I send to aw cos Diamond not well – diarrhoea n last night vomited also. Now stay inside toilet ‘screaming’ away. need to check asap. Cos no reply from them to kc. 

Dr nally: “Checking blood smear oto ensure it’s just clot. So far, her vitals all stable. Blood work ok, her bladder… Diamond’s bladder is small – irregular wall but that can be unreliable as small, however lumen alot of ‘snowglobe’ effect indicating possible inflammation, too small to cystocentesis (<2cm size)”

“Yes, given meds for the vomtiing and diarrhoea, suspect GE (might be from hunting insects or diet though no recent changes). For cystitis given calming supp to try, can give both cats at home. holding off antiinflammatory cos now got diarrhoea (soft stools) oemprazole, prokolin and standby maropitant for now. Yes unless can get urine sample would be ideal. Wont be surprised if have cystitis but starting with calming supp first then move to gaba if really need. For now, treat the vomiting/diarrhoea first. Followup plan for Diamond:

* if recurrence of suspect urinary issue, try to bring in fresh urine sample (< 3 hours) in a clean container or bring in for us to collect directly via bladder (provided she hasn’t pee)

* monitor appetite and vomiting, if persistent, consider abdominal xrays/ultrasound

* ensure not hunting bugs/insects, no scavenging of bin etc.

* start calming supplement once vomiting/diarrhoea resolves” 

Morning: confirm got microchip but still bring her to dr nally to check her skin. And to buy sterilisation cert – bought. 

end up check skin : dr nally think she is a easily stress cat – so she rule out mites esp when she alr on revo monthly (helper say so). 

anyway check for ringworm, confirm don’t have. 

End up recheck the bloods also. Cbc Chem10. 

Her bloodworks are good. 

The results out: skin got fungal. I reject itraconazole cos harm liver. So they start pred 5 days to wean down. and medicated shampoo. and narrow food to one type. 

2 weeks review then decide to start on the reduce stress supplement or not. 

In clinic I given diamond half tab pred for today. Ordered malaseb shampoo fr Eric, wait for him to deliver. 

In short, dr Nally think diamond is a v stress cat. Need to reduce her stress.

Retested fiv and felv both negative 

5.37pm: Carrara in the house, met the jiejie I told her all these weeks. diamond hiss fiercely at her n she did hiss back too, but she hide cos diamond hiss and posture more scary.
