Carrara left 猫房 le, I carry charmander down told her can laze ard le, she scratch a little on the sb n I let her be.

Morning: basic grooming start. Nails cut. and clean ears and face and body. Brush fur. 

2pm+: back to 猫房. Give snack to cats who go to vet, and she meow for food give her a share too. 

Day: given Subcut. Clear her poo pee fr the top box. But her pee still overflow till the wall and floor. Sigh Tmr need to major clean. 

Morning: left eye alr has some issue. Poo n pee more on u/c pad 

9Am+: tv daily very dirty cos char pee from top to floor. A lot of pee today. She want me sayang but get scolding. Told her a lot of times le. Try to pee / poo on plate la.her poo quite black. 8/10. Later must Subcut her – Subcut w b12 also. 4.16kg – lose 60g in 3.5 months

8am+: pee a lot fountain down. Pee a lot even when I see it. Still peeing. Get scolding get whacking. She must know she is in the wrong though I know she is being bullied. 2 diff matters. cage her she will also scream if Carrara go near cage. So I got to cage Carrara if need be.

Morning+: poo 10/10. Have to Subcut today. Pee all over the room. 

Night: seem like amber sitting below her deck will indirectly protect char

Morning; I clear poos In the new cat box, sigh she don’t dare to come down that’s y the boxes so dirty. Even the water bowls all pee and the table I throw cos of pee. 

Night: “Someone pee on top, flow to 2 n onto floor. Scratch board gotta throw. Soaked. Do not first time. Cleaned up as it might affect the power points. Had to throw 1/2 plate of food. Too much pee in it”

10am+: routine cystaid. She always Polish plate. Today she didn’t touch the Aristocats gravy but finish off her urinary pouch.

1024am: “Charmander’s urine – no bacterial growth, true proteinuria. Able to bring in check UPC status?” – that’s why yesterday I wanna take UPC ah. She want send out c/s Erm. Now how to slot in another slot to run to fro vet. Yesterdsy I reject bloods but if char going to go vet again and she is on meloxicam, think got to take bloods safer. 

11Am; taken Cbc, chem15,sdma lytes and urine  for upc, I fly her back to 5G give cystaid then later then see results. 

1140am: given cystaid and meloxicam. Her kidneys ok. Worrying is the hemo always so high, why?! – ““UPCR <0.10, no meds needed. Bloods all normal, pseudothrombocytopaenia. HCT is high – might be dehydration but if persistently high then will need investigation”- unknown status again. I’ll Subcut her every now n then then. – no need to continue the meloxicam. Sigh waste my Meds n insulin syringes. 

“No need, just continue cystaid will do. Did a comparison manual dipstick PRO is 1+ ytd 2+, BLD is 1+ ytd 4+ so possible just contamination but on scan still the same lots of sediment/sludge” – so need to top up cystaid regular for charmander le.

No obvious crystal and urine is thick mucus v v concentrated sg 1.063. have to agree to send out for urine culture and sensitivity cos if not start ab also don’t know which one she can accept. – hold ab for now. Can start 0.05-0.1mg/kg meloxicam inj for now.

4.23kg – gain 10g in 1.5 months. Looks good la.  to take crea bun phos sdma. And that time urine still got crystal so today check urine again. She say can skip alt.

Bladder u/s – wall smooth. No stone. Very good girl.  

Bloods out – her kidney r all still ok. 

Urine sg 1.047 so kidney still working v well. 

Urine wet mount and smear: no crystals and no bacteria – so far all good news

But the protein in urine is persistent at 30, so taken UPCR.  

Upc 0.15 – ok le, vet says try to be on cystaid and urinary diet. try. I see first. 

Clinic summary:”Charmander: Regular rv full UA in 3mths, monitor urinary behaviour closely, continue cystaid long-term.”

12.00pm; given Sam e and cystaid. 4.22kg – gain 20g in 2 weeks.  

210pm: fly to aw, see dr Nally i forgot today we got review. 

dr n draw urine using u/s – and she confirm she didn’t see crystal based on image alr. Later see urine result. 

Other than pending cos of stress, no other physical finding. 

4.2kg, gain 60g fr last yr. 

Urine resting out: sg back to 1.02x, by right need to check kidney function but cos feb her result is back to 1.04x, so kiv 2 months review. 

Have to continue urinary diet and up frequency for cystaid plus. got to order more of the urinary diet.

In short continue the current diet/ treatment plan. It’s working so Far. Problem w not continuing is her stone may come back  

4-8 weeks review for urine to check if still no more crystal in it, then good to go supplement-less

Just a status update: char on 20% urinary diet since most food she still ate 猫房’s. On the cystaid supplement, going to finish soon. Since I push her review back by 5 days to suit Dr d and dr ym slot, cos got the ultrasound option n yet cheaper option, I bring char to arvc. Asked dr d about cystaid; “we got cystophan and cystopro from protexin, similar. cystophan esp for cats, 30 tab 21.90 before tax and discount. cystopro more antibacterial, for dogs and cats, 30 tab 40.80. cystopro also got probiotics in there” – sound make sense to buy cystophan if want to continue giving supplement. Tmr send mummy this update. Not sure she read char logbook or not 

Morning: these 2 days she is so relax, or cos Mimi occupy her space up there she is down n she is also happier. giving med difficulty level 0/10.

Back in 猫房, Bessie really keep smelling her. Given her the cystaid, not easy cos too slippery, will drop out. Syringe her water after eating. 

Bought gravy and loaf urinary pouch today.

1030am: This charmander, told her overnight if she poo n pee for me then no need to quarantine in picnic tent Liao. Go in and she escape already. What a big hole …. Erm how to use this for ah boy fasting. 

Checked the bin, no new pee, no poo, don’t know what time she torn the hole. No time to check Ip yet – checked she is alr out at 2am plus. Wa so violent so skillfully torn a hole to escape so fast. Lucky is soft tent, sure no injury. 

1010pm: so she had been station at the top of cat box in tv room, didn’t really eat today also. Erm … have to find time to see the tent and q her again. Not sure will be torn again or not.

930am: poo 4.5/10, quite dark. serve tuna w chicken ham and urinary. 

10am: given her a sachet of catnip, she like and play w it.

455pm: reach 猫房, I leave her be in the trolley while I collect the plates and tell the rest got extra snack char bring along – ciao cup chicken fillet. Jack and Bessie ok w char, no negative vibes. Junior and sheba curious about char. I set up picnic tent and I let char free roam while i get ready the other stuff. she look Zai and no issue, but I told her I need at least 1 set of poo and 2 sets of pee to know her status b4 she can free roam. She seem ok. 

701pm: fr Ip. Not relax but not panicking in the tent. sit at one corner beside the bin. 

10pm: let Charmander out, she go into 5th deck shelf, junior target her again. Duno what junior want. 

Checked: first pee at position 1/9. colour amount ok. No blood. Told her overnight one more set of poo pee I can keep tentage alr. She didn’t eat the ciao cup snack. 

Today as of this timing, maybe only eat 5% of a can. serve tuna w chicken ham overnight. 

920am: 4 plates almost all cleared.  

She make a lot of noise (meowing the whole night) 

Poo 2 sets, one is nice 5/10, one is 2.25/10. Will continue probiotics. 

Serve tuna w chicken ham and urinary s/o. Kibble not touch at all. Even w my RC urinary added. 

Get scolding a few times for meowing quite loudly non stop.

712pm: msg from mummy: “Jialat. Char char peeing blood. She is super stress. I also dunno what to do with her. She doesn’t get along with any other cat. And starts yelling when they go near her. So she is either hiding in the bathroom and behind the washer. She has never stepped out of the kitchen for years. She poops everywhere in the kitchen on top of fridge. In the sink. On the toilet floor. I feel So sad for her lor. She hates Raichu too. When Raichu came back from ur house last time.. They no longer recognised each other liao. She hissed at raichu. So Raichu just went and mix with the rest.I have cleaned pee blood at least 6 times today. I didn’t hear her gagging. She seems fine. Not listless.See la. 239pm: I visited charmander she is still behind the washer, i carry her out n hug her, scare but soft. I carry her to living room n she become stiff n harden then I carry her to mummy bedroom she freak out fly out w urine n fly away. later part, don’t think is cos of paddy, but unknown, I just talked to the unknown baby if there is any, told him her charmander is scare I know they r good kids wouldn’t want to scare charmander de.
