I head butt him last time and he me pack their room for the last time and I Subcut don n I carry him do directly out of the house. Put all the flowers for him and he left 猫房 at ard 12.55pm. 

Make paw print album, company didn’t take video for me. And today they forgot to send me photo of his wrap up photo, not sure the one I receive after I ask is Xiami or not or which other cute baby.

Almost 1pm then get into felv room, tube fed him 80ml Kd. Today given darbepoetin 0.1ml 20ug, ie 4ug for his 2.53kg weight. That’s 1.5 times the usual dose. Started Marbo too. 2mg/kg. Clav still continue. He can still move but choose to stay on the sofa. I took off his t shirt. Let him rest. 

4.45pm; fr ip: his tail on blanket and he looks trapped under the tv condo box. Ha mmm go rescue him. 

6.59pm; he is back on sofa 

9.50pm: fr ip he flop his upper body on sofa 

10.28pm: fr ip: scary flat post. 

10.56pm: fr ip. Really scary like didn’t move le. Trace 11 videos 9.56pm video slightly diff le 

11.55pm: same position. Zoom in I think he is gone le. Last movement is really 9.56pm. 

12am+: he is gone. Body fight harden that much. Hope is fast. No discharge no vomit. Clean him up, remove nasal tube. Prepare his funeral. :,(

5.09am: he did try to lift his head up but Duno got fall back or not. V weak. Today going to take bloods, but if anemic- so? What else to add on? Alr on darbepoetin. 

5.19pm: flop position, hope he is sleeping. 

7.15am: fr ip: trace to 6am+ position almost same. Hopefully sleeping. I’m dead I’m v tired but I can’t sleep 

11am; given bupre. Got pee. no poo – but I found one piece 3cm 6.5/10 stuck in his butt, I help him take out. He is just too weak. No strength. later go back then i Subcut him n give Cerenia. Tube fed 40ml kd. Can feel that he feel nausea so I didn’t push. Later we back from seeing dr Brandon then I tube feed more.

Seen dr Brandon: weight 2.54kg, gain 220g might be due to food? 

HCT crush 14.2%, dr told me to up darbepoetin to 2ug per kg. I know is a risk but I think I do 1.5. Cos adding in Marbo. 2mg/kg. Crea improve (but i think is false lower due to loss of weight) bun phos higher so kidney aren’t improving and he become anemic. Correct to off iv. Liver still ok. K 5.1. 

1pm: back to 猫房. He move back to room and I give him a big bed. Tube fed 40ml. Tube not v smooth alr. Subcut 100ml and given Clav n Cerenia. tmr then start Marbo and I have to check his darbepoetin jab day. 

I left at 1.31pm. 

1.33pm: he crawl back to the white bin le. Sigh Tmr I got to wash and replace mat and pads for him. 

2:25pm: fr ip. He back to big bed 🙂

4.39pm: fr ip, alone. Resting 

5.47pm/ fr ip/ either resting or v straight. I scare trace to 5.35pm also same. Don w him. 5.30pm is still semi at cat tree 

9.47pm: fr ip: he is on the cat sofa. Trace 3 videos did change a little position. 

11.09pm: fr ip: sleeping position. Don’t think he ate. Tmr I can only fed him once. but I’ll try to do more – like half can. 

8.12am: fr ip, lying very flat face in. Trace 7.55am: position slightly diff. 7.40am: position slightly diff. 7.25am: face out but not well. Rethink: if I were to do something more aggressive, means he gonna remain on iv. Then start iv ab? But his wbc isn’t crushing. So Clav should be enough. 

Think he might really be end end stage felv, he alr survive so many rounds. Think will stick to Tmr plan, take out iv, let him go into the room, daring can sayang him. Nasal tube can remain so I can add on food med for him. 

Decision making: Tmr bloodwork see Cbc then decide. 

I scare he can’t wait till Tmr. but for now, alr on iv and med. I can’t think of what else to do. today need to down his drip rate to 6ml/h. 

8.26am: same position. I scare he already…. But I always believe that xh and rena 1.6kg also can save back, why can’t he? Maybe he needs liver med also? Tmr do full bloods and bp and elevate whole treatment plan again. 

9.27am: almost same position, did change a little. Hopefully sleeping, or it’s v v v weak le 

9.30am:mmm”V v weak. Can’t stand up” 

1010am: alive. Told him bupre given. Later I down drip rate to 6ml/h n we get ready Tmr take out iv and he and daring can sleep tgt. 

10.21am: serve food he whobble v weak but still eat – not much. 

Tube fed 40ml kd – the tube stuck le not smooth. I have to unclog it. gaba n all meds given. Feel his ear yellow le. 

11am+: tube fed another 38ml Kd. 

Did feel he might vomit.

Given Clav and fercosang. This Fri see how’s the bloodworks. Maybe he is anemic now le. But alr 2 jabs of darbepoetin. 

Give him a bone pillow to lie on. 

Apply gaba/appetite stimulate on ear half notch only.

9.55pm: fr ip: scary position. His butt like rub the plate, plate look like got touch. Trace back 9.40pm: diff position. I check jo photos shortly to see his progress – check; scary. Weak lying face. 

10.20pm: fr ip: he got the try to lift up and struggle look. I scare he can’t last tonight. But target is by Fri bring him back to daring. W nasal tube med n food can go in alr. Nothing else alr. Sigh.

Morning see him he got poo maybe total 5cm only. Thick poo but 7/10. 

Right eye discharge. Clean for him. Got

Pee. Today looks much weaker. Erm. Didn’t eat much n now can’t tube feed. Erm. should I go in to put a tube Tmr? I think I might after the marathon trips. Or wed. Then Fri I go take off iv cath. Let the nasal tube stay in n daring can continue take care of Xiami. 

he know I’m major cleaning for 4hours plus. Just weak. v v thin.

Send him back and give all meds thru the tube including gaba. N tube fed 40ml of aixia orange. Tmr need to blend new tub of Kd. 

Change dripbag to new bag without any add on.  

She says he is 2.33kg only today. – drop 190g in 10days. Mention this might be the end stage of his felv, or ? 

7.17pm: check ip: sleeping, didn’t eat. Iv rate remain 8ml/h. This bag till end sun 11pm 

10am: jo video: Xiami eating and I think the nasal tube is out.

1pm+: oral meds, didn’t look as bad but of cos he understands his tube is off. Wipe his face and eye, look alert. Eat ff loh. change nacl to the lower na one, cos I open that day alr. So this bag is w/o kcl. 8ml/h. This bag will last till Tue 9.15pm, so morning I got to change bag le. 

7.50am: Xiami looks tired. Got meow at me. Got eat when i serve chicken gravy w tuna w prawn. Eat a bit. Look tired. Iv continue at 8ml/h, this bag will end sun 8.06pm. Got go drink water on his own. Got pee. No poo 

Sayang him while I tube feed. Looks sad. Tube fed 46ml Kd. 

Given darbepoetin today also. 

Morning: face look skeleton. Didn’t get to weigh these days. 

Serve food – he got eat a bit.

10.09am: mmm”I gave xiami half can n balance 1.5 cans inside. Not enough kibbles so can food. I checked in n both Kerry n Don ran to the door. Then xiami meowed at me. So I gave. Hehehe soft hearted.” 

3.11pm: otw to vet. Tearing fr right eye. I carry him to head butt daring a bit n go into carrier just now. In cage for 2×2.5cm poo look form and nice 5/10. I sayang him thru the netting. 

Next round will take Cbc. Today renal profile, of cos not good but kidneys n phos got improve cos of iv. K start to 5+, i alr down to 0.5:1 alr loh, so next bag most prob stop kcl. 

Change iv cath though it’s fine, I reject changing nasal tube. Tmr I need to give him darbepoetin I think I can’t make it too rush depends. 

Put him in his room for a while only, he go to plate to eat a little then he back to hospi cage to rest. given a bupre iv. 

12.27am: not in so comfy resting. 

9.04am: same position. Did have food intake on his own, but generally in that same position. Hopefully is just the soft cloth nice to sleep on. 

10.00am: got pee the cloth also wet I throw away also. 

Tube fed 40ml kd and meds given.

7.46am: fr ip, position scary facing cage. Duno why I feel the neck got issue. Today I need to change bandage for him. Trace back; 7.18am: exact same position. So scarier. I got to go soon, but I’m very tired

I went in and he meow at me. Got pee no poo. No further vomit. Tube fed 40ml Kd. He tried eating a little. Iv drip remain 8ml/h.

Just now afternoon manage to change his appt to Fri 3.30pm. 

3.26am: mmm:”Machine peeped. She got tangled. I turn off machine” – means Xiami is off iv for 4.5h, I’ll reach ard 8.00am. I’ll give 10ml/h till I need to leave at 9Am. New drip bag will be at 8ml/h last till sun 2pm. 

8am: he did vomit out, lucky no damage to tube or no choke. got poo more 7cm+ poo 7/10. drip rate continue at 10ml/h. bupre given. Tube fed 22ml of Kd. serve food – he eat on his own also. Good boy. 

8.30am++: change new bag to 8ml/h. given a CORRECT Cerenia jab. (I mess up, too tired I prepare a Cerenia jab that’s same as bupre, and now I don’t know which is which, n maybe both r bupre) sigh. I’m dead. So tonight I’ll give one of them, so either one won’t be big deal. tmr I’ll give either one again. Can’t waste the med leh. Or should I? Decided to the med) will redraw. 

Tube fed another 30ml Kd. 

4.47pm: fr ip he did eat. He is sleeping. 

6.58pm: fr ip resting w eye open, but he get up to turn one turn. Worry that it will cause entangle again. 

8-9pm: the position he is in is scary, but trace back got move 

Night:mmm”Eating quite fast” 

I enter he look at me and I give bupre.

1215am: fr ip, sleeping position scary. 

Trace ip position didn’t change fr last video. Did change fr last 2nd one.

11.15am: looks weak and not as responsive. 

Given bupre. today super rush, I need to rush off to hospital so manage to feed one full round. 

Given 53ml of Kd thick one. Almost half can. 

W oral meds. Skip fercosang etc. given Cerenia. 

Down iv rate to 7ml/h that’s alr 168ml per day. 

One piece of 2cm poo 4.5/10. 

Sat/sun I forgot who got a 3cm poo also. 

So far poo is minimum. No diarhhoea. No vomit.

I didn’t down his iv rate to 7ml/h overnight. Today have to down. first night can boost. I’m more worried about the tube. 

9.17am: fr ip: still sleeping. Good. Later I’ll slot in food for him then jab a bupre then I go do the preparation of his tube feeding n feed the rest first. 

9.59am: Xiami happy to see me! 

The nasal tube position still looks quite ok. 

Serve breakfast he eat 🙂

Given bupre. Told him I later heat up food then come in tube feed him again. 

10.39am: Iv going well, at 217 now. This bag will last at least till tues 8.57pm. so tues night I need to change bag.  

I wanna to try push the nasal tube in, end up he sneeze even more come out. Don’t try to do anymore. 

Tube fed him 34ml Kd. 

Later I give again when im about to leave. 

11.45am: Subcut him w 0.45% nacl w fercosang b12 bcos he didn’t struggle at all. Weird. All on Peepad. So nothing given. Nvm Tmr then give then. 

Given darbepoetin and clav jab he both jump. 

Tube fed 12ml Kd and meds including gaba. 

1.20pm: tube fed 33ml Kd. Later evening I’ll go back feed him one more round and give bupre. 

1.53pm: fr ip: he didn’t look that well. I hope he will find a comfy position and rest soon. 

5.01pm: he is lying down, I’m a little scare. Trace the previous video, diff position, so safe 

5.20pm: I’m back, given him bupre. Think w extra gaba he looks a little zoom. Tmr see how. Serve tuna w smoked fish didn’t eat. Tube fed him 49ml Kd. 

9.38pm: fr ip: sleeping 

Iv rate remain 10ml/h, Tmr I think change to 7ml/h thru out see how. Estimate my small tub of Kd = 150ml of food. tmr I need to blend new one w phos, n portion 3/5 for Tmr. 

10.40am: see dr Nally. Didn’t Microchipped cos she don’t think he can last till sept licensing. The skin is no issue to m/c. I’m ok w not m/c not bcos I don’t believe in Xiami. I believe he can make it, I just think since I need to bring him see dr d for the Ster cert, maybe jus m/c at ps loh. 

to take Cbc renal profile. 

His HCT drop 2% to 27.2%, she think no harm to start him on darbepoetin. 0.0625ml. I’ll give maybe Tmr. 

He got heart mur mur grade 2 but she thinks may not be heart issue but just his high bp. Not taking bp cos change his med anymore. 

Didn’t take UPCR cos can’t start semintra. 

Put in a nasal tube which I did tell Xiami, put in those disgusting med so no need touch his mouth. And he eat n I can feed him more so he can fatten up and play w daring. Later go back can only give Xiami oldie 

Crea stage 3-4, phos also high. Kidney hopefully iv can help. 10ml/h day, night 7ml/h. 

he cough like twice in the clinic, dr nally sure the tube in right place. On cab I still hear the cough, this is worrying. 

Daring sayang him let him lie on etc. go back i have to set up the iv cage for him. Till 20.7 I got cat coming in, these 2 weeks he can safely do fluid treatment. 

2.62kg – lose 60g in 2 days. 

1pm+: we back in 猫房. Just now in cab his cough sound is scary. I scare he choke to death. nasal tube I might take out earlier on next visit see how.

Dr n: “SNAP fPLi – still abnormal. Continue maropitant. Xiami’s xrays just now for nasogastric tube feeding. Just want to point out that the abdomen details are not great also – can see some gas pockets mid-abdomen, this can either be very serious medical issue or just due to him being super emaciated and hence loss of organ details… Of course I will recommend ultrasound but it may not be very helpful in terms of our treatment plan anyway…” – I’ll add on darbepoetin, Cerenia and b12 b com fercosang for him Tmr. today I’ll on Cerenia and gaba. 

5pm: given Cerenia. 

Serve renal pouch keen but didn’t eat.

Xiami 5.7.24 Fri 

Morning: Got eat. I serve w blue ff. Got vomit on floor I suspect is him or daring. 

Re all the bupre shortage, dr d:”opiates are not meant for long term pain meds eh, they wont work if used long term. gabapentin, sc ketamin low dose, cartrophen for the joints, low dose meloxi (in the current research there is zero contra indication for meloxi, as long as the cat is hydrated. even kidney failure wasnt a contra indication)” 

Will tell dr Nally to elevate the type of painkiller for Xiami Tmr 

Morning:bupre no stock. have to rethink n cut some cats pain management. Xiami can’t cut. He is getting even more bonier. I need him to see vet soon. Don’t bother about the Clav on off rule le. I checked w clinic weather can change to this Friday. Fixed: going on sat. I Duno he can microchipped or not for such skin n bone.

Night: still got eat w daring. Fighter. Just think I need to add something else for him. Duno retake fpli got use or not. 

Going to reanalysis his Clav, I think i bringing him for check soon. The earlier date dr nally can’t so stick to 19.7 appt 

9.30am: he didn’t come over for food. Daring still sayang him a lot. 

Xiami 1.7.24 Mon 

Morning: daily standard. Will Subcut him near 100ml in the day, be it I can make it for the night Subcut or not. 

He got eat. But still is horribly thin. Daring still sayang him lots. 

Night: his right paw n leg is swell, quite sure is the fluid didn’t absorb well yet. N I stupid enough still Subcut him. But I given bupre also. Let him have twice a day. 

10am+: didn’t come over for food. Keep laying on thick mat.  At least not in bin. Body will be clean and fresh. 

Night; mmm”Chase me then went to bin” – Duno what she mean 

Night; mmm”Excited, lick n walk away” 

9Am+: come for food but walk away after I serve it. Not pleased w the food. 

10am+: did come out to eat. But of cos food intake is not a lot if not how to lose so much weight 

1pm+: when Subcut know alr, no much meat for me to poke le. Erm. 

7/8am: when I’m in, he didn’t even know. Or he too sleepy. Didn’t see him eat. N he definitely feel weaker. what else to do? Let him happy. Daring still sayang him as much. 

Night: change first bag of klc fluid. Wa fluid rate so low, first bag use so long 

9Am+: got come to door to eat, but didn’t eat much. Erm. The ear gel continue 

Night: I’m back to feed them. Didn’t eat much. Have to apply the gel again. Erm skin getting harder to poke cos he getting thinner. 

What else can I give? More bupre? 

2.76kg tonight. Lose 140g in 8 days 

930am+; got come to door wait for breakfast. Got eat then go back rest

7pm+: worried about them, go back open door first is saw snowy and Xiami looking at me so cute. Xiami got eat. 

10.05am: he did come to door to wait for food but I think didn’t eat much, maybe cos I serve i/d he didn’t really like that one much la.

Place a thin mat for him n he really seem to like thinner mat more.

But Clav will continue cos of his mouth too. 

7pm: asked dr d about how many days should I put Xiami on Clav: “Xia mi: if improved, 6-8 wks for bacterial endocarditis” – so his for 2 months till 16.8. 

7.15pm; fr ip: Xiami went to snack kibble. Erm but still got wet food leh  

8pm+: i do night round, i feed, he got eat but not much n sit on mat (40% w pee, i got to buy more stock) 

Apply the appetite stimulate again

I brush his fur – look neat. Subcut again. Told him Tmr 3 days can only once Subcut le. 

5.50am: check ip can’t see him, not sure is he in tunnel or the one in bin, one eye open scary cos the white light beside the cam is too bright. Should be the one in tunnel. 

7.30am: fr ip I saw don walk to Xiami in the bin, not a good sigh. Same scene when he walk to alley body also. I got to be mentally prepared le.  

But I trace back 6.14am: he got up to eat! 

So hopefully he is just weak and resting and don don go sayang him only 

7.49am: he got up! today I arrange major cleaning day. 

830am: he is alive and I serve food and he came out w daring to eat !!!! 🙂 

1016am: but he is still in bin, later I find something nice for him to rest on 

12pm: Subcut him w kcl added alr. He angry when Cerenia go in. No choice. Subcut v little. give him a nice new mat to lie on he like but daring come bang into his tummy he angry. Then I think he wanna go back to his litterbin again. I serve i/d he like. Then Tmr I can serve i/d to his room le.

7/8pm: I’m back and he saw me be happy come out to wait for Food, even want to eat kibble while waiting. Told him i finish everything then go in feed. Cos wanna let him eat Fancy Feast. He is eating ok. 🙂

Cbc: dr d says he is dehydrated but 29%, so she think he is at 23-24. But alr Subcut daily. To change to twice a day x 60ml. 

chem15: phos still high, crea 459 sdma? I thought done? But don’t remember seeing it. kidney bad, benazapril can make it bad. The fact he hate it so much, i can try stop benazaparil a while. See how. 

Lytes: potassium 3.5, Tmr can add in k into his fluid bag to supplement him.

So for now: pancreatitis treatment, Subcut w kcl twice x 60ml, b12, bupre, Cerenia. 

His urine n bloods; no where show bacteria but his mouth is bad enough to give Clav to help: “So if he really didn’t have a murmur before, this could be bacterial endocarditis from the dental. Another reason to start Amox clav” 

I asked about darbepoetin-“Side effect is further hypertension” and his bp is 156, so I shall kiv first 

6.00pm: i rush back without my purse I’m dead super dead. Anyway I Subcut him again v little and given him a Clav jab and apple appetite stimulate for him (dr d emphasise I need him to have food)

Morning: I Subcut her and given oral meds. Poke 4 times today. Tmr I not giving bupre anymore see first. He is v skinny n yet the fluid after Subcut go to tummy area v weird, majiang he got fip bloated tummy like that. Got eat got drink water. His eye is not good, given both halid and terramycin.

That can cause irritation n affect the nose that’s why sianz. His eye last time always red this round ok leh, a little of third eye lid only. 3.15kg – gain 130g in 2 days. 

he didn’t mention anything about lung, size of liver n kidney. he bring Xiami to the back of clinic to draw blood for Cbc. He mention he looks a little pale. I scare off all the cats in felv room having anemia. Sigh. At the back i can’t tell him draw extra blood take fpli. I won’t want to poke him again. And also he needs to start any ab? (He is not a fan of Marbo. His thought is kidney vs Marbo no no, opposite fr what I know that kidney Marbo come tgt) Need take urine? – he says no need. Mention bp but he told me next check then take. I ask him can stop the other meds?all no – amp and bena all important. I’ll recount the dose for today onwards, benazapril will be 0.63ml. 

Subcut Xiami and given meds and added: halid eyedrop. the alcohol on his neck is horrible. The smell make him even more unwell.

Xiami is pancreatitis positive again (as expected actually) but I want to send out his results for quantitative results. 

Cbc out: HCT 32.5%, so good la. Not anemic 

Lytes out: Potassium ok also. 

Urine analysis; sg 1.012 same, but protein is 500 from 100. So UPCR 4.68, up from 2, but he can’t take semintra so have to replan benazapril dosage. 

0.5mg/kg twice benaapril – 1.73mg x twice or 3.46mg x once

Just a status update I had been clearing

Non stop the floor full of non smelly pee, so high chance is xiami’s- means his pee v diluted. Sigh. Why he keep finding new spots? This round right at the bin, below the bin, so it’s so difficult to clean the area. Have to put new Peepads ard the area for him. sigh.  

Day: celebrate his bday. He finish one ciao cup  and me and daring sayang him 🙂

10am: shifted them to Totoro room for holding till air is better. We repainting room today (lousy job done)

Noon: he vomitted out after Subcut n med. Erm. But his fur and body frame looks good. 4.72kg – gain 270g in 20 days

Daring and Xiami extreme loving 

Xiami 1.8.23 Tues 

430pm: start grooming. Just now major cleaning he still pee on pad and he is hungry will look for food. Recently he will eat earthmade kibble Duno is it cos of mackeral? 

Bath and change water twice, water is black. Tail yellowish and scrub for a while cos today very rush le. 

Same pee on floor. still fight w me over oral med. lucky he is left hander, I’m right handed, ha so he can’t stop me in time. 

555pm: everyone hungry siak. Serve extra blue black can. think they love aircon except kerry who hide. Kerry scare of cold 

10pm: still pee on floor, I start to put used paper plates there at least the floor won’t be too wet and dirty. 

Xiami 27.7.23 Thurs 

10am: pee a lot. On the plates. 

Xiami 28.7.23 Fri 

Day: pee a lot a lot. Told him i injured, today skip Subcut. 

Night: still pee on floor, but lucky when I’m back n I put paper plate at his butt. Poo (5.5/10) he go to bin to do it. Sigh. 

Xiami 30.7.23 sun 

8am: floor is disaster the smell sure bad, he keep peeing on floor no matter what. Now he pee at the spot I always serve food sigh. 

825am: put 2 PCs of unicharm pads there instead of paper plates. He demo go pee again. This will be good cos the floor will be clean. 

10pm: Peepad alr soak, he pee lots of times. Lucky to stick to this plan then. waste 2 pieces of unicharm per day better than floor all pee. 

8am+: still pee on floor. Sayang him n the rest n pack room, told them I going out for long cos the kids at 5G having grooming today 

1010pm: pee on floor again. I still sayang him. Subcut him. Going to do it alternate day. Still finding why he not happy 

Morning: peeing issue persist. Still eating well. Or is it pancreatitis? Can’t be. Eating well. What’s the issue then? Keep sitting on the exercise wheel only. Eat will walk out moo moo. Miss jumbo? Gaba for anxiety alr, Clav for potential UTI ALR.  arthritis I’ll rule out cos he obviously go to bin to poo but not pee. So what’s the issue?

Night: pee very diluted. Go n pee on floor again. I scold him a lot. But still hug and sayang him told him don’t do it again. Poo a 4cm piece 5/10. 

Xiami 23.7.24 sun 

Pee issue is bad. 

Daring still sayang him lots. Give Subcut, given bupre also. 

Xiami 24.7.23 Mon 

8am: poo 5/10, pee n poo on floor. Bad to worsen to horrible.whole place stink I can only leave it till I back from 5G. clean till i fed up. not major cleaning day n yet I have to do so much. Really beat him and scold him like mad le, we fight. We fight cos he fight back n cause me even madder. told him he got no rights to be angry at all. I bring back a wide unicharm bin for him so this room got 3 big bins le. He get scolding while I pack here n there n food on floor he continue to eat. 

Night: come back and so far so good. Is it cos I give med at night? Maybe Tmr onwards I do it in the day. Serve tuna w kakato chicken – he eat. 

Night: 4.45kg – gain 170g in 11 weeks 

Given first Clav jab. 

Xiami 20.7.23 Thurs 

Still pee all over. Erm. 

Night: extreme lots of pee till I got to use Peepad to wipe. Sigh. 

I cut his phos to 1.5ml, 50mg. given tuna w salmon w ciao 233 – he got eat. 

Noon: still pee on floor. I throw the small bin in their room away. Major cleaning day, 60% wallpaper tear down. Sigh didn’t scrub much cos need to rush fei to vet. Hope Xiami don’t anyhow pee again. given Subcut and niramine (yeah I want slap myself I gave wrongly to him instead of Kerry) and bupre and b12 b com jab.  N all the oral meds. 

4pm: he seem fine, serve tiny taster as snack 

Night; serve tuna w chicken n prawn – not eating. tiny taster snack no one like. Scary. Lucky when i serve tuna w white fish he eat 

Xiami 19.7.23 Thurs 

Morning: still pee on floor. Quite a lot of pee. I’m considering whether or not to give Xiami a Clav jab

Start to venture out of room a and sit on wheel. Still pee on floor. Sigh. 

Xiami 11.7.23 Tues 

Night: will moo moo me. Ha.  

Xiami 12.7.23 wed 

Still eating well. Still peeing on floor. Sigh Duno what else to do. Mouth v smelly. Can’t be reason to anyhow pee on floor. Body dehydrated. Subcut is alr min 5-6 times per week.  

Day: looks ok but little emo, staying in room a generally. Didn’t pee on floor. Room a is clean generally. I sayang him n daring come in to sayang him as well. told him later snack round we eat tuna goji berry. 

3pm: teabreak b4 I go to work, everyone eat except daring – tuna goji berry – Xiami even moo moooo.

Night: got 3 batches of vomit of kibble and goji stained w redness which scare me I thought who vomit blood. Can’t confirm is who. I guess alley/ Xiami. Don’t dare to buy this for them anymore. Tmr try the chicken w goji berry see how  

Xiami 7.7.23 Fri 

Morning: no pee on floor but he is sitting on the  cycle wheel I saw cycle wheel is wet. Sigh. :,(

Got eat. 

Daring sayang Xiami a lot loh. Duno what else. Xiami want. Confirm got to scold him for anyhow pee. He went to bin in room

A to poo, 5/10 then go back to wheel to sit and both le n daring sayang him again

Today pee on floor a few times. End up night still q him in room A. I’m rethinking of their vet visit. Frequent also useless. I decide to skip Don n alley. 

Morning: door is opened but he is Guai. He didn’t come out to anyhow pee. food cleared and he will greet me and eat breakfast. 

1250pm: got eat. He choose to stay in room A. Good la he feel comfy there let him be bah 

Night: started him on amlopidine, I skip phos binder tonight.

Today given Subcut, b12 b com jab, bupre and oral meds. Informed him that dr still want to add on a medi but I’ll help him cut something else . Whole day got eat, also got eat snack ciao cup

Morning: in room b didn’t pee on floor. Open up door. serve tuna w salmon n RC instinctive pouch – he got eat some. Before I go out, he is in the tv box in room a, told him guai2 he look at me

First day I let him q thru out in room a. Didn’t pee on floor. eat all food. eating well. Erm … then why the wall floor at the walkway??! Sigh. I’m revamping the room, going to throw jumbo fav ratten table

10am: sleeping. A little delay and moo when I call his name. No pee on floor. So is a choice but Duno that choice sigh. he isn’t sleeping on ratten chair. Ratten chair to him is a Subcut chair now. sigh. serve food – tuna w white fish, w RC renal pouch w RC urinary pouch. Wa he hate the smell or what Duno which one but def cos of the pouch, I open another fresh can of tuna w white fish on top of the food and he eat. just now scare me when he stand n don’t touch food at all. 

Poo 4.75/10, quite dark 

12pm; good didn’t touch much, alley, daring kerry all sit outside his room, think they r worried about him. I open door n let them in. He did pee in his bin, looks weak but last blood nothing much, sigh. need ab? I think again. Open the door, I got a feeling tonight I come back the floor will be ruined. 

He did go back to the plate to eat a little again. Got drink water too. 

319pm: fr Ip : he did eat and go back and sleep 

Night: eating ok. Subcut him n told him medi will have some changes. Told him Guai n I can’t keep spending money to major cleaning. 

Xiami 29.6.23 Thurs 

Morning: pee all over the floor. Clean up the room. F10 o/d mop multiple times and also santidise. 

620pm: give them sparkles snack, Sigh he pee on floor again 

Night: given him cat chicken w papaya n tuna w chicken – got eat as usual. Pee all over the floor again. 

Xiami 30.6.23 Fri 

Morning: pee a lot all over the floor. Still b enthu about food. sigh the floor

Taper benazepril to 0.5mg/kg, add on amlodipine 0.625mg PO SID, continue bupre/SCFT, incr gaba to 50mg SID.

Stop marbo if havent.” – i don’t hAve amlopidine, so didn’t start the new treatment plan yet. Xiami isn’t on Marbo at all so dr n mixed up cats again. Gaba up 50mg no use still keep peeing on floor.  

Night: Really pee a lot on floor. Sigh. Let him stay room B. Serve tuna w chicken and ciao cup. this morning he did go bin poo 5/10. Only pee keep on floor.

12am: 4.28kg – lose 130g in 25 days. Quarantine him in room b, he just pee on floor when I come back. Sigh. serve RC instinctive and tuna w white fish, got eat. Subcut him w b12 b com and bupre. Going review Tmr, I haven’t decide what to do Tmr 

Xiami 27.6.23 Tues 

1030am: stay in room b didn’t anyhow pee on floor. food 70% cleared. 

4.54kg – w Subcut. taken crea bun phos and UA. Bp maintain ok, still got to continue benazapril. Skip fpl cos he eating well. A bit ??! Anyway see result first. 

His teeth are bad, Erm v black leh? Crea bun all up, kidney worsen. Phos also worsen. Sigh. Urine sg 1.010, no bacteria. But no bacteria seen. But there is a common crystal in both Don n Xiami. Review in 1 month, then I’ll decide whether he needs to be on iv again. 

11pm: didn’t pee on floor, I let him roam. Told him to be good boy. His only change in treatment is more fluid (aka iv) and gaba up to 50mg. Tmr then up for him. 

bcos Don needs, since suspect UTI, I serve sparkles tuna crab w RC vet urinary pouch –  Xiami eat the sparkles 

850am: Xiami good boy didn’t pee on floor. Cos of the 2nd bupre jab? Cos of fei n tao out of the room alr? sayang them direct today. All 5 come sayang tgt. Then I clear poo, wash bowls then serve food. Got eat. Daring sayang him also. 

Weaker? Sick? But confirm still eating ok

have to keep reminding him he is a cat who got human love, cat love. like a old baby.

930am: still pee all over the floor, I alr spend a lot these 2 weeks doing major cleaning. Today again.

Xiami 22.6.23 Thurs 

Morning: still pee all over. Still decide to skip today’s vet appt. told him that alr. 

Subcut him, Told him we need to be smart, his only Subcut so must make sure more fluid is in. Sigh end up he make the needle drop off. Subcut Duno got 100ml or not. 

This week I think he vomit 2 times, still got eat. But I got a feel that his pancreatitis flare up again. But not that serious type. I’ll think first. 

930am: day 3/4 sigh anyhow pee on floor again. Eating ok. 

Fly back 猫房 and I’m sure they all know I’m extremely late for my class Liao. Fly in out of room. Totally can’t even care about the rest. The rest got no snacks no teabreak nothing. 

Xiami mess I can’t even clean up. Horrible place now. Tonight then I Subcut him n etc.

430pm; he should know I’m angry Liao. I didn’t even bother to scold him. He pee again on the floor after I had cleaned up just now. Side note. Means he must go vet. But let me think what he needs to be tested  

Ha just a comment from Alex, when he praise fei fei for his iv cath, He says fei is a very good boy, not like Xiami. Ha

1150am I finally wanna take a break and he pee at the door. Scruff him to the bin and he walk out to the wall area to continue peeing. Confirm get beating and scolding from me, told him wanna tell me not well is ok, I alr know n still deliberately dirty the place is 2 diff thing. Somehow he will grumpy but he never really get angry w me. Subcut him and given meds. His appetite is ok, told him I only left mins to rest a while n got to feed them again n go to work. I’m not cancelling night class again. 

1pm: ha late for work, haven’t eat im too tired. Lucky yesterday clear the backlog alr.

Daring super sayang him and squeeze w him on the exercise wheel. Xiami finish 90% of his plate. 

509pm: fr Ip: eating 🙂 

7am: worried for tao so I’m up really early. Daring got bitten by alley and he turn angry and even fierce to Xiami. Sigh. Now exercise wheel become his resting point, no one can exercise loh. 

serve fin tuna w shirasu and chicken w shrimp. 

Night: pee on floor and sit on it. Erm something wrong again? Wipe him clean. He slap daring at least twice when daring go over. Told daring who tell u this morning anyhow slap xiami. 

9.31am fr ip: he is lying in the small litter bin. Sigh. Tmr schedule is full. Today is da jiejie bday, sigh unless I skip her bday celebration to bring Xiami to put iv … aiya. 

I seriously reshuffle all my schedule n I went in n I call him, he got stand up and stretch and walk out to wait for food. Daring kiss and sayang him as usual. Given him food he eat. Then can kiv iv. my schedule mess up Liao cos I go 5G without my working attire cos I thought coming back to fetch him to vet.  

Rush back fr 5G installing fans. serve him food feel he is o.k. So I go off to work.

Yesterday is his day 16 of Marbo. Suppose to review le loh. sigh. Dr Nally slot Erm … I think I’ll stop and see how. I feel he back to ok mode for now. Will Subcut daily still. Let’s see.

Still eating well, but feel a little scary. Duno why. He keep plucking The iv. Erm … Duno Tmr can save it or not or need to change. Told him later I let him off iv for hours but don’t let him roam cos i scary he dirty his port. Still stay cage. 

6pm: Serve him ciao cup and I forgot what other food b4 I go concert – off the iv. 

12am: he is without iv for 6h, I flush, iv still ok. 

I serve tuna w white fish. His food plate all clear including earthmade kibble. 

Xiami 5.6.23 Mon 

11Am: I’m too tired. He is v tired, the way he lie on the cage but got meow at me scare me. Ha scare me, he smart la, he reserve energy while he wait for me to serve food then he stand up. 

Serve tuna w chicken ham. 

3+pm rush him to clinic to check iv, that paw swollen wor, but I didn’t remember it is when I bring him out. Erm. Anyway they say it’s red, so can’t be used so they pull out the iv cath. Erm I don’t think so leh seriously. But nvm. Xiami is v pissed and I heard that he is biting them Liao (dr Brandon, dr Daniel and Alex). 

I stop them from putting another iv, just see bloodworks first then decide. 

Taken Cbc, crea, bun, phos and lytes. 

If generally ok, I think I’ll off him from iv. He is getting to fight pple le, so he is feeling better. 

His appetite is good. He is grooming himself and peeling the bandage off. Let him be. Later if he is off iv, will let daring go welcome n sayang him. Ha bloodworks out but dr go into consult w another 3 dogs, I thought need to wait 30 mins so plan to put iv cath is off. 

His crea did drop to 3.2, phos improve to 5.8, HCT 40.1 despite on iv, so good la. Should have continue iv. Nvm I bring him home le. 

450pm then can reach home n I got to go work. Today pack neck to neck Liao. 

His both front legs looks poor thing, good to off iv also la. he is in pain. I know. Sayang him n daring sayang him also. 

Night: looks a little sianz I told him Tmr I’ll Subcut him. 

Got eat. 

Xiami 6.6.23 Tues 

Looks sianz. Erm got eat, but I think he eat much better in cage and on iv. Don’t like aixia oldie orange. 

930am: food cleared. Later then I settle his cage. iv flowing well at 12ml/h. 

Noon, Given all meds, change drip rate to 15ml/h, this bag till last till wed 10.10am. 

Morning food he did eat, but 60%. 

No poo. Pee – thrown 2 unicharm pads. 

Thru out this iv session eating well. 

1020pm: serve 1.5 cans per time. Got pee again. Down drip rate to 10ml/h. I got to remember to change the bag b4 I go to 5G for major cleaning Tmr morning. 

Xiami 31.5.23 wed 

Morning: will meow at me greet me I know he is feeling better le. drip finish but didn’t beep so I suppose the thin line still got fluid. His upper arm swollen but I think looks ok. Paw ok. 

Started bag 02. Drip rate 10ml/h. 

Afternoon he took out his bandage, I only did a basic one wrap up so the iv cath won’t get wet or anything. 

Eating well. 

Got poo some. 

Night: maintain Drip rate 10ml/h. 

Xiami 1.6.23 Thurs 

Morning: greeted me. 

Food overnight didn’t finish. I think I serve too much. Ha. 

Serve food he is keen but he don’t like rc renal fish ah. Didn’t eat much. 

1130am: see dr nally for iv check. Ok the swollen part is the iv go Subcut Liao. Ha lucky he is on plain drip. Dr says Xiami can even go up to 21ml/h. I’ll up his to 12ml/h on maintenance mode. 

Didn’t take blood today he is very angry w the iv change alr.

Come back he went to eat kibble n the food on floor. I carry him back to cage n he don’t want his food. Think he really don’t like the RC renal fish. Given meds n he looks damn sianz in the cage – worrying. I set up Ip to look at him. Got poo 5/10 and pee. 

5pm: i serve ciao cup – lucky got eat. 

Night: still got the weird vibes. Change new bag 03. 10ml/h. This bag till last till: sat 4am. Sat night got to change bag Liao. 

9Am: same. Serve food didn’t eat. Serve again n maybe diff position, he might eat a little. Think he got to be on iv. If not this round might die. Plus I think he Duno where unhappy also. 

6.37pm: fr ip: everyone not active 

Night: get scolding n he is very unhappy VERY. suspect but rather sure he pee on the new cat wheel. But Subcut him time as usual will chat w him. He did know I’m worried about him. Food intake so bad. I eventually open a can of Fancy Feast to make sure he eat, lucky he touch. So I think iv is the way to go. Tues will be a good day to do it. 

Xiami 29.5.23 Mon 

945am: serve food, got eat, not good but better then yesterday. Today put iv is a good chance, can last 2 rounds of iv I think. He better be well, I skip my schedule to visit mao mama. 

Morning: the Fancy Feast did finish. but he still look the sianz look, told him that’s it tonight i no night class. So good schedule to last the iv all the way. Serve food didn’t see him eat much. 

315pm: I rush him to aw to put on a iv cath on his right front leg. Alex put one. 

Dr Brandon sx or go home le, so no consult, n also didn’t take any test. Cos kidney bad. HCT last week plus is 36% plus room for me to play, so this Thurs check all is a good choice. 

Back to 猫房 I put him on 15ml/h.

Serve tuna w ?. Forgot too busy. didn’t put kibble since he isn’t a kibble cat. check on him all the way till I go work at 5pm. 

1030-1140pm: ha my brain not working I can’t recall exact time le. But he clear plate. Nice. Iv power. Given the 3 oral meds. Serve tuna w salmon and sheba crab. He eat. 

Given Buprenophine and Marbo iv. 

11.40pm: down drip rate to 12ml/h. 

This bag will last till wed 1240pm. 

Generally look not that safe. Daring still take care of him. He hate medi round his is so many. And think he also jealous and irritated by a lot of things and the newcomer. 

Got eat but maybe 10%. 

350pm: serve wellness tiny taster. Not keen at all. Have to open one more can of tuna w salmon then willing to eat another bit only. Day 05 on Cerenia. won’t give Tmr le. 

Night: getting scary. Cos really don’t want eat. Even RC renal pouch so nice don’t want eat also. eventually eat a little Aristocats salmon. 

Then I serve all the fish I brought back from 5G for him alone, he got eat! Happy. Safe mode for now. But he is indeed still under erm mode. 

Day: bought them a cycle wheel. Didn’t see Xiami on it yet. 

Morning when i serve food using small plate he like don’t know how to eat, I use big plate he become picky. He did eat but he may not eat from the plate I give. 

Given all 6 meds.   

Night: scary, sleep until cage I drag him out. Scary. got diarhhoea in bin Duno who, but I suspect is him. given probiotics 

Xiami 26.5.23 Fri 

Continue probiotics and daily Subcut n etc. today I skip Cerenia but got vomit on floor. Tmr should give Cerenia. Feel he seem much weaker. 

Night; wants to eat, but like didn’t eat much. Erm pancreatitis le loh. All jabs given 

Xiami 24.5.23 wed 

7.30am when I first enter: alr got pee on floor, sigh. He do it again. 

8.30am: more on the floor, whole floor wet. I’m so angry w him. Scold him. he looks weak. He might need iv. I think first. don’t want eat sparkles chicken w salmon jelly, serve tuna w salmon he got eat a bit. 

Subcut him again w all meds n jabs. 

Didn’t anyhow pee at night. 

10pm: calm w jumbo ard him. 

11pm: looks ok, no pee on floor. Day 02 all of them free roaming sleep tgt. No q in diff rooms. 

Xiami 22.5.23 Mon 

Did I feel he like weaker these 2 days? Cos daring keep sayang him but I didn’t see him approach me on his own  

Xiami 23.5.23 Tues 

115pm: see dr nally. She end up did a lot of things. Cos she also feel Xiami v off. A bit a bit unhappy. V grumpy keep complaining like a grumpy old grand pa. Did Cbc, chem15 n lytes. Bp 166, can’t reduce benazapril. To start Marbo today irregardless. Temp 36.4 (taken thrice). Did UA also. 4.265kg – drop 75g in 11 days.

HCT normal 35%, mild low platelets but blood smear done confirmed clumpings + adequate platelet numbers i.e. no recurrence of immune-mediated condition. – blood smear done really don’t make sense. Waste my money totally. His blood clot so fast loh. Really waste money for not even a 1% good reason. 

Renal panel both CREA/UREA increased slightly, still IRIS stage 3 CKD

Recommendation:

– Pls continue on 0.67mg/kg benazepril until next review for blood pressure and urinalysis/UPCR in 2months

– Pls try to administer SC fluids once daily as recommended previously as his azotaemia is climbing…” – Xiami will be sad that can’t cut benazapril “I know but he is really hypertensive/proteinuric so gotta get that under control. Hoepfully next BP/UPCR good control at least can reduce further. If dropped too early and both conditions not controlled will worsen kidneys then become constant cycle.” 

Night: Bought more renal pouches for him. Tonight didn’t Subcut him yet I’m damn TIRED N hungry. His appetite very good, want me to serve food 

Noon: 4.35kg – lose 100g. Status: did feel he got something weird but 2 days later going to check alr. Got eat. is either him or daring diarhhoea, I think more of daring. Given benazapril alr, hope can wean down.

850am: past few days i keep carrying him down from ratten chair to eat, told him eat don’t be so lazy keep lazing on chair even on his bday. Today he meow meow want food wor – like which one? Tuna w white fish or RC renal fish pouch?

Today one point he is sleeping flat down on sb, so scary. 

Morning: quick note, since vet visit his pred down to 0.3ml. 28.11 his benazapril up to 0.9ml, his pred further down to 0.2ml and I’m stopping by this Sunday. thoughts: i feel his body is weaker (i think vet will say cos is the cutting/stopping of pred. I think is the prolong use of pred, should have stopped much longer ago) I’ll monitor him and see how for the next review, which I will drag by at least 1 week more than 1 month.

Plt 139 – checking blood smear to decide can down pred or not. I alr draw 0.3ml down Liao loh. 

Blood smear – he got big and small blood cell, ie he got sufficient red blood, ie 10-11. Normal is 8-15. 

Bp not ok, 209 – but might be due to pred too, Erm I’m more for pred to drop. Benazapril to remain at 2.5mg daily. 

His hind leg vein damn good n thick – easy to get blood. 

His UA – this round got protein 2+ glucose 2+ Bld 2+ (possible explanation: bloods due to drawing, glucose due to leakage cos of pred) – all the more supporting pred must cut. This round I’ll cut 25% after 1 week. sg 1.026 

1151am: now waiting for UPC, if this is real bad, Benazapril may need to up. 

UPC drop to 1.12 from 1.49 but she says it’s not an improvement, is just not worsening. Recalculating what to give – give 0.7ml this week then 0.9ml onwards (ie 4.5mg) once daily .

Erm they forgot to jab Xiami w fersobang today. Erm nvm since HCT back to normal. Dr nally wanna me to stop darbepoetin, I know can’t cut, just lengthen the gap, so I stick to my plan. 

Review in 1 month. Targeting after 24.12.22.

Given fersobang also – sigh poke him until 3 times, but why she give Subcut? Dr Brandon give Im. 

His plt back to normal, stop doxy, and can tap down pred as what I want (25% down), then need review first – so when?

His bp is average 179.8, so it’s really high need to start either amlopidine (bp only) or benazapril (bp n protur) – so take UPC To decide.

His dose is 0.1ml. 

Dr feels it’s good news cos: retic and neu plt wbc finally got some values, going up le. 

He needs something for his protu, but semintra is out, next is benezapril kiv. 

Stop Clav, continue doxy, retromad1.

I decide to not start darbepoetin first, but I’m stopping semintra and see how. I’ll review next mon on his UPC too. See how

His playlet really Low can’t take from jacular. Taken blood from left front leg. 

Only positive thing: retic and wbc up a little. 

Dr nally want me to start pred 2mg/kg sid, I told her I’m more inclinced to not wanting to. I feel he might die faster if I start. She try to convince by saying she scare if don’t, Xiami will die. First time she mention dying of a cat in front of me. Thinking. 

Will start retromad1 0.3ml/kg ie 1.2mg per kg for Xiami. That’s 1.3ml Tid. my supply can last me 20 days. dose target; 9Am, 4pm, 11pm. For days that I work horrible hours, will give bid. today given at 1230pm. I wanna go work early so today will be BID. 

Inform dr d re the bloodworks, but i think my plan for Xiami dental should be totally off: “It’s difficult. The wbc are up a bit. MCV gone down so I think felv less active. I think I would give pred but then 1 mg/kg bid instead of 2 mg/kg sid. Continue all antibiotics. Monitor the pcv/hct closely, it dropped tremendously. No way of knowing if pred helped or no…I would start today and stop as soon as possible” – given 4.2mg pred also. split up n I monitor him better. 

As of 1245pm: look tired. let him rest after so many medi (later then quarantine him)

Morning; got MU MEOW me! His cute meow. got eat. got anyhow pee – pee colour rather dilute. If Monday HCT still low, lll start darbepoetin, don’t make sense to think it’s not necessary he is all along a kidney cat. 

1115pm: got eat. today I forgot to give 4pm dose of retromad1 so today BID again. Sat n Sun gonna be BID also.

Subcut him, given b12 b com too and Buprenophine 0.15ml – I feel he is in pain – mouth or somewhere. didn’t eat. 

Think thru, totoro maintaining though critical mode… Xiami look more worrying and scarier than Totoro who is v anemic at 14%, so ask aw for slots. Today everyone go vet check up status.

258pm: dr nally say Xiami rbc n etc are all almost zero and platlet is 4, something is extremely wrong w the bloods, Retake and retest. If is really correct. Then he is in v bad condition. Ie end end stage Liao. retake blood from hind right, can’t get, bp of vein so bad. taken blood from front left. 

Cbc 01 and 02 ard the same la, 2nd HCT drop by 0.8% to 26.4%. No need start darbepoetin yet. Retic not regenerating. Platelet super Low. His blood is clotting on his own. Attacking himself. Must start doxy today 43mg ie 0.86 of one notch once a day. 

Dexa jab given im in clinic alr 0.2ml. 

Recheck bloods in 2 days time. And decide to start on pred for Xiami or not. 

His crea 2.5, phos 4.2. Generally his organs status, v check 1.9. rule out pancreatitis and kidney issue. Mouth issue shouldn’t be that urgent now.

Narrow down why Xiami got issue: KIDNEY SUPPort GOLD – this may be the reason for the immune attacking issue. Stop that immediately 

But his crea is reasonable ok. 

Send dr d Xiami blood works: “Bone marrow not doing anything any more. Felv pos? Looks like the virus active in bone marrow, cover with antibiotics (he had bad dental also I think?) Like multi antibiotic cover, fluids. And then pray…No medication for felv otherwise. If you put in iv, check every day for infection.” 

Told dr d”vet didn’t suggest iv ab. But did start 2 ab. One is Dexamethasone 0.2ml given im today. And doxy oral 43mg starting today. She says 2 days later check and she wants to start pred on him” 

410pm: back to 猫房, I give Xiami one notch of doxy, wastage lower, give slightly more is fine. He like to drink water even I feed so okay. 

His leg is weak. Wobble. will slap alley when he walk pass, i find that ok. 

515pm: dr d”Dexa not smart as cat has no immune system and felv…Doxy too weak, bacteriostatic (Doxy can’t hurt). At least add on amox clav 0.22ml.” – will give him tonight cos I have to get from 5G. 

Re Pred, ask dr d for her opinion: “I would recheck him in 2 days but I would be very hesitant to give any immune suppression. Maybe if his wbc was a bit more up but still, very careful” – more towards no then. anyway oral pred I’ll be the one giving at home on Thurs so I can still consider 

“So corticosteroids stop the immune system, that’s their function. With felv already no immune system, usually because bone marrow stops. But in some cases the immune system stops due to overreactivity due to felv, in those cases it can help. But that’s super rare” 

Dr d thinks Xiami crash is due to felv – “Felv take 1 hour to stop bone marrow” 

640pm: LF visit Xiami. He got drink water on his own. Somehow I feel he is nausea – I will Subcut him again tonight n give Cerenia too. Clav jab to be given too. Daring groom Xiami.

Morning: think quite ok w sp snapper. When I back fr 4G, plates a lot clear quite clean. Tonight is wellness duo tuna pate w diced salmon – Xiami eat a little and walk away. He don’t know how to eat expensive food one leh. He also don’t like kakato. 

1140pm: Xiami meow until v weird sound I go into the Rm, he didn’t anymore, but what’s this? 

Yesterday I started him on kidney support also. Can’t be cos of this. 

12pm: then see dr nally. Waited since 1130am. 

4.45kg – gain 30g. Weight gain 110g since 25.8 the day he started semintra. updated aw that he is a felv + cat, and a Fiv- cat. His mouth is bad as known. Didn’t mention anything else about his heart, lung, stomach or organs. V rush consult. today taken UPC, but I think dr nally did extra blood smear cos of his low platelets on 25.8. 

His UPC is 0.64, improve but semintra continue as usual.

525pm: I give snack round – kakato tuna w seaweed. Duno why daring and alley semi quarrel / slap a bit, And daring is so pissed off that he bite into Xiami neck, wa I go save Xiami and whack daring. Then I check on Xiami, no injuries and sayAng him more. 

Night: looks fine, supper is tuna w chicken w wellness tiny taser chicken – got eat

1242am: though today I revamp room d and the new felv cats saw it, I decide to go w the logical plan of merging the felv in the felv room. No reason to increase the chance of spreading. once the tall tree is here, I’ll revamp Totoro room and merge them in.

330pm: finally room d newly revamp felv room is ready. Xiami quite relax about it. Eat and drink water. 

1030pm: use bin w Peepad, that’s y I left one for him. Better don’t pee on floor can le. still vacuum cleaner. 

9Am: alley, daring and Kerry will interchange position on who to be on the hanging platforms. Who on top shelf. Only Xiami is on the floor always – vacuuming food. Xiami block door is want food, alley block door want sayang, is that why Xiami piss alley so much?

5pm: I serve ciao cup as snack. Daring didn’t eat instantly n it’s vacuumed by Xiami Liao. 

9Am: i didn’t go into the room. Xiami vacuum all the food that I throw in for everyone. I see from ip a while later all the plates empty. Omg

1150am: Joanna visited them – get sayang. 

Right eye swollen again. wipe first. Bring halid back tonight. 

4pm: fr ip: he is sleeping rather soundly in pink bin, v cold in the room. 

I now a little worry about Totoro – this gang Duno will stress Totoro or not – I did tell Toto about Xiami, ha the 2 of them gonna be felv room vacuum cleaners. Should I be more worried about alley, daring n Kerry who might have no food to eat? 

1130pm: apply halid. Busy eating.

5/6am: while the rest get scolding for making noises. He is the steadiest – just sleep. when I serve bistro chicken he polished then he go back sleep again. 

1130am: sayang him a big while I clean up the room. Change water he got go drink. His eye is ok again, continue halid. 

Morning: v hungry as usual. 

Night: serve him tuna w prawn – his fav. 

He day 1 Already at comfort zone, he ok w Kerry. Alley will smack him. the platform n space noT that enough for them n yet i need to merge into totoro room. i think i will retest this group in 1.5 month time. Tmr need to remember to Subcut him. still drink water frequently on his own. Today I ordered another wide unicharm bin for them. got to throw purifier away. 

Xiami 2.5.22 Mon 

Morning: didn’t bother beating him. Didn’t even scold him but he can sense it fr everything – wipe till siao. Pee so much till even spread to room c – Don room and outside area. Sigh. 

I got carry him n tell him not to do it again. If not Rena and Don for no reason get infected how? 

8am: did have the first bite but later didn’t really finish the food. Kiv 

Night: I’m dead. Xiami anyhow pee n the whole room including the bed I got to throw. His pee flow to outside area also. Horrible. Really whack his face. Really horrible. He don’t know the seriousness of it. Even the big bed that’s only one day – full of pee. Sigh. Arghhhhhh. Later hug him n talk to him n he give u NO REACTION. Sigh. given him 2 extra bins in the room. Today no cats can free roam cos I Duno he will pee out of room again or not.
