I have my household's permission to keep a cat.

I have enough time and money to provide proper care to keep a cat happy and healthy, including food and medical fees.

I understand that the cats listed on this site are rescued cats; I'm not here to look for 'exotic breeds'.

I am aware that I'm making a commitment of 10 or more years.

I am aware that a cat may sometimes cause damage to clothes, furniture, etc.

I am aware that the consequences of a failed adoption is harder on the cat, who might experience emotional trauma to be given up. I'm fully prepared to do the best that I can, to provide a forever home for this cat.

I am agreeable to visits from the one taking care of the cat all this while which will be pre-arranged.

I must not give the cat(s) to anyone else. The cat(s) must stay with me for the rest of their life.

Cats are curious explorers. However, exploring can lead your cat to very dangerous and deadly situations. I will keep the cat indoors where it's safe at all times.
