744am: papa:”Begging for treats” – ha I m otw to celebrate junior and Nala bday n I realise haha I brought 3 sets of snacks for party. Simba alr adopted, did I forget? Ha. My brain really not working v well.  

339pm; papa”Hi Cat, Simba has fleas. I have bought frontline plus to medicate. Chased him around yesterday and today but couldn’t catch him. Can you help?” – hoho it’s time to go visit and sayang Simba  

Simba 26.6.22 sun 

240pm: visited Simba. fly up to toilet shower top, hiss but I trusted him, I go straight sayang and smack3 his butt butt and our scratches.  Help to put frontline on him, told him I brought a toy and a bed for him to play. stay ard 40mins got to run. His papa show me he using paper litter now, and he eat all sorts of bistro flavours. Day n night eat one can of wet food, will angry if not enough food. 

544pm: papa:”My headset is in danger” 

731am: papa:”Peeping at me from his favourite rug” 

9+am: papa:”Simba is feeling lazy today”

Papa:”“Whole morning sit near me while I work. Haha still runs when I try to pet him. Ya I played with him today. He dragged his favourite rug to my bedroom door and likes to sit on it. He also loves my carpet and makes tunnels in them every night. No he is very clean, only pees in the litter box.” 

“Simba visiting my home office. It’s progressing bit by bit. Before today he wouldn’t dare come to my room” 

453pm; update fr papa”Is he too fat?” – the pic look v fat. Like bloated – think too much kibble intake alr. 

648pm: simba papa sent a photo of him – should be fr Ip cam 🙂 

638pm: update “Too lazy to move. I can hand him treats now.”

Tonight got new kibble – urinary, Manja like 

705pm: his papa:”He is getting more handsome now that he is less scared of me. Can pet him every day now but still won’t let me touch his forehead.” 

1232pm: update fr papa. “He is a bit bolder now. No longer hiding in cabinets. And more relaxed when sleeping. 2 cans wet food per day. The kibble not so much. Didn’t need to refill the kibble bin this week and it’s still 75% full”

“New favorite spot. Somehow he knows how to open and close the cabinet door. Can pet him now. He will not run but still hiss a bit here and there”

7.09am: “Last night he ate wet food. Can get a bit closer now without him running away. Still will not eat if he can see me watching. Also he finally found a better spot than behind the toilet.” 

So far his papa still didn’t get to sayang him ah? 

1104am; “OK now managed to pet him for a few moments. We are making progress” 

803am: think simba papa saw my logbook that his non reply make me scare siak. He early send me updates alr: “Today I’m disappointed. 2 nice water bowls and I catch him drinking from the toilet. OK he also drink from the food bowls. I now cover the toilet.”

So simba haven’t eaten any wet food since 30.12 breakfast in 猫房 – he clear 500g of kibble for 2 days. 

“I will choose the smelly one tonight and see if he eats it. Water also half gone. So I put wet food at night, so he feels safer”

418pm; “Secondary gate done” – just a extra barrier to minimise the chance that Simba will dash out. 

8.59pm: I had msg his papa twice today, no news on simba. I’m worried that he had dashed out of house and die? no reply is scary. 

909pm: wa I can sleep Liao. “Yes he is fine. Started eating but is still hiding from me. I haven’t left the house since he got here. He is hiding behind the toilet bowl today”

Laser light: “Yup hasn’t responded yet” 

11am:”He didn’t eat yet, but used the litter box last night” – so his last meal is yesterday breakfast. but peeing is more important so that’s good. 

7+am; I’m dead tired but natural awake. Too many things to do. 

1140am: Simba papa came to complete the adoption process, visited the kids and left ard 1250pm. Wa i took almost an hour to catch  Simba – hopefully he understand that’s y I say Simba is really strong and muscular, I got to use all my scruff strength after cutting extra nails. I normally scuff vet say i scruff v hard. Ha. Simba give me 7 presents – not easy to catch him mainly cos I don’t want him to be sad. If move house is different, everyone move can scold him don’t waste time. Ha. 

Simba left 猫房 at 7.86kg. 

Told him go home eat lunch. hopefully he like the floor mat at home w the laser light. 

227pm: “Right now he is hiding in my bookshelf. I just put some food nearby and give him space”

House visit Simba house, front door to the outside would for typical condo have to be extreme careful. Other than that, stiff invisible grills done up. 

Come home inform him that he is leaving in 2 days … meaning he will leave us b4 we move. 

told him he is going to live in a castle. 

Will arrange house visit again w his papa maybe right b4 new year then should be just catching w his updates via msg le. Hope he isn’t too lonely. House no cctv, hope everything goes well. ah. Rehome cat harder than old cats’ death.

Night; play laser light w Simba – he confirm know something is off. Told him sleep, tmr wake up we have breakfast then he is going to be Simba Ong le. 

Recently will play a lot w me, I know he knows I got something on my mind … wanna spent more time w me … but of cos cats won’t know they get adopted. Aiya so sad. Joanna see him that day say he grow triple from March, ha Simba is a big big boy, I see him when he is so tiny loh so fearful so fierce but they grow up Happy in 猫房.

Simba papa got confirmation from the vendor that Work has started and installation date is 17th December – Simba these few days closer to his siblings – maybe they know something? Today Nala is rejected. So sad. haha maybe who knows dec come n Simba papa decide to take Nala also? He say Simba n Nala look like couple. 

Today he got groom junior, omg m I starting to be sad? 

Night: he know he leaving? These few days had been on grey condo, pose for me and play w me, get sayang from me more 

I did a routine clean up of his left ear 

Today his papa send me: “for invisible grille the smallest spacing is 1.5 inch. But they can give me thicker cable(2mm) and center support cable plus higher tension. If OK then I will give the go ahead. Work should complete by first week of December” – I double confirm that: “you will be doing for all ur windows? Including the one u mention that had magnetic mesh and the window which u will open a gap? :)” – he said yes. Simba must be safe safe so strong and muscular. 

11Am: told Simba that he is going to be adopted le. Not I don’t pamper him – I know he know that. Saw his old photos yesterday, so sad, I feed him since he is scare and small size till so big and strong. Don’t know his papa will read his subsequent logbook or not, but that day forgot to mention to him that I didn’t bring to vet for his ear not bcos of cutting cost, is more of the vet no slot plus I weigh the fact that they might sedate him cos they can’t handle him, and I have confident that I know what to treat and the trust Simba would give me to do what I needed to do.

208pm: PA visited q room. Seen Simba. He don’t like ah boy type of want to stick to you cat, he like Simba, Simba stick to Nala (both super alike, he said they look like couple) 

Will wait for his mesh to be ready (told him safety top thing) then we go step 2: house visit then Simba will go to his forever home  

Weather horribly hot I give them many hours of aircon time, simba sneeeze 2-3 times i off aircon.

Night; can see that he is more alert, will come sayang, tonight day 07 of Clav tablet x twice a day. Tmr onwards no need to give alr. Will continue to clean his ear

Morning till night I Didn’t touch his ear, he look fine. Ear look better from far. 

1045pm: do a more though clean up till left ear become red, seem like left those in the hole which my next step is need to use the stick to dig. 

825am: clean his ears a little more but think inside the ear itself lots of Erm I don’t dare to use strength to clean

Morning Ab not that successful a lot spill 

Night: check his ear, I really do think it’s really bad, need a though clean up, I trust aw cleaning more but I scare they r more prone to sedation, so I think I would go hs. I go book a slot now. 

Also fed him probiotics cos he is on ab

Morning: he know I first come in can ask for sayang then quickly run off cos is medi time

I still manage to check his ear, think current status is bleed n blood n pus did flow into the “tunnel” of ear, so now a lot of dry up discharge, I can clean more today. 

Clinic no slot, n today look better, should be able not to rush in. 

He fly n land on my hand – 4 wounds. Haha 

Noon : I come into room he will run away. Ha.

Evening: manage to hold him when he is on the floor, clean a little bit more of his ear n took photos of his ear 

Morning and night: given Clav 

check his ear, seem like got injury inside the ear, can’t see v clearly, sigh – how? Need to go vet? He go I scare they need sedate him he sure fly one 

Still eating well 

Morning; found out his left ear got injury like Xiami, but his more serious, think got pus alr or at least his ear is swollen alr, only manage to clean a while n he jump off. Need ab. But I don’t think I can jab him, have to find enough Clav tablets first. 

340pm: given him first dose of Clav, 50mg, he scream n run off, by right I had given in throat alr, Duno he manage to get it out or not 

Night: check his ear, worsen, still clean, but since started ab, have to monitor first to see if need to go vet through check and clean or not 

Getting hard to give meds, I got to crush and feed kibble oral 

10pm: serve earthmade mackerel, give him on platform he got eat

9pm: I was out for 5h, kitty n ah boy alone in room c – got 1/10 poo, highly filter out is ah boy alr – so the rest I’ll temp stop giving probiotics. 

10pm: outside cats someone 1/10 – means tmr Rena Xiami they all got to give probiotics  

Night; still got soft poo, whole room probiotics except tao, Kitty n Nala. 

830am: no poo in room b – so can’t gauge who might be the one having soft mucus

Stool. The 6 of them damn cute tgt – like a gang. Stitch, junior, Brownie, Maki, Sheba, ah boy. 

Night: when I’m back home, confirm tao and Kitty r ok poo, the rest of the bins got issue, so can’t narrow who – give 11 of them probiotics except Nala. 

as of today, got some mucus like 0.5/10 poo, Duno who, but from this room. Cos of yesterdsy Stella and chewy morsels? Omg I still order so many. Tmr onwards got to randomly feed probiotics till I can see improvement. Today probiotics given to: stitch and xiami. 

Night: can’t get his weight at all he keep running away from me  

743pm – more than 8 mins fight – stitch and Simba fight until Duno like what, hug roll on the floor type, stare at each other type, Scream until damn loud type. Onlookers join in make things even more chaotic – brownie, Sheba, cola, kitty join in at some point of time. 

945pm; look ok. Fur on the floor no one injured. No bloods 

Poo 1/10 – something wrong in this room now, will not give powsie anymore, won’t give wellness anymore. Even give aixia I only give princess leh. Kibble same leh, indoor, w little Alaska salmon w added chicken sprinkles / ziwipeak. Have to narrow down the food, or cos of Halogone?

1115am: there are 3 groups of vomit on floor – but is kibble – check ip 1119am – is simba, resting then sudden vomit out n run away 

Morning: he smell ziwipeak chicken recipe can food – happy loh 

Sometime I scare of him cos he become so strong n big size loh, he and Kitty and tao can’t even meet between room. Tao A Kitty C, he can’t even be in room B – like that also can scream fight. 

Night: didn’t want to eat leh – I give him ziwipeak kibble – he eat, so give him more. 

832am: woken up cos of him. He is naughty again, Duno w who. Trace back cctv, 804am he alr bu shuang Sheba go bin play sb, he jump down make provoking action then nothing, then play mouse on his own, can’t trace who he screaming w. I enter n he jump to top deck, and stitch start screaming loudly in room c. 

245pm:  Major fight among cola, Simba and Tao. Kitty and ah boy somehow involved. Someone injured for sure, got blood stains on floor (4 drops of fresh blood) – not sure Simba injured or not. He definitely is scared of Tao. managed to cheat Tao into room b n I give Simba a piece of chicken also – he ate. 

Morning: fight w stitch again, he no matter how fierce to cat, he isn’t fierce to me, I still can touch and scold him. 

1238pm: fight again

Night: didn’t get to weigh him, he really damn big size, very big n long n width also big, wa win alley? 

7am: Duno he provoke one or what, but he and Maki had been at it, this morning is w stitch and stitch won’t stop means stitch really damn angry. Simba climb up to cat tree.

From what i know is just 3 fierce kittens (w junior and nala)  that’s boarded for 2 months elsewhere and almost no information about them that I know of. Only fierce, Steralise alr and lean wanna release them to streets. just a temp offer to help to see if I can rehab them or not. Let them absorb some positive vibes from 猫房 and hopefully some love from me?! Ha … but I hate kittens.

• just now went AW to do the necessary, nurse gave them their names, so they r without a name for 2 months also

• Simba, the Long tail tabby male. 3.4kg, still blur blur fr sedation. I can carry him up to blanket to rest. will fall side way, but is awake can Walk n jump type

• conclusion as of now, all r scary cats, scare pple touch. Don’t think is fierce. 

• has served them 2 bowls of kibble, 1 bowl water, 3 plates of tuna w salmon.

• evening: didn’t touch all 3 plates of wet food. 

• Simba bring squeeze till flat fat by junior 

• supper: no poo no pee yet. I squant down to communicate w them. Simba somehow more connection w me.

• serve tuna w chicken and also fc gold chicken in gravy – food accepted by them. 🙂
