3.07pm: mmm: “Rufus is so noisy – can hear all the way here. good thing is, he will sit on the wc for her to wash and dry” 

4.58pm: mama send me a video of rufus shiver v scary: “Shiver because of cold? Aircon not on”  – “Ate half can bristo chicken. Trying to sleep. She says ears. Put the ear drops n monitor”

9.36pm: “Ok. Ate 2 cans. Now sleeping”

11.55am: powerful smell ha. Rufus both bins r his. He did bin 03 5/10 first. Maybe not his but I saw him go in bin 03 for sometime . Maybe someone did b4. Then walk out for less than 1 min then he walk to bin 01 the powerful one. 1.25 + 0.5/10 w mushy peanut crush. 

Mama:”There goes my plan to reduce to 2 bins. He messed like this, the others can’t use” 

7am+: excited then I found out they smell my catnip in my bag 

6pm+: i go back check on them. Rufus poo is super duper smelly. So bad till 1h after I clear the smell is still like poo not cleared yet.

4pm+: back to 猫房 to see the cats. 

4.44pm: saw rufus walk into bin 01. 

4.54pm: whole house stink n joy come ask me to save them. Ha. Cleared 4+0.5/10 poo super smelly. 

Day: he is so cute w his mouse, end up video/ photo shoot w him 

Morming: I clear 3 bins of 1/10 poo smelly even from the door. 

Mmm:”Yes. Whole night Rufus was in n out of the bins. Little poo. 0.5 to 1/10. N very smelly.. I gave him probiotics this morning. Maybe not working yet. Eat n go poo. About 530, tummy must be quite bad, brought my hand to rub his tummy.”

12pm: mummy says he in out of bin to pee. Omg just stop Clav not long ago. So how?

11.28am: sitting outside to do logbook the sound v loud, i thought who licking cool collar non stop, is rufus. I thought panting ? Snoring? But he open eyes still got the sound. His eyes very big Erm …. In pain somewhere?  

I manage to give Clav jab. But b12 he flip and I try 2 more times can’t get hold of him. He bite me after sayang me.

“The loud breathing is because he is too fat. Tried to put him on diet, but he bites me when he’s hungry n I didn’t give food fast enough”

Floors all ok. Found fur ball on his desk area. But after food he vomit out quite a lot of wet food. Bin inside poo looks ok leh. 

Morning: Food intake not bad generally. bin still got poo 3/10. But I found one piece of hard poo on the floor in bedroom – 2cm size, hard 8.5/10 – so I log this sentence for rufus and princess. so far so good, didn’t have any vomit. 

Night: jo says bedroom got urine smell since Fri, Erm think bedsheet is smelly.

Serve him food – finish one plate b4 I go so got free top up.  Realise that his collar is gone, I can’t find it leh, put on a new one for him. See his tummy is red, and I clean it w wet wipes and put banocin for him. 

7am: bin 01 got 2+3.5/10 poo, assume is his. 

Today all food overnight looks ok, most cats got eat. he Polish one plate b4 I go off so I top up extra can. Given him sacc. 

Night: no diarhhoea in bin, but floor got shit stain at 4 spots. Clean up n I suspect is rufus la. I unpack stuff for 猫房 cats, and assemble some new toys, rufus come photo bomb

Night: sure got eat la, but I didn’t see him la. Bin 01 have 0.5/10 stain. diarhhoea still. clean up.

To send poo sample in 5 days time. continue w b12 treatment also. Confirm not ringworm also. Just his ibd issue, internal issue that cause it. stick to stable diet and monitor. Given metro 4.2ml at 3+pm. I go off so mama to give fenbendazole 1h later.

Dr d: “So Rufus: liver and kidney ok, spleen some nodules but not enlarged, this could be older age or something pathogenic. He has severely diffuse thickened small intestines with abnormal hypoechoic lymf nodes. These intestines could be IBD, but can’t rule out lymfoma. If want to try get more information, can do biopsy but that’s higher risk and sometimes also not conclusive. Otherwise the treatment is b12, probiotics and hypoallergenic diet.

If no response: add on pred. If good response to that: most likely IBD. If not, more likely lymfoma. Then add on chlorambucil which would be the treatment for gi lymfoma anyway”

I ask about; “then why keep diarhhoea and vomit? This one week alr diarhhoea > 10 times, vomit maybe even 20 times” – “Because of the inflammation in the guts. Ultrasound can’t say anything about stomach. Inflammation causes the guts not to function properly” 

I ask about med:”Otherwise the treatment is b12, probiotics and hypoallergenic diet.

If no response: add on pred,First see if inflammation can stop with b12, probiotic hypoallergenic. If can not: pred. She did say it was severe so I think pred will be very likely. I think the inflammation is too severe for only diet b12 and probiotic. Sadly lymfoma can not rule out also”

Morning: came really near go gate, whoever come have to be careful leh. sayang him play w him. 

I do one round in 猫房 n check on them again. 2 sets of vomit on the floor – wet food – highly Rufus’s. Watery till the cat mat is wet and dirty, washed. overnight got one set also – but don’t know whose, don’t think is princess’s but is instinctive. 

1220pm: another round of check, found some vomit bile w 3 indoor at the blue basket. 

Night: plate all cleared, no more vomit found.

Day: got a little bit of wet food vomit in toilet, not sure whose. Stain the toilet mat too – throw into machine.
