urine. 

2.31pm: in deep sleep, let her be 

7.38pm: given doxy, lactulose and only 15ml kd n I feel that she is v scary. V weird. Tongue can’t go back, is she choking? She can’t swallow. Tell agnes to come quick. Worry she can’t last tonight. 

8.59pm: alive. Thinking about the bill today. dr b put it as sedation. This sedation is it dangerous? Is it enough to put in a o tube for sweeties? – told agnes about this n ask dr Brandon directly – ““Mm.. I guess technically the same drug used for sedation as for general anesthesia.. Just deeper. Can put o tube as long as she’s fully unconscious” – reply not clear so I Re ask: Erm I mean so today her level of  knock out enough to put o tube?

9.52pm: alive. Sayang her told her sleep

Agnes come in at 10.11pm to sayang her again. 

10.53pm: alive 🙂 and I check on her n sayang her n kiss her n she pee!!!!! Yeah hope she feel the vibes!! Everyone is happy! She know she pee out without going litter bin is okay! We all happy for her. Feel free to pee n poo no issue. Till u recover then go litterbin. 

Dr Brandon reply:” Hmm.. Maybe slightly deeper than that cause need to cut and stitch. But technically possible” – I’ll plan n see how for Tmr. 

1015am: 681. Alive. Got pee. Same as yesterday. Use hand want to hold my face or want to slap me. Got make noises when I get near, scare/ angry or excited to see me? Unknown. Sayang her. Told her we try. Today both pupils back to normal. 

11.30am: we rush out to vet, check iv cath n status. Next target is Fri. Oh no fri I not free have to see how. 

11.50am: seen dr nally. Lucky I check sweeties first. She is in pain, angry, scare, frustrated la. 

She is blocked. Most prob the poo etc is blocking her bladder. dr nally try to press to express her bladder but she is totally block. But female block cat – plan: given diazepam to just let her relax, knock out a little so that can give her enema to flush out her block poo. And after that try to express out her urine. dr Nally give another 0.22ml bupre to make her better. 

4.42kg- gain 210g but I think it’s all the poo. 

12.29pm: update : dr Nally use 1.5X of diazepam that dr b use that day. Cos she can feel her butt. Dr Nally use finger to Manuel dig out the poo, will take X-ray to compare B4 and after. She can only do the poo after she cysto deflate sweeties bladder. So sweeties want slap me look will be my indication that she is blocked. Gum still pink. Heart lung still sound clear. now backside dirty, dr help to wash her backside.

12.35pm: waiting … think need to add on med or top up the anti seizure med 

12.36pm: I told agnes vet might ask her this qn if she is the one to bring, want Pts her? Let’s see her reply. -“I can’t bear but If she really suffering then I might have to let her go”. Sigh disappointing ans. I won’t let sweeties know that.

poo have to wait for it to come out further cos of the retention enema. 

I’ll only syringe feed her right b4 I need to go out cos she is knocked out now.

120pm: while waiting for meds. “No no keep her going ba. I cannot. And can’t bear to let her go” 

1.37pm: we take grab pet back, she makes funny noise. Quickly rush her back to put on iv. later I go lesson will take risk not to off her iv. Thurs i totally cork up siak. I can’t visit mama if I want to delay the time I go out. I can’t bring sweeties to center. I’ll see how again this Thurs. 

1.45pm: kp Wait for sweeties for half hour, cos I need to put her back on iv, 16ml/h. Prep Meds and given Marco iv. The rest later then can give. iv flow ok. 

2.15pm: alive and I send up back 5G  

3.50pm: alive. 

4.45pm: alive. awake. But after feeding 30ml Kd and lactulose and doxy she like falling asleep. Let her sleep. dr nally says lactulose help w the something in her brain also??! My brain isn’t working much also le. Forgot the short form she use. – remembered, it’s hepatic encephalopathy. Let’s hope it help. 

5.01pm: ask dr Nally whether should start Metronidazole iv? – “It will help with liver, no harm trying but as already on doxy/marbo, we do lactulose first and recheck values? As metro can cause neuro symptoms as well”

8.58pm: 121 alive, sayang her, didn’t cry when I touch her 

Syringe fed her 38ml Kd. 

Given anti seizure medi and gaba. 

Shifted her Peepad, thrown. Cos lots of liquid poo. Wipe her butt, full of shit. Total 7 rounds of cleaning. Didn’t pee – didn’t since we are back. So I ask clinic:”If I think she isn’t peeing, after today, when is the latest she needs to check again if her bladder is full/ block again?”

Sleepy again. 

Agnes sayang n chit chat w her and left at 9.59pm. 

Drip rate remain at 16ml/h. 

Her poo viral siak. I poo same as her. 

7.48am: checked on sweeties. Alive. still paralysed. Looks the same as yesterday worse look. Last time emma hospitalised in mpjg flat down also almost 3 weeks then save back the life. As long alive, got hope. Sayang her, change the o2 tube to blow at her. No poo. 

Yesterday her temp is at 38.3, so also good. But should be poo temp. up drip rate to: 16ml/h, 285. This bag needs to change by tonight. 

syringe fed her 30ml Kd. given bupre n Cerenia n gaba. she see I settle her room then I let alley they all Come out to stretch and eat. Everyone r good 猫房 kids. 

I kiss her she didn’t jerk back as badly 

12.03pm: alive. Sayang her. Stable 

1.36pm: her right eyeball pupil big, like lyon last time. Is viral. I think I should add lysine for her. She isn’t fiv. 

Syringe fed 30ml Kd. And given anti seizure med. and Marbo iv. 

3.45pm: syringe fed her 15ml kd and i vacuum floor she a little affected. given sacc and gaba too. 

6.15pm: alive, sayang her 

915pm: Alive, syringe feed her 21ml Kd. Did I feel she want to sayang me today? Or want to box me today? Or want to whack me want to slap me? She bite my hand v pain twice lucky she no teeth if not I die. Hopefully more strength. Told her slowly we fight to recover. Given gaba and anti seizure. 

I down rate to 14ml/h. I feel that as long I’m not at work, and she is stable like this in cage, I can let her maintain 16ml/h thru out. That’s only 384 per day. So ok la.

11.26pm; checked on her one more time, Alive. Sayang her.

809am: I awake the machine didn’t ring, but I don’t know how is sweeties now. 

But today is day 11 she didn’t poo le. Will become constipated mah? That day first time when she didn’t poo much dr Nally mention that she is in pain so maybe didn’t want to try to poo. Should I give her a microlax to try to help her poo? 

8.25am; her iv didn’t stop but she is in distress. She look crush. quickly off her iv and carry her to iso room to rest w o2 mask. 

Informed dr d first since I put sweeties on iv cos of yesterday, but her replies. Sigh. Conclusion; sweeties is worse off now. Much worse off. But why? Unknown. possible reasons. Iv did help i believe it did (so maybe like dr d say “Not sure what I can do for her to be honest. I think her kidneys shut down) or the negative of iv: “If kidney can’t make urine, means all the fluids stay in the body and will go to lungs. Is she peeing?” – can’t confirm for this past 19h cos she is in cage on iv, she topple the water bowl. Can’t gauge is urine or pure water. 

9.51am: we r otw to see dr Brandon. I didn’t feel that she is bloated, so what’s the issue now, unknown. More like organ really shutting down. for the past 20 mins she alr start the growling low sound, i think she is in great pain. I still kiss her and sayang her .

4.21kg 

Dr B don’t hear any issue w lung, so not fluid in lung – but will take one view xray see how. 

Don’t think is iv issue. 

Taken Cbc chem15 lytes to see status. 

more of neurot issue la – dr b says he is worried about fluid in brain. But that medi not avail for now. 

bloodworks out – HCT 50% – still dehydrated so iv a must, crea etc all up. Sdma 41 – this is improve from 48 leh. 

X-ray out – dr b says no issue w lung chest. So not iv fault. Sweeties needs the iv. Her kidneys need it. It might be she had a seizure overnight so now needs to give her time to overcome the after effect. Lots of poo, but not that constipated, but I told dr b gave microlax to make her feel better la – given. 

Before given. She had a seizure episode and dr Brandon gave iv diazepam. She knock out instantly. Let her rest. 

No change to current treatment plan. Add on anti seizure med for 5 days.  To add on phos bind to food. Remain drip rate 16-12ml/h. 

Bladder small to medium so she can pee. And she pee out while seizure so now should be empty. 

11Am+: back to 猫房, given her iv 16ml/h, given most iv meds. Can’t syringe feed. I need her to be much more awake. 

1pm: awake but make noise think in pain or want poo no strength. No poo yet. 

210pm: still making noises. No poo yet. Got pee le  

5pm: added gaba n phos binder, given > 30ml ad. Good that can still swallow. But I feel that she seem to have seizure again. 

She didn’t really poo out the poo. But one pad stain w poo stain – thrown. Maybe only 10% is out. Till waiting for the other 90% to be out. 

5.30pm: I thought I heard her shout as in seizure, I rush in don’t have. Put a dispezam in the room. 

7.19pm: alive. Sayang her and kiss her 

9pm+: syringe fed her 36ml Kd. Need to buy more of that. 

Started her first dose of anti seizure med 

Remove stain pad of poo. So 80% poo left inside. 

9.27pm: iv at 159ml. 

1017pm: iv at 172, down to 12ml/h. told her huhu breath more o2 n sleep. 

10am: Subcut her w bupre Cerenia. 

Didn’t touch food but m I happy that she at least drink water? 

told sweeties I bring her go gai gai. 

We go 5G and she walk about, didn’t eat of cos n we suppose to go back 4G BR. but my convo w dr d :”Dr, sweeties brain  like got issue. Neutro – what else can I add on? clinda. but its most likely the kidney toxins. So ok to give clinda, Marbo and doxy? not really.  its most likely the renal toxins are so high its causing neuro signs, not as likely there is an infectious cause like toxo causing it. for the infectious cause clinda could help. Ok so clinda not really applicable for her. But other than Subcut no other things that can flush the toxin alr” – reply is “iv fluids” – so I told sweeties off we go to vet. Change plan. Let’s put iv. Have to help her reduce the kidney size. 

No consult, Alex help her put iv cath w t port. Told her don’t wrap so tight. 

2pm+: syringe fed 20ml ad, more willing to swallow. Hope for good news. 

Given all meds iv. Marbo iv got issue think I need to dilute it the next round. 

3.37pm: iv rate 16ml/h – at 37 now, alr on iv for 2h plus. 

Serve ciao cup, kibble bowl remove cos she topple all the kibble. don’t know this bandage will last till mon or sun or not. 

Later I got to off her iv for 5h to play safe. 

O2 machine bring in to her also, I add a tube in so o2 go into cage for her 

4.29pm: so far so safe. Still at 16ml/h. Sigh is the alarm too loud if not I feel like letting her have continuous iv. 

5pm; iv pump ring. Sweeties twist till very entangled. Given bupre. 

515pm: off iv at 63. later Reon at 940ml. 

1115pm: sigh 6h off iv, I scare can’t flow well. See how. 

she turn the whole cage. Have to throw all Peepads. All water all kibble all food. Everything throw and put new one. 

Serve Tuna w chicken ham. 

Syringe fed 14ml ad. 

Iv restart at 12ml/h. 

555am: I’m too dead tired. Didn’t check on her 

10am+: she didn’t respond to me. Not good. Eventually did come out, still can jump. But sigh. 

More willing to swallow, but my hand still more injuries, syringe fed 20ml ad. 

Given Subcut w bupre Cerenia n I told her I got to go to work. 

11Am: aw send her fpli spec – normal. Not pancreatitis. Is the kidney pressing loh. send the bloods n finding to dr nally too. 

her left kidney 8.0cm, right 7.0cm also double the normal size 

214pm: dr d “Maybe add gabapentin? 5-10 mg/kg” – will add doxy back tonight. 

5pm+: dr d “Sweeties in house culture urine negative” 

Night: sigh until so late. Syringe fed her 20ml ad and told agnes all the possible plan on what can be done to her. Erm sigh. Not eating for day 11. Her neutro issue is scary. Keep tucking into bin and space. 

625am: alive. I’m so afraid to find her dead. She is in the small deck. Got come to me when I call her. Told her give her a bupre jab n I got to go n sleep. End up sayang her lots. 

Apply appetite stimulant. 

And end up I didn’t get to sleep again. 

10am+: Subcut her n etc. syringe fed 16ml ad. 

11Am+: room cleaning she is in the big luggage carrier and she pee. Erm the clean mat have to wash again. Pee a lot. 

Didn’t eat day 10. 

Told her 2 more days we moving back to 5G le. Will not cage her so not sure how she will cope. 

and I’m thinking of putting her on nasal tube. Cos once she is back to 5G, I can’t trust others to syringe feed her, so means if she don’t eat, she will be without food totally. 

4pm: decide that san san is in, sweeties will move to bathroom. She got to stay 猫房 hospital, go back 5G will die no one will monitor. Maybe Fri I bring her out if I’m not rush just to go 5G breakfast and play and stretch then go back 猫房BR. 

Syringe fed her 20ml ad 

10pm+: illusion? I happier cos she jump down wait for me at door when I’m back. She can hear rather than I need to open door then she come down. 

Food still didn’t touch. Even front leg go into water bowl. Sigh. 

syringe fed her 26ml ad my hand lots of injuries she whack me. More resistent to eat or stronger? Sigh. So pain loh her nails. 

Subcut and given bupre. Today thrice bupre. No more bupre alr. Open new bottle 

130pm: see dr d. 4.45kg- lose 430g in 7 days. 

Dr d says she can press both kidneys out easily. So the kidneys really big. She didn’t mention about her heart and lung. Only hear the summary of sweeties from 31.12.23 to today. 

Sweeties didn’t poo for a few days le – dr didn’t mention about her poo affecting u/s. 

Dr ym scan sweeties, dr flo not involve, both got free fluid ard the kidneys, left kidney is extremely abnormal, right kidney abnormal.

The left kidney etc highly cancer – to test need ga fine needle aspirin- rejected 

Pancreas is big but don’t think is due to pancreatitis (will wait for spec). 

Redo Cbc kidney profile sdma – actually I don’t know for what. Sigh. I’m thinking how it make sweeties start eating on her own again. 

Summary: she is in pain. So I think bupre have to up. Other than that, I’m not sure she still needs Cerenia ondansetron or not. 

Ondansetron is very ex here, skip don’t buy. Dr d says can skip, can just give Cerenia will do. 

Bupre must give. Dr says to skip doxy and Clav and give Marbo instead 4mg/kg. 0.18ml. 

5pm+: Subcut her n given Marbo, syringe fed 20ml ad. 

8pm: walking about walk a lot till she pant. Quickly let her stay in room w o2 on. 

9pm+: syringe fed 20ml ad and she is panting. let her rest. 

Sigh. 

Morning: I change the Peepad. 

Day 8 not eating on her own. 

Erm. 

1pm+: done the day Subcut medi round. 

Didn’t touch all food. No poo. 

No new pee. 

Syringe fed her 20ml ad. 

8pm+: food not touched. 

Syringe fed her 28ml ad. 

done the night Subcut medi round. Given sacc as a whole. No poo. Alr pee. 

I still serve tuna w prawn. Told her eat? And decorate the room w new year lantern told her we got to go back 5G soon. later b4 I knock out got to remove all the food in the room. 

Tmr morning most prob might skip all meds b4 2pm u/s. 

8.15am: alive – saw her grooming her own butt, she know I’m in she jump down from the big deck to find me. Follow me to get food get plastic bag and we walk back to room. Ab working, don’t know which one. Didn’t eat food overnight but behaviour wise I’m happy le. no poo. Pee a lot, have to change pad again. 

Serve 3 types of food for her, got reaction (good enough) but didn’t touch. 

I back from 5G then do medical round. 

8.50am: saw her climbing higher, at the window ledge – good. Unstable, legs weak of cos la so long didn’t eat. 

1pm: didn’t eat. Serve selar fish. 

Subcut and bupre/b12/ondansetron. 

Ondansetron Monday no more – I’ll give once on Sunday n once on Mon so Tues can top up at Dr d’s. 

on Tues I’ll go w Raichu slot but let dr d see sweeties and let dr ym do a regional kidney and Pancreas scan (dr d says “gives me lot of info”) – and “I can convince flo to look if something really weird”. perfect plan. 

7.40pm: alive. Later I need to syringe feed her, I didn’t do it the whole day cos I’m tired or cos I’m buying hope to find plate food eaten? Sigh. 

9pm: she didn’t eat at all. Fish all thrown. All ants. Rubs and kisses. Subcut her n given jabs n meds. No poo. 

Syringe fed only 15ml, I think none get in. She don’t like oral fed. Erm. 

7.30am: alive but I’m dead I think I getting sick, leak of sleep. Today better got u/s slot then Tmr I can try to sleep more. 

Sayang her told her go sleep more i also – but I can’t – so many days logbook i haven’t upload. 

Didn’t touch food, no poo. 

10am+: no further poo. Her butt yellow from the stains. Checked eye ears not yellow.  Not jaundice yet. still waiting for u/s slot so didn’t syringe feed her. Remove all kibble. Water bowl avail. Not serving food. Subcut w b12 l, bupre, ondansetron. Given Sam e and bromhexine. 

Alr 11.42am: still waiting for u/s slot 

1pm+: confirm no slot, Sigh 

2pm: syringe fed her 18ml ad. 

I cancel mpjg u/s slot. see how 

Pee a lot – diluted. 

8pm; alive. now she keep sleeping in the big deck, hopefully that is a better sign aka responding more to doxy. But doxy is oral sigh. 

9pm+: we sayang more. Ha no wonder the o2 machine keep off when i check, cos this girl go n rub the timer to change to 1h … 1h 30 mins. 

Serve wellness tiny smooth pate. 

syringe fed her 20ml ad. 

Given Subcut n all jabs. 

Nights out, told her alley they all need to eat. 

8am: checked: whole room dirty. Stain w poo. Her poo v little whole bin n room n her jong leg n butt dirty. Clav can cause this. 

Clean her leg n butt. 

Given Subcut and bupre and ondansetron. 

4pm+: given bupre n syringe fed 18ml ad

10pm: given the rest n syringe fed 22ml ad. 

Serve food as usual cos Tmr aiming for 3pm u/s. Started doxy 

7.20am: can’t sleep, go check on sweeties see she alive ok or not b4 I go back sleep again. 

She is not ok. There is a little poo in bin 1.5/10, she step all over the room, she is not normal. Still scary. More scary. Even seem weaker. Soft poo not a concern cos might be cos of Clav. Food no need to mention of cos didn’t eat. pace here n there, almost didn’t even notice me. She is lost le. Something more is wrong. I got to do a consult w dr d le for more opinions. Explain to her my feel n etc from sun to today. sent her the 3 X-rays and 4 bloods. 

Replies: ““Start buprenorfine for sure, Maropitant, b12, send off for spec fpl” – told dr I don’t have Cerenia yet, and they didn’t draw enough blood for spec. I’ll bring sweeties in today to draw more for the spec add on. 

“But I don’t like her kidneys on X-ray, they look big but could be just projection. But they look big and round” – I think is not projection. Her kidneys really got something wrong. So u/s is a must alr. 

“She got very bad back also, so bupre for sure. Q6-8 hours, maybe just fentanyl otherwise” – so need to buy another bottle of bupre today. She needs a lot so give 4x a day. F patch is out cos will cause more behavioural issue. 

“You have pic of the snap?” – don’t have but noted the brighter the dots the more serious pancreatitis is. so always ask for the snap pic 

“Pancreatitis can be very bad eh, for sure Maropitant, maybe ondansetron also” – asked aw, if they don’t have, dr d will dispense for me. 

“But I would arrange abdo ultrasound to be sure pancreatitis and check kidney” 

“Renal Lymfoma doesn’t have to give high values, they got urine?” – she got small bladder so no, but I can bring her in today to do so. But u/s more impt than urine. 

“ Bad spondylosis also” – so in a lot of pain 

“Start with what we know, so treat pain and pancreatitis aggressively. 

“If not responding, then worry more. Pancreatitis can be very bad and scary, some cats can die from it. So it could for sure cause scary behaviour. If no response, have to think maybe toxoplasmosis, can also cause weird behavior and liver enzymes up and kidneys big. Tx clinda can start” 

I asked dr whether I’m correct to give Clav yesterdsy night when I feel she is sooo not right: “Clav is ok, but can give nausea”

The 2 kidneys that look so big balls “It looks both sides so then renal lymphoma” – Renal lymphoma appears to be a disease of the older cat. Cases usually present with reduced appetite and weight loss. Often an owner identifies a large intra-abdominal mass that is actually the enlarged left kidney. These cases invariably present with a degree of renal failure.

“Continue jab clav for now, but if behavior stays weird: start clinda. But really treat her pain also. Do not give mirta until pain meds properly started. No vomit?” – no vomit. Not at all. 

Did they hear any gut sounds? – she didn’t mention but she looks like she got the action on Sunday n mon. Tue like not much. 

But she feel a little a little better when she is in clinic oxygen. 

Painful abdo on palpation? – she didn’t mention

“just give oxygen lah, can only help. but it doesnt sound like a primary heart problem. definitely pain, if not just the spine” 

– up sweeties bupre to 0.3ml 3x. 

Given at 8.30am. 

“pancreatitis can be very very mean, if not feeling better, i would put on iv for iv ab and pain meds” – I got think of iv ab but iv means … a lot of factors to think. 

“the wbc look ok, but that doesnt mean anything. 40% of cats in shock can have normal wbc. i would give as i dont trust whats going on…. i dont like it when cats behave like that” 

“clinda is oral, which will cause even more nausea than clav inj, i would see how the anti nausea and pain meds are working” – so I just stick to Clav. and maybe doxy see whether dr Nally mention that later on

1015am: see dr nally. 4.92kg – gain 40g. ok. 

Temp 38.3, but she did feel warmer.

More movement so drawing blood harder n we need 3ml, dr draw more than that to play safe. 

taken from her right jacular for sure. use blue needle. She is a good girl makes things easier though she move. 

Taken in to scan a little more n to take urine analysis.

U/s still show the scary fluid ard the kidneys and there is issue w gall bladder also. As the GGT 7 but without confirming is it an obstruction cannot anyhow use. Give le obstruct will rupture. 

Will buy a vial of ondansetron fr clinic – twice a day. 1.2ml per time. So I buy 5 days worth. 

Light shine into her eyes. Pupils no reaction. Don’t know is it brain / nerve issue or not. But b12 given alr so not sure what else. 

• Ask about her neutro issue again – nothing to add on 
• Her bp – nothing to add on

1215pm: back In 猫房 hospital, skip felv room cos I only put priority on sweeties. Given Subcut and first dose of ondansetron – she sleep in box box deck. 

Her urine analysis nothing show up, smear etc no bacteria no crystals. Taken upcr: Sweeties’ UPCR – 0.63 (normal for non-azotaemia cat is 0.5), consider proteinuric. 

DDX: Kidney disease (kidney parameters normal but architecture abnormal) FIP, neoplasa, diet (excessive protein, usually concurretn high UREA)

Plan:

– await abdominal scan on Sunday

– continue clav injection 1x daily, bupre 2x daily, 100mls HM SCFT, lysine/bromhex, samilyn

– kiv ursofalk

1230pm: left house. didn’t get to syringe fed her, summary of my treatment plan for sweeties:

6.02am: given Sam e. Told her sleep I got to catch up some sleep also. She know I’m worry about her. She worried about herself too. 

11Am+: syringe feed her 20ml ad and serve food – didn’t eat on her own day 02. 

1pm+: Subcut her and given bupre n b12 Jab. She is still v unwell. V unwell. 

5pm: don’t touch food at all. She is very nauseous I’m quite sure I need Cerenia! Still not delivered yet 

10pm+: didn’t eat at all. Syringe fed her 22ml ad. Given Subcut and bupre. I feel she got something more than pain, more than nausea, I feel she will die tonight if I don’t add something more. 

11pm: given a Clav jab 0.26ml.

9.30am: sleeping on sb. Critical mode 9/10. I flying to clinic. Dr nally in only at 10am 

10am: I reach clinic but sweeties taken in to check the basics first cos dr nally w the other dog 

1020am: Scarlett update me that dr nally had done triage and put sweeties in o2

1030am: get to talk to dr nally, she play safe so put sweeties in o2. 

Told her the summary of: 

Sun: still eat, confirm got pee, Subcut w b12 b com 

Mon: eat a bit, confirm got pee, Subcut

Tue: didn’t eat, confirm got pee, looks scary cos she keep squeezing into tight space 

Eye better. But scary. I told clinic is emergency. 

Taken Cbc Chem 15 and lytes – HCT 37.5%, alt 142 improve from last time, k 4.1. Fiv felv negative. So basic bloodworks all still ok. GGT 7 due to reduce food intake 

Probnp they use up my stock – sigh end up 1136am Damien then come back w one Kit to test

Sdma taken – since nothing reflective on the crea bun. But her X-rays kidney is the one that’s enlarged and abnormal. 

To continue Subcut. can give Cerenia nose drop. Can try nubulizing if she is ok w it. 

there is fluid ard her kidney, and the enlarged kidney is pressing onto her intestines, so that may cause some discomfort and issue w her pooing. But dr nally think she can poo on her own la.just that maybe pain she didn’t even want to try to poo. 

No free fluid in her lung. 

her lung and chest still look quite clear, but can hear mutter sound. 

Flu potential flu also pending, may use doxy. See first, waiting for pro bnp n fpli results to make decision 

Sum up: To continue Subcut and 0.24ml bupre. 

4.88kg today – lose 170g again. 

I also mention that maybe sweeties allergy? Need anti histamine (her eye, ard redness) but dr nally dismiss it. 

1230pm: Back to 猫房 hospital. On o2 for her. She looks better so I assume o2 did help her in clinic. 

Subcut her n given bupre. sacc. Lysine, bromxeine. Given Cerenia nose drop also – she ok w it. she is responsive to me. V hot, sunny so she hide under the cat condo – looks normal n smart. Serve sparkles chicken w salmon, w the ff still ard. Still a Sanyo pink oldie – she didn’t eat any. I think I can conclude her as pancreatitis. 

But probnp, fpli and sdma results not back yet.

130pm: results received: probnp normal. Pancreatitis abnormal. Request for quantative test. 

2.37pm: “Hello Cat, unfortunately not enough serum (need 1ml means I would have to draw extra 3mls blood just for tt) for spec fpli.

Yes 100mls SCFT, bupre 2x daily, maropitant 1x daily, as for antibiotics hold off 1st, continue bromhexine for flu” – so can’t confirm how serious her pancreatitis is. I’ll see how. Later I’ll syringe feed her 

2.56pm: sdma 18 – mild elevated. So take sdma is correct, crea and bun don’t show. Have to Subcut daily le 

3.27pm: “Btw, if Sweeties’ nasal discharge worsens, pls start oral doxy (helps with liver/pancreas as well)” 

4pm++: visit her and she happy come sayang. Didn’t touch food at all today – day 01. 

Got poo another 6 x 1-2cm PCs, 5/10. 

So just pancreatitis. Hopefully my Cerenia come soon 

5.50pm: she didn’t eat at all. I syringe fed her 12ml ad. Not willing to swallow much. need Cerenia soon. so far no vomit 

8pm+: scary. Let her roam. While I pack one more box of Xmas party stuff. Syringe fed her another 12ml ad. No vomit no poo. didn’t eat. 

Given bupre and b12 jab. 

9pm: lights out. 

10pm+: at door, say good night to her. Still on worrying mode. But Jack looks more worrying 

7.40am: overnight the chicken maybe touch 10-15%? 

Got more pee. So pee confirm no issue. So is it really constipation? I got lots of microlax siak. 

She eat kibble and her face/ eye still sian sian. I know she is close to me. Will stick to me. But I open tuna w white fish she is still the greedy one. But she eat one mouth n she come want pat, eat one mouth n come head butt me, she is uncomfortable somewhere la. The stomach for sure, Duno is something inside, organs swell? Or constipated? Anemic I don’t think so. Gum still look ok pink. 

8.20am: she had finished 50% of food. Got problem. She can easily finish all. Between Subcut and microlax, I think I should Subcut her later again. If really constipated, Subcut helps also

11.21am got one piece of 2.5cm poo, 5.25/10. Colour ok. Not scare of internal bleeding or what. Yesterday night she is warm but today ok. Subcut her, given Sam e and lysine. Yesterday start lysine as well. 

1220pm: poo a lot, got scale 4/10 also got 0.5/10. Maybe is constipation, so Subcut Liao she can poo. She still go bin frequent.

4pm+: still sleeping but when I give her a can of fin chicken w beef, didn’t eat. Look sian n weak. O2 is on. She really seem to have respiratory issue – is it cat Covid? She got it from fei? N Jack also got ? Cos Jack seem the same weakness. X-ray sure must the rest not sure. 

8pm+: she didn’t eat the chicken. 

She did eat indoor. Minimum 

Serve fin tuna w pumpkin, she eat maybe 5%. Sayang her Tmr we go check up le. 

Morning; found out she is missing when I’m going to feed her Sam e. 

she is in the tv sb – which is fine. But she got some respiratory issue? I almost feel that she will stop breathing suddenly cos like lung jam like that. But cannot give flu med, Tmr must go vet, but today n Tmr no vet. Sigh only can walk in on Tue. Don’t think is bladder block or heart issue, no noticeable RR issue, so I give nutriplus gel and Subcut w b12 b com to supp her first to tong till Tue. Still worried about her. My lap cat become so quiet. I bring her back fo 4G hospitalise so I can monitor her more. 

Serve water kibble and a can of chicken. she got walk a bit ard 4G. So hopefully not that serious/ scary. (12.40pm) – later see how again

135pm: she clear 80% of food. So worry reduce. She is sleeping in the big cat box, I sayang her she got respond. Got jump out. Maybe the fluid n vitamins she feel better

1049am: ha I waited for 1.5h plus no one poo for me yet for testing. She pee a lot, looks fine. concentrated. 

1115am: vomited out 2 big chunks of food. Sayang her told her that’s why not ah mao don’t let her eat. Always eat so fast n so much.

Draw blood from neck she move, waste one poke. Draw blood from front right, only took 0.1ml, her bp seem low leh. why blood flow so bad. dr wanna draw 0.3ml blood only, then from front left, I told her no, in case of any emergency keep her other front leg untouched, so draw from hind right, vein look great but really her blood flow is not good leh. 

No heart mur mur. Lung and heart sound clear. 

5.58kg, gain 60g fr last yr. 

Alt improve from 436 to 414, but still high one. Should be a chronic thingy, just continue Sam e and deworm today. That’s all let her be happy. Dr wanna see her aug sept oct full blood work for old cat review la. But I think oct half yr later can la.

11pm: today got poke thrice for the Marbo Jab cos she jump off. Sena got scolded for once also cos she go stand in front of sweeties. And long time didn’t find vomit on floor le, location wise I think is sweeties leh. Once a day urofalk can’t? I even hope to stop it for her. targeting to review on Monday w dr brandon but schedule not suitable. 

Day 01 Joanna come feed them In the morning, so from now onwards all Tues Thurs sat other than off day, Fri and sweeties will have urosofalk SID. only days I go morning round they will have BID. But I hope they can stop it soon. Need to check GGT again but 17.10 appt cancel – Dr d won’t be back soon so I think first. Marbo continue but I think I’ll stop soon cos no pt give till review date cos dr d cancelled 17 oct review. Give till 10 oct 14 days full ab will do. Think she got to review at aw cos of GGT, n the ab.

Day; today I use blue needle, jab direct she ok leh. sayang her. 

Morning: V Basic round and I bring Manja, sweeties and fei to vet. Both sweeties and fei got eat. Sweeties pee quite a lot. Col yellow ok.

Sweeties – GGT and alt didn’t improve. Almost the same. so suspect toxo and other issue. So also ultrasound in the plan list, but today give Marbo in case she got some bacteria in her liver. Marbo 0.97ml (I commented too high) so she told me minimum 0.76ml. I got to Subcut her to give Marbo cos it’s too big amount.
